Laura Magdalene Eisenhower returned to share the wealth of information about the invisible, "shadow government" and Breakaway Civilization, which has been developing advanced technologies now beyond the "Star Trek" level.  She shares about having been asked to go to the existing Mars base, which has been in operation for many decades.  This has been documented extensively by Andrew Basiago, and others like Michael Rice and Randy Kramer (Capt. Kaye) who talks about their experiences there from a military view.
