Justin Blalock is a 2002 Watkins Award Honoree.  He graduated from the University of Texas Longhorns where he was captain of the football team and won a National Championship in 2005.  Justin was chosen in the 2nd Round of the 2007 NFL Draft by the Atlanta Falcons.  He played on the offensive line for 8 consecutive years before his retirement.  Now he's studying to get his J.D. sometime in the near future.   

Deryl McKissack is Chairwoman and CEO of McKissack & McKissack, an architectural, engineering, program and construction firm managing over $15 billion in projects nationwide. During the past 25 years under her leadership, McKissack & McKissack has managed such landmark projects as the new Museum of African-American History and Culture on the National Mall, MGM National Harbor Casino, and the Navy Pier Centennial projects in Chicago; it also served as the architectural firm of record for the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial in Washington, D.C.

As a licensed engineer and registered project management professional, Deryl McKissack is part of the fifth generation of her family to work in the design and construction field. McKissack & McKissack is the outgrowth of the nation’s oldest African-American architectural firm and traces its beginnings to Moses McKissack, a master builder who was also a slave.

By the age of six, Deryl was drafting architectural drawings under her father’s tutelage. After graduating from Howard University with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering, she worked at Turner Construction and Dames & Moore; while at these firms, she honed her experience in field work, business development, and construction management.

In 1990, with a shoestring budget of $1,000 and a business plan crafted with help from a mentor at her alma mater, Deryl started McKissack & McKissack. Of that formative time, she remembers, “What got me through was a whole lot of passion.”

Ms. Amy Braley Franck began her career as a Department of the Army Civilian in July of 2013 as a Victim Advocate and has held the position of Sexual Assault Response Coordinator and Sexual Assault Program Manager for a 2- and 3-star Army Service Component Commands. Ms. Braley Franck has been identified on two separate occasions as a Whistleblower for her actions to protect her clients, as a catalyst for change. Ms. Braley Franck holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and Business from the University of Maryland. Ms. Braley Franck is credentialed through NOVA D-SCAAP as Level IV Military Advocate. She is a certified Child Abuse Investigator and Nationally certified Forensic Interviewer, conducting interviews for local law enforcement, Army CID, FBI and Homeland Security and has been tendered an expert witness in Child Molestation and Abuse hearings.

Ms. Braley Franck is certified to instruct law enforcement on the response and investigation of crimes against children to include child molestation and sex trafficking. She has successfully completed the Georgia Bureau of Investigation's Advanced Sexual Assault Investigation course.

Ms. Braley Franck has investigated allegations of sexual abuse for the State of Georgia. Designated as a Special ' attached to the Governor's Drug Task Force and high-profile investigations implicating public figures and organized crime. She served on the accreditation board of The Governor's Office of Georgia for Child Advocacy Centers, to ensure program standards and compliance.

Ms. Braley Franck pioneered and managed the first Tele-Medicine Model Child Advocacy center in Columbus, Georgia through a partnership created with Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She previously worked with the Child Abuse Specialists at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta providing professional development instruction to medical providers on recognizing and responding to child abuse and maltreatment.

Ms. Braley Franck has been successful in writing grants for funding programs, developing and managing budgets and supervising reporting requirements. She has also been recognized by GEN Ray Odierno serving on his Sexual Assault Advisory Board and GEN Mark Milley in her Strategic Plan addressing Sexual Assault and Harassment. In 2015, her efforts championed to open the first Sexual Assault Resource Center in Italy under the leadership and support of LTG Darryl Williams.

Ms. Braley-Franck has over 15,000 hours of victim advocacy and has conducted over 3,000 interviews of children/adolescents who have been sexually abused or witnessed violent crimes. She has given lectures at the National Organization of Victim Advocates Conference on providing Advocacy Services.

Kim is a mother of three sons and has been married to her husband Anthony for 33 years. Sarah Lipton - Sidibeh, was born in London England. Sara has written three volumes of short stories, three of her stories were broadcast on the radio. Sara has receive an award from 'The Poetry Society' in England for some of her poems. Such as 'Stagnation' that was shortlisted in the National Anthology Poetry competition in 2005, her poem 'Wishful Thinking' was printed in th Great Britain. Sarah was the featured Poet in 'Bareback Lit Magazine' in October 2012. She has also written a play, a children's  book, film scripts and song lyrics. And to top it off she was awarded a commended certificate for her song, ' I Wish' from the United Kingdom competition in 2016 this phenomenal women who has written two educational textbooks. Ariel Resuta was born AWAKE and empathic from birth. Ariel was an extremely sensitive child with powerful psychic abilities. Crystal children were born during the late 1980s and into the 2000s. 

At the age of three years old, she remembered her past lives, children, and how she died. When walking down the staircase in her parent's two-story foyer, holding her mother's hand she and her mother both heard a choir of angels.

Ariel focused on school and graduated early even after losing four months of time. Once out of high school she returned to Colorado and then pursued a degree in Baking and Pastry. Ariel is currently in massage school in Colorado beginning a career in the healing arts.
