Alecia May, owner and Digital Event Strategist of Eventistry has been planning events for over 12 years. She has created experiences for intimate groups of 10 people to extravagant parties of over 800. Her work has allowed her to execute events both domestically and abroad with small start-up businesses as well as many large established companies. As an Event Planner, she has a passion for life and a flair for the creative. She’s planned and coordinated conferences, summits, meetings, grand openings, product launches, music festivals, private parties and more. Alecia’s professional resume includes work in the coaching, corporate, entertainment and technology industries. Her experience combined with her natural eye for detail has given her the opportunity to design and manage very intricate and complex events.

Alecia is a master of multi tasking. She’s comfortable working in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and countless things going on at once. She’s extremely detail oriented and loves jumping into a job quickly so she can start knocking things off of her to-do list. It’s her job to make sure that your event looks effortless and every detail is orchestrated flawlessly; she consistently delivers and loves doing it.

Alecia is always eager to learn more about industry and has the degrees to prove it. She’s received an Executive Diploma in Office Administration, a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and Marketing Management, and is certified as an International Event Specialist from Q.C. Event School in Canada. Her goal is to always be at the top of her game and continuing education is a cornerstone of that.
