We are going to open in prayer, as we always do, but we're going to pray tonight specifically for what we're getting into, because tonight is about Mystery Babylon and one of the most controversial chapters in Revelation: Revelation 17. We're going to bring it all the way into today. We're going to expose and show what I believe Mystery Babylon really is, and we're going to break down not only the Scriptures, but how I believe it is at work today, working in the background of what is happening within the earth. It's going to be a prophetically charged night.

More and more, the Lord has been compelling me to start tackling the Book of Revelation with our viewers because of the times we are in.

Father God, in the precious name of Your Son, Jesus Christ, Yeshua HaMashiach, Lord, we come before You this day. We praise You. You are Almighty God. You are high and lifted up, far above every power, principality, and might. We give You all the glory, honor, and praise due Your precious, holy name.

Father, we humble ourselves before You this day. We come before Your courts with thanksgiving and praise, saying, "Your kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." It is written, "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added unto you." Father, help us to seek Your kingdom first. Teach us what pleases You today, Lord. Equip us to walk in Your ways. Father God, we apply the blood of Jesus Christ as a covering and defense for this day.

Father, we humble ourselves before You, asking You to forgive us of our sins and cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Forgive us for every way we've sinned and fallen short. The Word became flesh and dwelt among us. He was the Passover Lamb, the sacrifice for our sins. He willingly died at Calvary. He purchased us by the shedding of His blood. We praise You, Father God, that when Jesus Christ said, "It is finished," He said the word "tetelestai" - paid in full. He blotted out ordinances. He disarmed principalities and powers and made an open show of the enemy before all of creation. He miraculously rose again. He ascended back to take His victorious, rightful place at the right hand of the Father, where He rules and reigns forevermore. He is the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the name above all names, and our advocate without ceasing before Your throne. We honor that before You this day.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we welcome Your presence and the presence of Ruach Elohim, the Spirit of the living God, and Ruach HaKodesh, the Holy Spirit, into this place. Let their communication lines be disrupted so they cannot carry out their plans. In the name of Jesus Christ, cast them back to the areas You have designated for such, and block them from returning or having anything sent in their place. Father, take all the glory for Yourself.

According to Ephesians chapter 6, we ask You to put Your holy, complete armor on us this day. Let the shield of faith go up in front of us to quench the fiery darts of the wicked one. In the name of Jesus Christ, we command every arrow, weapon, and dark thing fired at us by the enemy and his agents to be reversed upon the senders now. We take the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God, and we command it to be activated in all its capabilities, to work in our favor and destroy the snares the enemy would attempt to place in our way.

Pierce, puncture, dismantle, and destroy every plot, assignment, word, weapon, device, agent, snare, or campaign the enemy would attempt to deploy at us. Remove every physical and spiritual blockade and embargo the enemy has attempted to place in our way. Destroy every demonic conspiracy the enemy would attempt to deploy, and make the way straight for us to walk in the victory, power, authority, and prosperity Almighty God has ordained for us.

This is the only book in the Bible where it is written that you will receive a blessing for reading it. I believe that is written either at the beginning or the very end of the Book of Revelation. So many people have shied away from it because of its apocalyptic nature, and it's about time the church sees it as a weapon for us to utilize in this time: to understand it, discern the times we're in, not be afraid, not live in fear - because the Lord says, "Fear not" - but have the wisdom to understand the signs of the times, the season we're in, and what we're heading toward. This is why it is so important for church leadership right now to do this.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Everybody ready? Get ready, guys, because we're going deep tonight. We are going deep with Revelation 17. This is Mystery Babylon. Revelation 17 is not merely about one woman. I believe it reveals the spiritual system behind world rebellion, a system that has existed throughout history and reaches its climax just before Christ returns.

Speaker 1 - Host:
At the end of Revelation 16, the seventh bowl is poured out: God's wrath beyond what the earth has experienced before. Revelation 17 then pauses the chronological movement to show John why Babylon must be judged. The character of Babylon is explained before her destruction is described in chapters 18 and 19. Chapter 17 reveals Babylon; chapters 18 and 19 describe the fall of Mystery Babylon.

