Guest Biography
For almost two decades, Ed Lazere served as the founding executive director of the DC Fiscal Policy Institute. At the DCFPI, Ed dedicated his work to making sure the mayor and councilmembers used the District's resources on the issues most important to DC residents – from schools to housing to health care.
Ed has since resigned from his position at DCFPI and is now running for an at-large position on the DC Council.
