This week's special guest will be Quincy Kadin. Quincy Kadin is a high school student and mental health advocate. Quincy is also the author of "Frankie's Fishy Feelings". This is her first book and because of her personal journey of dealing with anxiety in her childhood, she decides to tackle this issue in her book. This book helps kids deal with their anxious moments and helps them realize that everyone has a little bit of anxiety inside them too.