Speaker 1 - Host:
"Come here; I will show you the judgment of the great prostitute who is seated on many waters." Notice the emphasis: not simply the prostitute, but the judgment that is set to be carried out. God has already determined her end. Throughout Scripture, prostitution is also used spiritually. In temples of false gods, temple prostitution involved sexual acts that were understood to have spiritual implications. Israel is described in Scripture with adultery imagery; Tyre is called a harlot; Nineveh is called a prostitute. Nineveh is where, I believe, the main temple of Ishtar was. I connect Ishtar worship with men dressing as women and taking part in homosexual practices, and I argue that what people consider new cultural battles have ancient spiritual parallels.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The image in Revelation 17, as I understand it, means spiritual unfaithfulness. It is not necessarily limited to literal sexual sin, although I believe sexual acts can be incorporated as a means of creating spiritual ties and lustful control. The woman on the beast represents a system that systematically seduces humanity away from God. It reaches a blasphemous crescendo in Revelation 17: an entire system that has mysteriously been at work in the background of the earth to lure men away from Almighty God and Jesus Christ into spiritual slavery, turning them into spiritual possessions and commodities that prop up what I call the Babylon-beast alliance - the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet, an unholy trinity.

Speaker 1 - Host:
You cannot have a religion without people funding it, following it, and believing in it. She's called the mother of all harlots - Mystery Babylon, the mother of all harlots. A prostitute offers intimacy without covenant. Mystery Babylon offers spiritual intimacy outside of God's law and covenant; in my view, it is intimacy with hell. That is what false religion does: it promises peace without repentance, blessing without holiness, salvation without Christ, spirituality without truth, and worship without obedience.

Speaker 1 - Host:
This is spiritual adultery. It is unclean, destructive, and blasphemous to God. I believe it opens spiritual gates for demons to claim territory over regions, cities, and family lines. In James 4:4, the New Testament uses the language of spiritual adultery in connection with friendship with the world. The point is that whoever chooses friendship with the world, in that spiritual sense, makes himself an enemy of God.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Prostitutes work for someone higher than themselves. They are used to lure and seduce others into an unclean transaction, and the tender from that transaction is funneled back to the head. In my interpretation, this prostitute - Mystery Babylon - works for the dragon, Satan himself. Prostitution also involves economics: a financial exchange takes place along with the unclean act. Money and the act are exchanged, completing an agreement and, in my spiritual interpretation, sealing spiritual legalities.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Revelation 17:2 speaks of the kings of the earth committing immorality with her and the inhabitants of the earth becoming intoxicated with the wine of her immorality. The kings become intoxicated. Wine is alcohol, and alcohol is sometimes called "spirits." Wine, when drunk in significant quantities, lowers inhibitions and influences the mind. A person cannot think as clearly about actions. It opens a person to suggestion. In the imagery, they are ingesting her cup of uncleanness, which becomes more potent as the world ages and kingdoms become more advanced.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Notice how political power and spiritual corruption become partners. Throughout history, governments have often united with religious authority. Religion can give legitimacy to political authority, while political authority protects religious power. If spiritual leadership gives legitimacy to a political authority, and that religious authority is viewed as an authorized representative of the supreme being it serves, then it gives the presentation that divine power has authorized that political leader.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I connect this with Saul and Samuel in 1 Samuel 15:24-27. Saul admits that he sinned, transgressed the Lord's command, feared the people, and obeyed their voice. He asks Samuel to return with him so he can worship the Lord. Samuel refuses because Saul rejected the word of the Lord and the Lord rejected him as king. As Samuel turns away, Saul grabs the hem of his robe and it tears. I see that as symbolizing that the kingdom had already been torn away from Saul, yet Saul wanted Samuel to return publicly with him so the people would still see him as chosen by God. Samuel's presence would validate Saul's position in the eyes of the people even though, according to the narrative, the Lord had already ruled against him.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I see a similar principle in the relationship between the Pharisees and Rome. The Roman government helped prop up the position of the Pharisees, while the Pharisees could influence the people within the system. Revelation 17:3 says the angel carried John away in the Spirit into a wilderness, where he saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast covered with blasphemous names, having seven heads and ten horns.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Why the wilderness? Throughout Scripture, the wilderness can represent revelation, trial, and testing. It is where Jesus Christ faced Satan in Matthew 4. Israel met God in wilderness settings; Moses fled there from Egypt; John the Baptist ministered there; Jesus was tempted there. The wilderness strips away distractions. It sifts, so spiritual reality becomes visible.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The harlot rides the beast. That means, in my interpretation, Mystery Babylon influences political power and can help steer it. If you look at symbols of political power throughout the earth, animals and beasts often appear: England has the lion, the Democratic Party has the donkey, the Republican Party the elephant, and nations use animal symbols on flags and emblems. Animals can represent world political systems in prophetic imagery.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The woman is not the beast itself; she rides the beast. That suggests a system that works with earthly kingdoms rather than being identical to one government. I believe this mystery seeks to consolidate the governments of the earth under one headship. Many interpreters understand the image as an unfaithful religious, cultural, or civilizational system allied with political power. The religious system rides upon the political, helping steer it, legitimize it, and ratify it to the masses.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Mystery Babylon, in this teaching, is not just any prostitute; she is the epitome of a temple prostitute. Temple prostitutes dwell in the temple of a false god and commit acts of immorality that are also spiritual harlotry, combined with financial exchange to seal a covenant. I connect this idea with the temples of Inanna in ancient Babylon, which I describe as centers of sacred prostitution, and with a false goddess associated with lust and war. Those themes are exactly what I see Mystery Babylon consumed with: war against the saints and lust for the power of the earth, with influence over political and governmental leaders.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I also compare this with Jezebel in 2 Kings 9. Jezebel influenced Ahab's decisions and warred against the prophets and those who would not bow to Baal. She rose within a Baal system, aligned with political power and ambition. Outwardly she was adorned; inwardly, in my interpretation, she represented violence and spiritual corruption. She was ultimately thrown down from a high place, which I see as a pattern for how Mystery Babylon will fall.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Now look at the scarlet beast. Why scarlet? Isaiah 1:18 says, "Come now, and let us reason together," and speaks of sins being like scarlet and becoming white as snow. Scarlet is a deep, bright red color. In my interpretation, scarlet represents sin, and it is also associated with immorality, prostitution, and adultery. So I see this beast as a global vehicle for spiritual prostitution: it carries the harlot, holds her up, and gives her a position of dominance.

