Guest Biography:

Rasha had an inner calling to become a Divine Messenger in 1987. The Journey to Oneness is the transcript of her experiences in her spiritual journey which she now teaches around the world.  She lives in India.

Biography From: http://www.onenesswebsite.com/about.html

Author of Oneness and The Calling, Rasha awakened to her inner-calling as a conduit of Divine guidance in 1987. She began working with Oneness -- the Divinity we all share -- in 1998, documenting the Revelations that serve as the foundation for the Oneness series, and addressing the profound spiritual awakening that is the hallmark of these times. In the process, she was taken step by step through the Sacred Journey to Oneness and through the life-altering changes that are shaking the foundation of today’s world.

Welcome! An accomplished professional writer, Rasha’s “previous life” includes a whirlwind international career as an advertising copywriter, a five-year stint as a Nashville songwriter and country music lyricist, and a published children’s book. In recent years, she became well known in the spiritual marketplace as the owner/designer of Earthstar, the metaphysical jewelry company. Between takes, she raised and nurtured three wonderful children, now all grown.

As a spiritual teacher with a profound message, Rasha is not affiliated with any established spiritual path, religion or guru. Her teachings are universal and focus on the experience of the Divinity within each of us. The loving guidance of Oneness continues to be documented by Rasha as this Divine outreach to humanity flows through her and comes to life on her laptop.

An incurable world-traveler, Rasha now spends her days cloistered in the remote mountains of Northern New Mexico and the mystical hills of South India. There, in blessed silence, life is filled with the indescribable joy of transcribing the words of Oneness for future volumes.

When he was five years old, he began working in the cotton and corn fields along with his brothers and sisters attending school only when there was no work. Poverty prevailed in all directions. From the age of ten there were many moves to Arkansas and several parts of Texas in search of farm work.

At sixteen, to escape the poverty of his childhood, Manny enlisted in the U.S. Marines Corps serving in Korea with the 1st Marine Division. Two weeks after returning to Camp Pendleton, he came down with Korean malaria spending 45 days in a military hospital. His piece won second place all army Hawaii, second place all army Far East, and fourth place all U.S. Army.

In 1964, he elected to leave the army and attend university. Two months later, a U.S. Air Force recruiter came and asked him to join. With one child and one on the way, and with the promise of support in getting his university degree, he enlisted as a staff sergeant in the Air Force. Ten months later Manny was selected for the ‘Boot Strap’ program spending a full calendar year at the University of Omaha  earning his bachelor’s degree. He was then immediately promoted to second lieutenant. The Air Force continued its educational support enabling Manny to earn masters (U of Oklahoma) and doctorate (U of Manchester, England) degrees. Manny retired from the U.S. Air Force in 1976. He is proud to hold the title: Marine, Soldier, and Airman.

Manny went on to teach at several universities and serve as chief executive officer of a number of medical organizations including two teaching hospitals, one in Saudi Arabia. Arnie Gundersen
Guest Occupation: Nuclear Energy and Engineering Expert, Holds a Nuclear Safety Patent, Licensed Reactor Operator, Former Nuclear Industry Senior Vice President
Guest Biography:

Arnie Gundersen has 40-years of nuclear power engineering experience. He attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) where he earned his Bachelor Degree cum laude while also becoming the recipient of a prestigious Atomic Energy Commission Fellowship for his Master Degree in nuclear engineering. Arnie holds a nuclear safety patent, was a licensed reactor operator, and is a former nuclear industry senior vice president. During his nuclear power industry career, Arnie also managed and coordinated projects at 70-nuclear power plants in the US.

In 1990, Gundersen discovered radioactive material in an accounting safe at Nuclear Energy Services, the Danbury consulting firm where he was employed. Three weeks after notifying the company president of what he believed to be radiation safety violations, Gundersen was fired. According to the New York Times, for three years, Gundersen was "awakened by harassing phone calls in the middle of the night" and "became concerned about his family's safety". Gundersen believes he was blacklisted, harassed and fired for doing what he thought was right.

Gundersen questioned the safety of the Westinghouse AP1000, a proposed third-generation nuclear reactor and has expressed concerns about the operation of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant. He served as an expert witness in the investigation of the Three Mile Island accident and has provided commentary on the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster.

AP1000
In April 2010, Gundersen released a report (commissioned by several anti-nuclear groups) which explored a hazard associated with the possible rusting through of the AP1000 containment structure steel liner. In the AP1000 design, the liner and the concrete are separated, and if the steel rusts through, "there is no backup containment behind it" says Gundersen. If the dome rusted through the design would expel radioactive contaminants and the plant "could deliver a dose of radiation to the public that is 10 times higher than the N.R.C. limit" according to Gundersen. Westinghouse has disputed Gundersen's assessment. Gundersen has testified before the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards saying that "if a hole appeared, the chimney effect would disperse radioactive material far and wide".

VERMONT YANKEE
Gundersen has also expressed concerns about the operation of the Vermont Yankee Nuclear Power Plant, saying a leak of radioactive tritium there could be "followed by releases of other, more dangerous materials if the plant keeps operating".
v Gundersen has said that the U.S. nuclear industry and regulators need to reexamine disaster planning and worst-case scenarios, especially in reactors such as Vermont Yankee, which have the same design as the crippled nuclear plant at the center of the 2011 Japanese Fukushima nuclear emergency. He says that Vermont Yankee and similar plants are vulnerable to a similar cascade of events as in Japan.

FUKUSHIMA
As part of Fairewinds Energy Education, Gundersen has hosted numerous videos and provided updates about the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster. He was also a regular guest on Democracy Now discussing the issue. In an interview with Al Jazeera, Gundersen referred to Fukushima as "the biggest industrial catastrophe in the history of mankind".
