Recently featured in the New York Times, Dr. Sharon Lamm-Hartman is an award-winning global coach, leadership development consultant, speaker, writer, and educator. As President and founder of Inside-Out Learning, Inc., specializing in personal and leadership development, her mission is to empower people from all races, denominations, and ages to reconnect with the passion in their hearts and live the lives they were born to live.
O, The Oprah Magazine calls Dr. Lamm-Hartman a personal transformation expert. Her acclaimed Hearts WayTM program, a 9-week program to help people discover their passionate calling, is currently being made into a book.
Dr. Lamm-Hartman describes herself as a recovering intellectual. She holds a doctorate from Columbia University, a Masters from Cornell University, and two Bachelor Degrees in Psychology and Business. She has trained as a Life Coach with Dr. Martha Beck and is a Certified Executive Coach and Certified Teacher of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She is an adjunct professor at Columbia University and has also taught Developing Leadership Talent at the Center for Creative Leadership.
She has worked in the United States, Holland, Belgium, France, Singapore, China, Sweden, England, France, Hong Kong, South America, Mexico, and Thailand for clients such as General Electric, Exxon, E*TRADE, ARCO, Astra Zeneca, Mobil Oil, Stanley Tools, Syngenta, Berlex Pharmaceuticals, Volvo Truck Corporation, Boeing, Arizona Society of CPAs, and American Express. She has delivered over 1,000 presentations on her work at the companies listed, as well as to organizations such as NAWBO, Columbia University, Leadership in International Management Conference, Academy of Human Resource Development, Organizational Development Network Conference, National Transformative Learning Conference, and Center for Creative Leadership.
Dr. Lamm-Hartman has coached hundreds of executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs worldwide to help them find and express their calling. Currently she is a preferred executive coach at Boeing, working with many high level executives, and also works with prominent and influential clients worldwide.
Dr. Lamm-Hartman has published 14 articles and book chapters, including an international publication Transforming Leaders to Succeed in the 21st Century. In L. Rohlin, K. Billing, A. Lindberg, M. Serving with the Fresh Start Womens Foundation and Arizona State Universitys Mentoring Program, Dr. Lamm-Hartman was also the founding director of a new womens leadership organization, Central Phoenix Women.
Dr. Lamm-Hartman has received an award from the Academy of Human Resource Development, and the prestigious Walter F. Ulmer, Jr. Applied Research Award from the Center for Creative Leadership, for her work and research on personal transformation.

Dr. Valerie Olmsted is a Naturopathic Physician practicing in Sedona, Arizona. She graduated from the Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, in Tempe, Arizona, in 1999 and has been in solo practice since. Prior to becoming a doctor, she was a C.E.N. registered nurse (Certified Emergency Nurse) and has over 30 years of experience in the medical field, including ICU/CCU, Home Health, and Home Hospice. Her practice is centered on Blood Type science, utilizing Dr. Peter D'Adamo's principles to successfully treat her patients. She is a Fellow of the Institute for Human Individuality, as well as a minister (Rev.Dr.).