Speaker 1 - Host:
She is riding the beast, but she is not the beast. Initially she appears influential, perhaps helping steer its direction, while the beast allows it for a time. The political system carries the religious system, but the beast is still the strength behind it all. Later, that unholy relationship is what brings her judgment and end. It is temporary, perverse, and opportunistic.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The scarlet beast is full of blasphemous names, with seven heads and ten horns. That immediately connects, in my reading, to Revelation 13, where verse 1 describes a vicious beast coming up out of the sea with ten horns and seven heads, royal crowns on the horns, and blasphemous names on the heads. In Revelation 13, the woman on the beast is not yet introduced. I believe Satan brings her in after the rise of the beast to validate the false system that is rising: the Antichrist kingdom and the beast system.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I want to show what I think this looks like in modern imagery because I believe there is a great deal of foreshadowing happening. I point to a statue associated with the European Parliament that depicts a woman riding a beast, and I point to euro imagery connected with Europa from Greek mythology. Europa is described as a Phoenician princess abducted by Zeus in the form of a bull. In my theological interpretation, I connect Zeus, Baal, the bull, Satan, and the counterfeit religious system, and I see Europa imagery as one modern echo of the woman riding the beast.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I also point to Katy Perry's past Super Bowl imagery involving a woman and a beast. I argue that the imagery keeps appearing because a mystery is working in the background and humanity has to become comfortable with the imagery before accepting the system. In my view, because the spirit of Antichrist and the mystery of lawlessness are already at work in the earth, people see repeated foreshadowings that normalize the symbols before the actual beast system appears.

