Today was our first show on BBS Radio. We spoke about everything health. I had Susan Ruiz with me as a guest. We touched on the role of parents in helping their children live a healthier life. We also spoke on abuse in the home with its effects on children mental and emotional stability. We talked about parents taking responsability with regard to food choices. We live in a fast paced environment which makes it difficult to eat healthy but is that a reason or just an excuse? That question was also addressed. We ended our show with an inspirational quote from Michelle Obama. Tune in February 2nd for an exciting show.
