SOUND HEALING SCIENCE AND RESEARCH
We'll be discussing the science behind Sound Healing based on the four areas of physical healing, mental entrainment, emotional healing, and spiritual awakening. It's important to help dispel as much "woo-woo" as possible. We'll also be sharing some of the latest scientific research in the field. We'll also share some miracle healings that my staff and I have witnessed.

ROOT SOUL, VOICE FREQUENCIES AND THE FREQUENCY OF LOVE FOR A PERSON
We'll be discussing how to find several frequencies for yourself: Your root/soul frequency, Your primary voice frequency, and the frequency of love for yourself. Each of these have their own positive benefits when you resonate them consistently.

HOLDING FREQUENCY IN CHAOS
We will be learning and practicing multiple techniques on how to use sound to find that place of deep peace and calmness within -- no matter what is going on around you

The key is to learn to resonate a frequency of complete peace and stillness inside, while riding the waves of energy and emotion on the outside. Basically, being at peace on the inside, and present with the world on the outside.

HEALING JAPAN AND THE PLANET

This is a class project where we focused our intentions consistently on healing Japan: The People, The Land and The Water. We held our intentions with 100% focus while toning. There are also Binaural Beats embedded in the song that entrain your brain into Theta (especially effective when listening on headphones).

THE SOUND OF SILENCE
We look at the best part of sound -- When it ends. A slow fade allows the sound tosynchronize with the silence, leaving the sound in the air. This consistent sound in the air is a profound peace that can be held indefinitely. It is the peacewe so long for. We will play many examples of slow fades and share the peace and stillness.

CALM SLEEP

We talk about using sound to induce Sleep. We also explain how deep sleep is a direct connection to Source.We discuss binaural beats, particularly those that entrain the brain into Delta. We then play several examples of music with Delta frequencies embedded.

THE HIERARCHY OF SOUND
The hierarchy is Frequency, Timbres (Tones), Music Intervals and Chords, Flowing Music, and Energy. We'll discuss how each affects us, and how different healing modalities focus on one or the other -- or all of them. This is a profound concept that explains how everything in the universe resonates and entrains energy in the Universe.
