Catherine G. Lucas, Leading Authority on Spiritual Emergency & Mindfulness
In 2003 I went through a profound experience of Spiritual Emergency. The following year I organized the first of three international conferences on Spiritual Emergency, entitled ‘A Mindfulness-Based Approach to Spiritual Emergency’. Following that conference, I set up the UK Spiritual Crisis Network, to help raise awareness and understanding about the phenomenon. The Network brings together health professionals and experiencers and offers support where possible, through local groups around the UK and by email contact.
