Lisa Coletta

I am a passionate corporate governance change leader who leads a collective of senior specialists that shape, drive and implement ‘right sized’ efficient governance policy and related frameworks and processes holistically in businesses. I love working with heart centered governing leaders who want to create working environments where their people can be their authentic 'true selves' and achieve outcomes that deliver value to their stakeholders.

Having worked in both the private and public sector with a career that spans well over two decades in governance at varying levels, I have defined and rejuvenated governance frameworks and processes enabling effective decision making in organizations. I have mainly done this through advising Chairs, Boards, Committees, Managing Directors and Executives on corporate governance, enabling active and adaptive management approaches to aid in delivery of their business strategy.

I am passionate about coaching, guiding and providing thought leadership to Boards, Executive Management and governance professionals and I relish the opportunity to support the continuous improvement of their personal effectiveness and mindsets to enable them to deliver effective governance within their organization at both strategic and operational levels.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Management, a Post Graduate of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute, and am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Company Directors Intensive Course. I am also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Coaching Practitioner and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate Member of the Governance Institute (formerly Chartered Secretaries) and is a member of the Australian Board of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