Speaker 1 - Host:
For Satan to get the masses to accept something, I believe they first have to become mentally comfortable with the concept, desensitized to its destructiveness, and then convinced to accept a deception presented as truth. The beast is scarlet because, in my interpretation, it carries blood guilt. In temple worship of false gods, I point to two common elements: blood sacrifice and temple prostitution. The woman on the beast represents a system in which the economy and tender of hell are built into the religious-political structure.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Revelation 17:4 describes the woman wearing gold, precious stones, pearls, purple, and scarlet. Everything about her appears glorious, expensive, and grand. I call this Satan's counterfeit glory. To make a false religious system believable, I believe Satan counterfeits the glory and presence of the Lord, giving an appearance that is close enough to seduce.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I describe Satan as materialistic, hedonistic, opportunistic, and narcissistic, and I refer to a biblical passage about the devil roaming like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. The raw transcript cites this as 2 Peter 5:8; that citation should be checked. My point is that he does not appear as a quiet, harmless force. The harlot resembles the wealth of kings and the economic wealth of the earth. She also resembles aspects of priestly garments, creating a false air of holiness and the appearance of being God's representative when, in my words, she is really the public relations arm for hell.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Counterfeit religion often imitates true worship while corrupting it. The woman holds a golden cup. From a distance the cup appears beautiful, wealthy, and valuable, but inside are abominations, filthiness, and impurity. I compare this to Jesus' rebuke of the Pharisees: beautiful on the outside, corrupt within. Partnering with the Roman system could look religious outwardly while carrying death and corruption inwardly.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The Pharisees, in my example, looked the part. They wore religious garments, had a system propping them up, could quote the Torah, and looked holy. Yet Jesus called them whitewashed tombs: beautiful outside, full of dead men's bones and uncleanness inside. Matthew 23:27-28 connects outward righteousness with inward hypocrisy and lawlessness. I connect that lawlessness with Mystery Babylon and the mystery of lawlessness already at work in that era.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The Greek word I discuss for lawlessness is "anomia," a state of being without law. I connect it with the language of 2 Thessalonians 2 concerning the coming man of lawlessness, the son of destruction, whom Christians associate with the Antichrist. The precise Greek forms should be checked against the host's notes, but the point of the teaching is rebellion against established law and ultimately against God's order.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Revelation 17:5 says that on her forehead is written a name: "Mystery Babylon the Great, the mother of prostitutes and of the abominations of the earth." In the raw transcript, this line is repeated several times because of transcription duplication; I've stated it once here. "Mystery" means, in my explanation, something once hidden but now revealed. Babylon is larger here than a single city. It becomes the name of a worldwide system opposing God.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Why the forehead? Throughout Revelation, marks and names identify allegiance. The saints have God's name, while the wicked receive the mark of the beast on the forehead or right hand. The forehead symbolizes identity, allegiance, and what governs the mind. In my interpretation, those who come into agreement with this harlot have given their minds over to her system. Agreement begins in the mind.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Babylon's name on the forehead signifies complete identification with her values and rebellion. Mystery Babylon is a counterfeit bride at an unholy wedding. Revelation presents two women. Revelation 17 presents the mother of harlots, adorned with gold, pearls, luxury, and the wealth of the earth, seducing kings. Revelation 21 presents a bride belonging to Christ, clothed in righteousness, descending from heaven, and reigning forever. John intentionally contrasts the two women: one represents covenant faithfulness to God in a pure union; the other represents a counterfeit system of power, wealth, spiritual unfaithfulness, darkness, and deception.

Speaker 1 - Host:
No union can ultimately survive if deception and spiritual illegality are its foundation. I argue that Mystery Babylon hijacks God's system of covenant relationship and marriage, reverse-engineers it, perverts it, and creates what I call an illegal spiritual union. Its premise is that humanity does not understand covenant well enough and can therefore be lured into a false union with obligations attached.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The Greek word I use for "mystery" is "mysterion." It does not mean something impossible to understand; it means a hidden truth that God reveals to His people. Throughout the New Testament, mysteries are things hidden in previous generations and then revealed. I cite the mystery of lawlessness in 2 Thessalonians 2 as an example.

Speaker 1 - Host:
So when John writes "Mystery Babylon," I don't believe he is describing merely the historical Babylon of Nebuchadnezzar, although I believe the mystery permeated that kingdom. I believe there is a hidden Babylon behind every Babylon that has been raised up in the earth. Mystery Babylon is, in my language, a shadow system of dark spiritual government behind spiritual-political unions in the earth.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The shadow governments people talk about today, in my interpretation, are preemptive manifestations of what Mystery Babylon is about. Revelation is not merely about geography; it's about a spiritual kingdom. The physical city is only a visible expression. Behind it is an invisible kingdom that seeks a hostile takeover. Hell may initially present as helpful, but I call it false help and false heroism - like someone extending a hand to rescue you and then putting you in prison.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Paul says in Ephesians 6:12 that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against rulers, powers, world forces of darkness, and spiritual forces of wickedness in heavenly places. I connect that spiritual conflict to Mystery Babylon. Babylon is never merely buildings. Buildings are products. The system is made of ideas, religion, power, deception, economics, immorality, and idolatry working together in an organized, well-funded, well-promoted fashion intended to manipulate human perception and herd people into one corrupt spiritual system.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The real enemy, in this teaching, is spiritual. The physical is fed by a spiritual root. That is why I believe the components of Babylon keep being raised up over and over throughout the earth. To stop the reproduction, the spiritual component has to be destroyed. She is called the mother of harlots because she keeps producing offspring. The children may look different, but I argue that they come from the same spiritual source and carry the same DNA.

