There are False Teachers Among You
Do not be fooled by claims of siting of the Savior. There is only one Savior and he is Jesus Christ. He promises that he will return, but his imminent return will be witnessed by the entire world. Therefore, do not look for him anywhere other than the clouds. His soon return will be seen by the entire world. Until then, proclaim his glory.

Prophecy was not given by men, but by God. God’s prophecy was given to men to deliver the message to all who would heed its message. God’s desire is for all to follow him and be saved. It is his desire to see all of his Creation in Heaven. Unfortunately, there are many who will not heed the warning. Don’t be one of them; follow God today and understand that he wants you to live the abundant life which is in Jesus.

Do Not Be Surprised That You Suffer
God says that it should not surprise believers when they suffer for Christ. The surprise should be that you don’t suffer. In fact, the question might be, “Why don’t you suffer for Jesus. Jesus said, “If they hated me they will hate you also (John 15:18).

“If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.” Even in days of struggle we must remember the gift of hospitality to others. God wants us to love each other and be kind. Even so, we are to be harmless as doves and wise as serpents. He does not expect us to walk blindly into danger. Quite the contrary, expect God to warn of danger through the power of the Holy Spirit.

God’s command is for us to love one another.

11-8-17 – 1 Peter 4:3-5 - The Living and the Dead Will Be Judged
Every person, living or dead, will have to answer for how they have lived their life. Those who accept Jesus will be judged according to want they have done for God and rewarded accordingly. Those who die in their sins without Jesus will be judged according to the law and will condemned to the Lake of Fie for eternity.
