My name is Meera Sharma and I am a graduate of NIB (National Institute of Broadcasting of Canada) I have been in radio for the last 14 years in Toronto hosting my own programs. I also have worked in TV.

    I have also been writing for the Punjabi newspaper here in Toronto on Immigrant women's issues. I have written three hundred serials called Jito and Prito in Punjabi. I am a first woman to write that many serials in Punjabi in newspapers. The program is music talk and product and services promos.