Speaker 1 - Host:
When one kingdom is destroyed, I believe Mystery Babylon immediately goes to work birthing another spiritual-political kingdom that pushes the threshold farther, with the ultimate goal being the beast system: the dragon, the beast, and the false prophet, with Mystery Babylon riding the beast as the alluring harlot.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I explain Babylon as meaning "gate of the gods" - plural - the entryway for false gods to enter and establish themselves. In my teaching, Babel/Babylon becomes the gate through which these systems rise. I describe this as an anointed gate of false gods, meaning that figures rise globally who appear anointed, but in my interpretation God has not anointed them; hell has.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I trace Babylon's seed back to the Garden of Eden. The catastrophic fall of man, the first rebellion against Almighty God involving human participation, happened in the garden. I describe Babel as the upgrade. The serpent's argument in Genesis 3:4-5 - "You certainly will not die... your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and evil" - becomes, in my interpretation, the premise upon which Mystery Babylon is built: attempting to build on what is forbidden and alluring people with the idea that they can be like God.

One of the key points of the teaching is that Babylon did not begin with King Nebuchadnezzar. I trace it to Nimrod. The rebellion begins in the garden as a seed and later produces a harvest at Babel. Genesis 10 describes the beginning of Nimrod's kingdom as Babel. Babylon, in my framework, always seeks unity without God. It presents a convincing, organized, well-funded way to unify apart from God, creating the illusion that it will succeed so that people agree with it.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Genesis 11 presents everyone speaking one language, with one purpose and a concentrated human agreement. Humanity says, "Come, let us make bricks... come, let us build a city for ourselves and a tower whose top will reach into the heavens, and let us make a famous name for ourselves so that we will not be scattered." In my reading, God had instructed humanity after the flood to spread across the earth, and Babel's people disobeyed. Their plan exalted itself above God's plan.

Speaker 1 - Host:
God confuses their language, breaks up the agreement, and stops the building project. Agreement depends on aligned communication, thoughts, and ideas. When a group can no longer communicate, the agreement weakens physically and spiritually. Revelation, I argue, shows humanity attempting worldwide unity again, but on a more complex scale than Babel: unity apart from God and in alliance with beastly powers, employing technology, media, and weapons unavailable in Nimrod's day.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The impulse first seen at Babel reaches its climactic expression, in my interpretation, in Revelation 17. The enemy has continued fine-tuning the rebellion over time until it reaches a crescendo of deception and rebellion.

I then go to 1 Samuel 15:23, where Samuel says rebellion is as serious as witchcraft and disobedience as false religion and idolatry. This is key, I believe, to understanding Mystery Babylon's union with political powers. Rebellion is compared with witchcraft, which I describe as manipulation and dark spiritual power. Disobedience becomes idolatry because it exalts the self above God and tries to manipulate the outcome into what we want instead of what God says.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Rebellion, witchcraft, disobedience, and idolatry become, in my framework, a matrix that deceives governments, peoples, and nations. I also connect this with technologies I believe have been empowered by darkness. I compare the imagery to the Israelites being forced to build for pagan Egypt, only for Egypt to turn against the people who built within that system.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Back to Genesis 11: the people make bricks, use tar for mortar, build a city and tower, and say, "Let us make a name for ourselves." Babel becomes, in my telling, the first organized rebellion against God after the flood. I describe a progression: Adam sinned; Cain, who killed Abel, built the first city; Nimrod built the first empire; and Babel organized rebellion, centralized government, false religion, human pride, economic power, and persecution of God's people, using fear to cause submission. Everything Revelation describes, I argue, began in Genesis. Revelation is both the height of Mystery Babylon's power and the scene of its catastrophic fall.

Now I want to show how I believe this is pushing through in modern times. I call Mystery Babylon a shadow spiritual government that has been working in the background, birthing systems and pushing thresholds in leadership, government, and religion for thousands of years. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

The first modern example I show is an article from 2021 about Amazon's planned corporate headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, across the Potomac River from Washington, D.C. The article describes the design as a double helix, while the source I am discussing compares it to the Tower of Babel. I present this as visual or symbolic foreshadowing rather than merely architectural coincidence.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Then I turn to a recent claim about SpaceX and Tesla choosing Texas for an AI-chip manufacturing project that I refer to as TerraFab Texas. I say it is planned to produce chips for Optimus robots, self-driving cybercabs, and space-based data centers, and I cite a claim that the plant could become the largest building in the world at more than 100 million square feet. I locate it in "Grimes, Texas," outside Houston, as stated in the source I am discussing, and I quote Elon Musk describing the proposed factory as the largest and most valuable building on earth and "stunningly beautiful." These details should be checked against the original article if exact factual accuracy is needed.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I then make a symbolic argument from the location and Musk's family names. Grimes was the name of Elon Musk's former partner, with whom he had children. I reference the names X Æ A-Xii, Exa Dark Sideræl, and Techno Mechanicus. I connect "sidereal" with the movement of stars or constellations and describe a darker symbolic meaning in that context. I also connect the timing of Musk's announcement with a planetary alignment and a solar event around August 12th.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I argue that if you take the location name Grimes, the building name TerraFab, and components of those children's names, you can form the words "Nimrod" and "Babel." I present this as hidden symbolism in the details of a project described as the world's largest building. I compare that with Babel's ambition to build an enormous tower and make a name for itself. This is an interpretive word-construction made by the host; it is not independently established by the transcript.

