Our guest is David Krucoff, vice president at Broad Street Realty. David Krucoff represents tenants and landlords for their office, industrial and retail leasing needs. Krucoff is a licensed real estate agent in DC, Maryland and Virginia and is the founder of the DC Voting Rights Project. He has deep roots in DC and credits Georgetown Day School and his parents for empowering him as an independent thinker. Although not optimal, "reunion" (or retrocession) with the state of Maryland would give Washingtonians the basic democratic rights we currently lack.

Although she came in second, she's still committed. We'll talk about women's issues, the state of politics in America and the future of the Democratic Party. Join us!
This week we cover the problem of how to organically deal with Verticillium Wilt. Verticillium Wilt is a soil-borne fungal disease that can destroy vegetables, flowers and a wide variety of your trees (including the Coral Trees) and fruit trees. This disease causes the leaves of plants and trees to wither, and eventually, the plant dies. It can be a slow death taking a few years or months or even sooner. This is basically a soil mismanagement problem and should be addressed as such.
