Our guest is David Krucoff, vice president at Broad Street Realty. David Krucoff represents tenants and landlords for their office, industrial and retail leasing needs. Krucoff is a licensed real estate agent in DC, Maryland and Virginia and is the founder of the DC Voting Rights Project. He has deep roots in DC and credits Georgetown Day School and his parents for empowering him as an independent thinker. Although not optimal, "reunion" (or retrocession) with the state of Maryland would give Washingtonians the basic democratic rights we currently lack. We'll be talking with David Krucoff, Douglass County, Maryland's executive director and founder about the benefits, detriments, political and legal feasibility of David's proposal. Is reunion with Maryland more attainable than DC statehood? Tune in!