Speaker 1 - Host:
From there I discuss what I call the "gospel of Silicon Valley": transhumanism, the belief that technology can and should perfect the human being. I contrast that with my Christian belief that God is the perfecter, not technology. I describe transhumanist goals as extending lifespans, augmenting cognition with neural interfaces, merging minds with artificial intelligence, and transcending biological limitations.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I mention Ray Kurzweil, whom I identify as a former Google director of engineering and call a "transhumanist prophet." I refer to his prediction of a technological singularity around 2045, when artificial intelligence would surpass human intelligence and humanity would effectively merge with machines, achieving a kind of technological immortality. I call that the language of the beast system and Mystery Babylon.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I also make wordplay involving "Gog" and "Google," connecting it with the Gog-Magog imagery people associate with Ezekiel 38. The raw wording here is partially garbled, so I am preserving only the clear point: I see prophetic significance in names and technological developments and connect them to end-times imagery.

I compare the technological singularity with Babel: one mind, one accord, one focus, with human ideas and engineering capabilities merging. I argue that this is happening again on a larger scale to usher in the final system.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Another example I present is a reported plan for a 91-story spiral tower in Israel, which I say was inspired by ancient imagery associated with the Tower of Babel. I refer to the Azrieli Group, a proposed height of about 1,150 feet, an estimated cost of $800 million, and a projected completion date of 2026. I also cite a Jewish interpretive tradition, the Midrash, describing Babel with an idol on top holding a sword as if to war against God and tall columns associated with protection from another flood. I call this foreshadowing of what Revelation describes.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I then discuss a restoration project for Babylon's Ishtar Gate. I refer to a World Monuments Fund project supported by a multimillion-dollar U.S. Embassy contribution in Baghdad, with work connected to restoring the Ishtar Gate. Because Babylon means "gate of the gods" in my teaching, I interpret restoring the gate as symbolically significant - a continued construction of a highway, spiritually speaking, between the spirit and natural realms as Mystery Babylon and the beast system advance.

Next I mention Ken Ham and a project to build a replica or exhibit connected with the Tower of Babel. I describe him as the young-earth creationist behind Answers in Genesis, the Creation Museum, and the Ark Encounter. I ask rhetorically, "What's the worst that could happen?" and connect the idea to the biblical line, "As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be in the days of the coming of the Son of Man."

