LaNesha DeBardelaben is a fourth-year doctoral student in the Department of History at Michigan State University.  She studies late 19^th and early 20^th century United States history with interdisciplinary interests in African American history and Women’s History/Gender Studies.  Her research interests include black women’s intellectual history, history of African American higher education, black life during the Nadir, and the civil rights struggle in the North.

Michael Lee Hill is an award winning musician, filmographer and UFO experiencer.
