    An Extensive Outreach Group of Institute Ambassadors will perform the Outreach Reach with full Institute Description for all in their communities to actively partate.

    This is design to provide for the Humanitarian needs of the Communities and to provide a World=Class Luxury Resort to the Communities and Provide Tourism to the Institute and as well increase interest and garner tourism traffic and Funds to the Community businesses.
