Participation in our democracy is at an all-time low, but activism is on the rise. Tune in to Shadow Politics this Sunday as we hear from a young activist, Allison Galbraith, who ran for the first time to represent the people of Maryland's first congressional district. Although she came in second, she's still committed. We'll talk about women's issues, the state of politics in America and the future of the Democratic Party. Join us!

Don’t Panic It’s Organic with andy Lopez aka Invisible Gardener

This week we cover the problem of how to organically deal with Verticillium Wilt. Verticillium Wilt is a soil-borne fungal disease that can destroy vegetables, flowers and a wide variety of your trees (including the Coral Trees) and fruit trees. This disease causes the leaves of plants and trees to wither, and eventually, the plant dies. It can be a slow death taking a few years or months or even sooner. This is basically a soil mismanagement problem and should be addressed as such.
