A Rallying Cry for Free Men and Woman across Canada:

The Republic of Kanata

Establishing Liberty: The Case for Kanata is the vision and the program of the rising movement to establish an egalitarian Republic in Canada. Standing in the heroic tradition of the Patriots of 1837 and Louis Riel, the movement has begun to reclaim the nation and its wealth for all of the people. This book is an inspiring call to action and a practical Manual of instruction for establishing liberty and self-government in every community.

Experience has shown us that the old Canadian regime and its ‘Crown law’ is a  genocidal, criminal system that is hopelessly corrupt and self-serving, and is an oppressive weight on our people. It has lost its right to govern. Growing numbers of people are rallying to our new Nation, and over half of Canadians support our aim of severing all ties with the British monarchy and creating a Republic. The task now is to make the dream a reality.”

This book shows you how and why.

Published by the Provisional Council for the Republic and its political arm, The Republican Party of Kanata, The Case for Kanata is a shot heard around the world. It pronounces the end of tyrannical foreign and corporate rule in Canada. Read it, share it, and join the movement. You have a nation to win back!

The three stars represent our original founding Nations: The English, French and Indigenous. The blue borders signify the original Two Row Wampum treaty ratified among all three founding nations, establishing equality and peace among them. The Republic of Kanata is a post-colonial recovery of this agreement and the re-establishment of equality and a sharing of the land.
