She is a National and International coach and she holds a PSA Rating. She teaches primarily out of 3 different rinks in the Pacific Northwest, and works in collaboration with other coaches, allowing her to focus almost exclusively on spins.
Seneca Williams, LMHC is an online therapist and international professional coach, with an online practice established in 2015.
