I began my journey in music in 1985 while serving in the military. After being discharged from the Army in 1988, my best friend James Lewis and I formed the group Demolition. As independent artists, we recorded and performed music throughout the late '80s and into the '90s, thriving in both the secular and gospel hip-hop scenes as a headlining act out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
During my ten years working in the public school system, I became deeply involved in youth mentorship—coaching basketball, leading the Brother to Sister fraternity, and using music as a platform to inspire and guide young people.
In 2015, I co-founded the Quest Nation podcast with the mission to spotlight young individuals excelling in music, sports, business, and beyond. Over time, our content expanded to include a wide range of topics, including the paranormal. Today, Quest Nation is a four-time award-winning podcast, and we look forward to continued growth and success.
Musically, I released my debut solo EP, The Final Ingredient, in 2022. Five of the six tracks feature Toronto-based artist Griff Galexxzee. I’m currently working on a new project that will showcase both Griff and a range of emerging young artists. My commitment to uplifting the next generation through music remains strong, as does my dedication to representing my hometown of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
My musical influences span a wide array of genres—including gospel, rap, rock, pop, and soul—which continue to shape my sound and creativity.
