The Kind of Guy who’d Fart in Church:
Remembering the Troublemaker from Nazareth
(A Cheeky Epistle for my New Friends in Utah)
By Kevin D. Annett
Yes, I’ve done it again, people. I’ve pissed off some more church leaders. This time it’s the Mormons. Apparently they’re even talking of issuing their own version of an Islamic Fatwa against yours truly. Well, well.
A Day in the Life of Someone who had it Coming to Him
I try not to hold grudges, even towards people slugging me. There’s not much point. But sometimes, I succumb to the feeling; like after the time in the Lotus pub when I tried breaking up two guys who were about to go at each other with broken beer bottles. Hell, I was seventeen, what did I know? Up until then, I’d never been whacked on both sides of my head at once. Wisdom, said Hemingway, is a hard bought thing.

Erika, a former nurse at the catholic St. Paul's Hospital in Vancouver, speaks of how she witnessed the final days of genocide survivor William Combes. She is convinced that all of his symptoms indicate that he died of arsenic poisoning, not "tuberculosis" as the British Columbia Coroner claims. William was a witness to the abduction of ten children by "Queen Elizabeth" Windsor on October 10, 1964 at the catholic Kamloops Indian residential school. William died suddenly in hospital shortly before he was to go public about the abduction and permanent disappearance of the ten children.
