On this Christmas eve, 2016, it seems appropriate to take on the phrase, "Oh Jesus" which can be used in a variety of ways:
"Oh, Jesus, what am I going to get my wife for Christmas?"
"Oh, Jesus, my in-laws are coming for dinner and they're vegans."
"Oh, Jesus, my in-laws are coming for dinner and they're vegans."
"Oh, Jesus, what on earth have we let ourselves in for what with climate change, a Trump presidency, and no clear anti-dote for greed?"
or
"Oh....Jesus, BTW, how can we establish peace on earth and good will towards humans in the face of overwhelming multi-national a-moral corporations?"
"Oh........Jesus, what did you mean when you said, "The meek shall inherit the earth?"
"Oh, Jesus, how do you feel when people not only take your name in vain, but actually slaughter other people in that very same name?"
and one more,
"Oh, Jesus, how can I serve myself and others."--, Oh, that feels better,Jesus
