Kim has been advising women in midlife on their health and wellness since the year 2000. Working exclusively with women in their 50’s, she specializes in coaching her clients to live their best life through a physical, mental, and emotional transformation. She empowers women to build confidence, resilience, hope, self-motivation, and make lasting changes to their health and well‐being.
With a background in fitness, nutrition, and wellness coaching, Kim partners with her clients to discover new ways to improve their Sleep, Food, Mood, and Exercise habits. She has a Master’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science, is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and is the owner of Transformation Wellness For Women.
