TEACHING MEDITATION, BREATH-WORK, STRESS REDUCTION, THE AYURVEDA OF RELATIONSHIP, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, THE LOST ART OF COMMUNICATION, MASTER STORYTELLING FOR HOMELESS POPULATIONS, HOSPITALS, CHILDREN'S HOSPITALS, PRISONS, SCHOOLS.

My mission is to guide others on a path of healing and bring my practices to all who need them. I seek to support the cultivation of higher levels of consciousness and well being in others. To this end, I spend much of my time in service to those I meet, speaking to small groups, conducting satsangs and workshops, and meeting people who are interested in the healing process and spirituality. To go above and beyond what I can currently achieve, however, requires the support of others to help pave the way for others to grow and heal.

"Essentially there isn't anything I teach, offer that you do not already know, deep within your own being. My work is to assist you in uncovering that which is already there within you. To bring out of my own work on myself and to offer that movement toward truth, for the benefit of others. That they may awaken to their own sense of equanimity born out of their hearts longing for peace and discovering the one true nature that is in us all and has been all along."
