Bob Williams is the Founder and CEO of Ranch Hands Rescue. After suffering a stroke in 2007, Bob decided to retire from Motorola. After a year of rehabilitation, he decided to start a not-for-profit organization that would save animals and help people. In 2008, Ranch Hands Rescue was born, and a farm animal sanctuary for animals with special needs was established. In 2010, the Ranch Hands Rescue Counseling Program was started.

Landon Dickeson is an accomplished mental health professional with over a decade of experience in the field. He serves as the Executive Director for Ranch Hands Rescue and Bob’s House of Hope. Landon has worked with thousands of trauma survivors, and this vast
experience has driven his passion to create treatment programs for those with complex PTSD.

I am a free spirit. I love the water, I love to surf and teach others how to surf. I get so passionate to share my love of surfing and the ocean with others, especially other women. It brings me great joy to show women how to navigate the ocean and flow with the waves in each of our own unique ways.

A bit about me:

I grew up always the last one to get out of the water, whether it was a lake, pool or the ocean. The water has been my special place, the one place where I can always go to feel totally free and to be me.

Dr. Wencke Meteling is a Leadership Coach and Equine Learning Facilitator, and life enthusiast. 

Originally from Germany, she moved to Washington, DC eight years ago. She is certified in Executive Leadership Coaching by Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership, and in Equine-Facilitated Learning by the HERD Institute (Institute of Human Equine Relational Development). We share many parallels in life, and Wencke also had a wake-up call - we both share our stories...

From April to June 2020, Vito DiSalvo completed a longtime bucket list item of composing his “Symphony No. 1.”  Composing this symphony and creating the virtual orchestral recording was his ‘pandemic passion project.’

For the past six years, Vito DiSalvo has served as music director and pianist for The Sicilian Tenors touring with them throughout the United States.

Erik Cutter is a visionary urban regenerative farmer and devout steward of our planet. Erik is managing director of Alegría Fresh (www.AlegriaFresh.com) and executive producer of the documentary film, “Farmacy of Light” (www.FarmacyofLight.com), a film that illuminates ancient links between human health and soil health, exposing our critical need to regenerate living soil to produce local, light-filled healing food.

Our words and actions have an impact. During my 21 years in law enforcement, I saw the impact of how people were treated. When well intentioned people don’t understand the people they’re working with, it’s possible to do more harm than good.  Through workshops, keynote speaking and training programs, I equip people with tools to bridge the gap between at-risk and immigrant youth, First Nations Youth, newcomers and the community at large.

Ann has over 25 years experience as a clinical & therapeutic counsellor. She has worked across many fields
including -  Mental Health, Crisis & Welfare, Advocacy, Education, Relationships & Family, Suicide prevention,
Domestic Violence, Sex Education/ Mentoring, Female Sexuality, Sexual trauma, Research & most recently Spiritual Counsel / Guidance.
The Journey has been a diverse & convoluted one, beginning  in the not for profit / welfare sector,
to the Government medical sector, then into private practice.

Lucia is a Spirit of Love who helps you feel safe to take a deeper dive at what is in your field that needs love. She specializes in creating a sacred space for you to access your healing. She does this by shining her light of awareness on what needs attention.
