In 1978 Buddy Biancalana was a 1st round draft choice of the Kansas City Royals. He made it to the major leagues for the first time in 1982 and became somewhat of a household name thanks to his stellar play in the 1985 World Seriies for the Kansas City Royals. But it didn’t last and within a few years he was out of baseball. After much inner reflection he discovered that it was possible to experience this state more often.
