Stuxnet Worm: The Israeli "Mistake" -- IF it WAS a "Mistake" & IF it was ISRAEL who made it...There IS Another Possibility... :O

I was interested in Zany's report on the Stuxnet Worm in George Ure's article on the Web Bot Hits...and the possibility that the Israelis were the ones who "did it."

Supposing they did...which would the World prefer -- a bunch of computers going down OR a Nuclear War?  I find it a little curious that the accusation came from Germany -- surprise-surprise -- but what I find MOST interesting is the word, "myrtus," found embedded in the code of this computer worm -- a LATIN word.  Since WHEN did the Israelis or ANY Jews for that matter, start using LATIN words or phrases in coded symbology for military operations?  To my knowledge, they've always used HEBREW.  Although there's a first time for everything,  I just thought it a little Strange...

Personally I find the response below as to "whodunit" to be EQUALLY CREDIBLE...

German Firm Employee May Have Created Stuxnet, Israel Blamed

[snip]

Well, it was only a matter of time before somebody found an “official” way to blame Israel for the Stuxnet worm. Mainly because of the fact that it has been reported as damaging quite a few computer systems in Iran. More specifically, “60,000 computers in Iran, including those at the Bushehr nuclear plant” were affected, according to a report on Friday posted at (http://www.dailymirror.lk/print/index.php/opinion1/23025.html). In addition, “Kevin Hogan, senior director at computer security giant Symantec, said 60 percent of computers worldwide infected by the Stuxnet worm were in Iran, suggesting its industry was the target.”

...the worm was likely created by a “person (who) may possibly be a current or former employee of the German industrial giant (Siemens) whose control systems are widely used to manage industrial facilities such as oil rigs and power plants” (emphasis added). In addition, senior technology consultant Graham Cluley of Sophos commented that, “The message I got was that it appears to have been written by someone with inside knowledge of how Siemens’ systems work.”

My thoughts! Hooray! Finally we can agree on - at least - ONE topic ... how come? For said reasons 'Sucks & Sticks Worming' not in Israel's interest. Not?