Speaker 1 - Host:
I then make a word-and-genealogy association involving Noah's son Ham, Canaan, Cush, Nimrod, Babel, and Ai/AI. The raw transcript is difficult here, but the clear argument is that I see symbolic relationships between the biblical family lines, the city of Ai, artificial intelligence, and the rebuilding of Babel. I emphasize that these figures are related in the family line and use that relationship symbolically to explain why I believe AI and Babel imagery come together in the end times.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Another modern example is a reported defense agreement involving Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and Pakistan. I refer to it as the "Mecca Joint Defense Agreement," dated August 7th, 2026, and say it involves joint exercises and deeper defense-industry cooperation. I then point forward to a total solar eclipse expected to plunge Mecca into darkness on August 2nd, 2027, and treat the timing as prophetically significant.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I name the leaders as Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Turkey, Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia, and Shehbaz Sharif of Pakistan. I then argue that letters from their names can be used to spell "Mystery Babylon." Again, this is a symbolic word-construction I am presenting as evidence of a mystery working in the background, not an independently verified conclusion within this transcript. I describe Mystery Babylon as a shadow spiritual government with a strong religious component, working in the spirit and pushing an agenda into the earth.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I return to the relationship between Babel and AI, again using the family-line symbolism. I argue that Mystery Babylon represents on earth the rebellion Satan led in heaven when he was Lucifer. Babylon's rebellious rise and catastrophic fall mirror, in my theology, the heavenly rebellion that some believers place between Genesis 1:1 and Genesis 1:2. I say Satan and a portion of the angels fell in that rebellion.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I then argue that after Babel and its scattering, false religions were replanted in different areas of the earth. I connect Nimrod with a woman I call Semiramis and describe her as a prostitute, tying that to Mystery Babylon's title as the mother of prostitutes. I say Nimrod dies, Semiramis becomes pregnant and claims an immaculate conception, saying she is carrying the reincarnation of Nimrod. The son, in the tradition I am presenting, is Tammuz, who becomes a false god. Semiramis becomes the "queen of heaven," and Nimrod becomes associated with a sun god. I argue that the pattern of a queen of heaven, divine son, and father is then scattered into different regions and becomes part of the building blocks of the Mystery Babylon system. These historical and religious assertions are the host's claims and were not independently verified.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I next return to King Nebuchadnezzar in Babylon and the golden image. He commands everyone to bow and worship or be thrown into the furnace. I describe that as foreshadowing the Antichrist. Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego refuse to bow and are thrown into the fiery furnace, where a divine figure is with them, and they are miraculously protected. I use that as an example of believers refusing the pressure of a beast-like system.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The spirit of lawlessness, I argue, has been at work in the sons of disobedience and in the earth since the rebellion in the garden and the scattering at Babel, looking for a door and looking to build a system that can rival God. I see foreshadowings of its rise throughout Scripture and increasingly in modern leadership and technology.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Why is it called Babylon? Because throughout Scripture, Babylon becomes, in my teaching, God's symbol for mankind's rebellion. It becomes the poster child and blueprint upon which the spirit of Antichrist and lawlessness continues to build. Every time a system falls, I say the enemy tries to raise it back up and "build back better."

Speaker 1 - Host:
I connect the political slogan "Build Back Better" with that spiritual pattern. I describe it not as a neutral promise of improvement, but as a battle cry for rebellion against Almighty God and His ways. I then refer to Isaiah 9:10-11, in which the people say the bricks have fallen but they will rebuild with dressed stone, and the sycamores have been cut down but they will replace them with cedars. I connect that language with the idea of rebuilding a rebellious system after judgment.

Speaker 1 - Host:
In Genesis 11, the builders of Babel say, "Let us make a name for ourselves." I compare that with Genesis 1:26, where God says, "Let us make man in our image, according to our likeness." I see the Babel statement as a rejection of being known as God's creation under His authority: humanity wants its own name. That is the premise I connect with Satan's rebellion in heaven, Babylon, and the beast system: "Let us make a name for ourselves." From the beginning in the garden, the temptation was to "be like God."

Speaker 1 - Host:
I turn to Isaiah 14 and the pride of the king of Babylon, which many interpreters also connect with Satan's fall. I paraphrase the "I will" statements: "I will ascend to heaven. I will raise my throne above the stars of God. I will sit on the mount of assembly... I will be like the Most High." Yet the passage says he will be brought down to Sheol, to the recesses of the pit. I emphasize the famous pattern: "I will ascend. I will exalt. I will be like the Most High." To me, Babylon becomes the spirit of self-exaltation by alternative means.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Why the word "mother"? I give several reasons. First, I argue that every false religion ultimately traces back to the same rebellion: different forms, same source. Mothers nurture and rear children, and in my framework corrupt religious and political systems have been reared up one after another through time. It is also the image of a woman on the beast.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I return to Eve in the Garden of Eden. I describe the woman as the first human intermediary through whom the serpent's words reached Adam. Eve listened to the serpent, then spoke to Adam, and when Adam agreed with the serpent's talking points over what God had said, he joined the rebellion. I characterize this as a pattern of idolatry: rejecting God's authority and exalting human wisdom.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I say the global "altar of intellectualism" operates under the premise, "Reject God's authority; exalt human wisdom." That, in my interpretation, is why the AI race has heated up. I believe some leading the technological race think AI will help humanity outmaneuver God by exalting human wisdom above divine authority.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I then connect Mystery Babylon with the "mystery of lawlessness" in 2 Thessalonians 2:7: "For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work, but is restrained only until he who now restrains it is taken out of the way." I identify the restrainer as the Holy Spirit. In my theology, the mystery of lawlessness can only go so far while a boundary remains; at some point that boundary will be removed.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I point to the parallel language: the mysteries of God on one side and the mystery of lawlessness trying to counterfeit God on the other. Paul, in my interpretation, is saying the spirit of rebellion is already active throughout history and reaches its fullest manifestation in the final rebellion depicted in Revelation.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The enemy has to keep pushing humanity's threshold of agreement generation after generation. This is a marathon, not a sprint, until the final stretch. If the enemy pushed the entire agenda all at once, I argue, people would see the sheer evil and most would reject it. But if it is portioned out dose by dose and generation by generation, the threshold moves. The amount of rebellion people will participate in increases, the amount of evil they will tolerate increases, and the amount of alternative ideas outside of Almighty God they will believe increases.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Revelation 17:6 says John saw the woman drunk with the blood of the saints and the blood of the witnesses of Jesus who were martyred. The woman is drunk with the blood of the saints. I interpret that as more than murder; it reveals hatred for God's people and a desire to shed innocent blood. I argue that persecution has powered the altars upon which Mystery Babylon has increased its influence through centuries and generations.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Throughout history, I say this spirit has manifested repeatedly through different individuals with the same purpose. Pharaoh in Exodus wanted Hebrew male babies thrown into the Nile. Nebuchadnezzar threw Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego into the fiery furnace because they refused to bow to his golden image. Rome was vicious, and leaders such as Nero authorized severe persecution of Christians. Jesus Christ was executed under Roman authority. Saul, who became Paul, aggressively persecuted Christians before his conversion. Different persecuting powers appear across different eras.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The final manifestation, in my interpretation, gathers all previous hostility together, multiplies the power and hostility, and condenses it into one aggressive, blasphemous, potent persecution and power advance within the earth.

