On Sunday, Maria and I will speak with Marc Levin, the filmmaker of STOCKTON ON MY MIND. The youngest, and first African-American mayor of Stockton, Michael Tubbs, transformed a community through his love and radical imagination for it. As a 40-year veteran of local and national politics, it's so thrilling for me to see our young people pay some attention to politics and vote. It is even more admirable when they run for public office and win!
