Danny Arroyo is an actor / writer / producer / director / military veteran / geek with a Bachelor's Degree in film production and script writing. He has over 90+ film/TV/commercial credits and has won four "Best Actor" awards at various film festivals. He loves to meditate daily (has not missed a day in over 10 straight years), read books (especially comic books), working out, writing (scripts and journals), playing fantasy football, video games, and seeing revivals of classic Hollywood films on the big screen.
Arroyo is the main lead role in four feature films. The action thriller ‘Day Labor’, the romantic comedy film ‘Switched at Love’, the suspense cop thriller ‘Nobody's Angel’, and the true life story film ‘The Last Smile’, all can be seen on Amazon Prime, AppleTV and Tubi. Other films that Arroyo has lead roles in are ‘Apocalypse Love’, ‘The Charisma Killers’, ‘Adolescents of Chymera’, ‘Body of Sin’, and ‘The Stolen Valley’. He had a recent guest starring role in the Western TV drama 'Wild West Chronicles’. Arroyo was a series regular on the Amazon Prime series ‘Sangre Negra... Black Blood’, for which he won the "Best Actor" award at the Vive Latino America Awards Show.
Arroyo is an advocate of the representation of Latino's in entertainment. He produced, wrote, and hosted the successful live event for the Television Academy of Arts & Science (Emmys) titled, ‘Hola: The Phenomenal Growth of Latino TV’ which featured a panel of all the Presidents/CEOs of various Latino TV networks.