Speaker 1 - Host:
John marvels at the sight of this woman drunk on the blood of the saints. Why? Perhaps because evil appears beautiful. She is dressed in gold, pearls, purple, scarlet, and luxury, yet she is wicked. The beauty is the vehicle used to seduce people into wickedness. This is a seducing spirit. One of the tactics of prostitution is to lure and seduce; in the image, that becomes a compelling force drawing people into the grip of Mystery Babylon.

Speaker 1 - Host:
It's attractive and shocking. Something that looks so beautiful can be so wicked. Sin rarely appears ugly at first. I then refer to 2 Corinthians 11:14-15: Satan masquerades as an angel of light, and his servants can masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end, however, corresponds with their deeds.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I discuss a Greek word for "masquerade," but the raw transcription of the word is unclear. I describe it as a compound involving "meta," implying change, and "schema," meaning figure, fashion, or appearance. The point is one who changes outward appearance in order to appear righteous - one who masquerades as righteous.

Speaker 1 - Host:
Revelation 17:15 explains the waters: they are peoples, multitudes, nations, and languages. She influences the entire world. This is not merely a local kingdom; her influence is global.

Speaker 1 - Host:
This is where we're going to pause for tonight. As I look at my notes, this brings us close to where Revelation 17 ends. Revelation 17:18 says, in the wording I am teaching from, that the woman is the great city that reigns over, dominates, and controls the kings and political leaders of the earth. That is where Revelation 17 ends.

What we'll be doing next is going into the fall of Mystery Babylon in Revelation chapters 18 and 19. We're also going to go into Revelation 2 and the message to the seven churches, because I believe there is a lot there that has to do with today.

Speaker 1 - Host:
This is a lot to throw at you in one chapter, but I don't think you can glaze over Revelation 17. I don't believe it is meant to be taught superficially. I think people need to understand what I see as the shadow spiritual-governmental-religious system in the spirit - Mystery Babylon - that is behind kingdoms of the earth, pushing thresholds, including the thresholds we see with AI. In my interpretation, it rides the beast system, helps usher it in, helps announce it, and helps seduce people into it.

Speaker 1 - Host:
That's what Mystery Babylon is all about in this teaching. It's not just one place, and it's not just America. Has Mystery Babylon been at work in America? I believe it has. Has it been at work within American leadership? I believe it has. I point, for example, to what I characterize as an altar built up by Barack Obama out of Chicago. I argue that Mystery Babylon's agenda works through all the nations of the earth.

Speaker 1 - Host:
I also connect this system with persecution of God's people and say this is one reason, in my interpretation, there have been attempts on President Trump's life: because I do not believe he has fully come into agreement with what I call their shadow agenda. This is a political and prophetic claim made by the host within the episode.

Speaker 1 - Host:
The harlot, in my teaching, seeks to seduce the leaders of the earth so she can help push and advance the beast she is riding and compel people into the beast system and a religious mindset that worships the beast. She is the temple prostitute who helps people worship the image - the mother of all temple prostitutes who help people worship the image.
