Spouting Off

Spouting Off with Karen Kataline
Show Host:
Karen Kataline

...because, you're better off, when you're Spouting Off!

Karen is well-informed and opinionated, but she also believes that protecting others’ rights to free speech protects our own.

Topics range from the timely to the timeless, but always includes a healthy dose of debate and discussion.

Karen has a healthy sense of humor and a nose for news. She stays on top of the topics people are talking about and often brings you stories you may not have heard. Whatever the subject, Karen usually has an opinion and she welcomes yours too!

If you can’t stand a little rabble-rousing or even some passionate disagreement, you may want to listen with caution. But if you just love mixing it up about the hottest issues of the day, tune in. You might have your mind changed or even change someone else’s!

Headlined, Spouting Off, July 16, 2019

Broadcast Date:
July 16, 2019

Karen attended the Western Conservative Summit in Denver over the weekend. Not only will she have some observations about that, but how changing technology is influencing the lifestyles in ways we can't even imagine.  Ever thought about how different it is to watch network and cable TV versus watching it with an HD Firestick?  Do they ever get real-time news or just wait to see it on Facebook?

Then, Karen has been looking forward to a mini-debate with her friend, Melissa Rudd who is a PhD student who took issue with Karen's thoughts on how the "LGBTQ" political movement is promoting gender dysphoria.  They haven't discussed it off air, so you'll hear their "hash-out" live on the air!
