Ashley Valenzuela is not just answering the call; she's rewriting the playbook for 911 telecommunicators everywhere. Ashley is a seasoned 911 dispatcher and the brains behind The Raspy Dispatcher. Since stepping into the high-stakes world of emergency dispatch in 2018, Ashley has witnessed firsthand the challenges and triumphs of the profession. Recognizing the gap in resources for those drawn to this vital work, she embarked on a mission to support both current and aspiring dispatchers through her innovative online programs.
Ashley has been a 911 dispatcher since 2018 after experiencing the lack of information available to folks interested in this career she created The Raspy Dispatcher, an online resource for current and aspiring dispatchers.
