Ottawa and Geneva:

Pope Francis has been legally banned from entering Canada on July 23 by an international Court with universal jurisdiction.                                                           

The International Common Law Court of Justice (ICLCJ) has issued an injunction that also orders his arrest, and prohibits authorities and the public from assisting him. 

The ICLCJ issued the injunction today based on its lawful conviction of Jorge Bergoglio on January 15, 2022, for his complicity in medical genocide and the trafficking, torture, and murder of indigenous children. The injunction and warrant empower police and the public to arrest Bergoglio and use any reasonable force or action to stop his movements. 

The Court action threatens to disrupt a planned meeting between Bergoglio and Chinese officials in Prince Rupert, British Columbia, on July 23, a day before he is scheduled to arrive in Edmonton.

According to Vatican and Beijing sources, the meeting will formalize Vatican Bank financing of a ten-year plan by China to solidify its takeover of the North American economy.

“The papal ‘apology’ to Canadian Indians is merely a smokescreen for this meeting, and for similar agreements Francis is making on China’s behalf with the Inuit people in Nunavut, where over a quarter of untapped Canadian oil resides,” said a source in Rome.

Indigenous elders in Canada quickly applauded the ICLCJ injunction. 

“We welcome the Court’s action to stop Bergoglio,” said Suzanne Holland of the Chilcotin National Congress. “We have banned him and his genocidal church from our territory and rejected his fake apology. We call on all other indigenous people to do the same and help us arrest this criminal.”

Acting on the authority of the injunction, the Stop the Pope Campaign announced today that sit-ins, road blockades, and other civil disobedience will disrupt the papal visit if it occurs. These Court-protected and sanctioned actions will occur in Prince Rupert, Edmonton, Quebec City, and Iqaluit, Nunavut.  

A copy of the ICLCJ injunction is attached, along with a Notice of Liability to police, church, government, and aboriginal officials. 

This Notice and the ICLCJ Injunction are endorsed by indigenous elders of the traditional Squamish, Chilcotin, Cree, Anishinaabe, Mohawk, and Metis Nations.

Post-script update: The Court has received positive confirmation that a special gathering of the murderous Ninth Circle sacrificial cult will be held in Prince Rupert at midnight on June 23, in the presence of Bergoglio and other church officials. JUDICIAL INJUNCTION AND ARREST WARRANT 

Issued by the Court on July 5, 2022, in the Matter of Jorge Bergoglio, aka ‘Pope Francis’, CEO of the Church of Rome and the Vatican Incorporated 

LET IT BE KNOWN that Jorge Bergoglio is a wanted felon who was lawfully convicted by the Court on January 15, 2022, for complicity in medical genocide and the trafficking, torture, and murder of children. As a fugitive from the law, Bergoglio constitutes a clear and present danger to public safety and to indigenous people and their children. 

ACCORDINGLY, it is hereby ordered by the Court that: 

1. Jorge Bergoglio is to be immediately detained by the police and the public in accordance with the Court’s lawful verdict of January 15, 2022. 

2. Jorge Bergoglio is prohibited from entering the territory of Canada or any indigenous nation before, on, or after July 23, 2022. 

3. All persons and church, police, aboriginal, and government officials are restrained from aiding or abetting Jorge Bergoglio, on pain of prosecution for complicity in obstructing justice and in Crimes against Humanity.

IT IS ALSO ORDERED BY THE COURT that the police and the public are empowered by this Injunction and Warrant to detain Jorge Bergoglio using any reasonable force and means, and to disrupt, delay, and frustrate his movements as a convicted fugitive from the law, including by occupying and seizing public and private roads, buildings, and properties.  

THIS INJUNCTION AND ARREST WARRANT HAS THE FULL FORCE AND EFFECT OF THE LAW, AND THE AUTHORITY OF INTERNATIONAL LAW. IT IS A PUNISHABLE OFFENCE TO INTERFERE WITH ITS PROSECUTION.

LET IT BE FURTHER KNOWN AND BE ADVISED that if you defy this Notice and associate with or assist Jorge Bergoglio, you will be legally liable and will face arrest and prosecution as accessories to Crimes against Humanity and to obstructing justice.
