Basically, I use three sources for my articles and publish them only to bring attention to the source documents.

It's a not for pay, play or fame..., I just agreed to do it.

So, here again is one of my articles that has good advice for mankind and presents the Prime Directive as to human diet.

Why There Is No Medical 'Cure' For Cancer
The late 1950's were a frightening time in which to be growing up. In school we were learning about the 'warning signs of cancer' and practicing air raid drills in the halls. It seemed that if the Soviets didn't get us with the bomb, then cancer would.
There was no defense against the bomb, and there was no known cure for cancer. Both were an unequivocal death sentence.
The first cancer death I experienced was that of an 11-year-old friend. That was 45 years ago. He got the death sentence; there would be others. Nearly a half-century later, there is still no medical 'cure' for cancer and I don't believe there ever will be.
Because medicine is chasing its own tail while barking up the wrong tree!
What do I mean?
Medicine is looking for the answer but lives and works in the wrong paradigm; it is lost there. Left in the hands of medicine, cancer will kill you if the treatment doesn't kill you first. The difference in me, today, is that I don't believe cancer is an automatic death sentence unless you accept that verdict from the medical profession and allow its practitioners to assist you in carrying it out.
And today, I firmly believe that cancer is, for the most part, a disease that has its roots and origins in the way we live. Genetics may play a part in it, in so far as it can be resisted better by some than by others, but cancer is really and truly part of our lifestyle.
Medical science tells us that cancer cells are formed within us daily, and that so long as our body and immune system are up to the task, these cancer cells are constantly being destroyed.
Viewed in this context, what we call 'carcinogens' may not so much 'cause' cancer as damage, inhibit, or alter the immune system and other body systems so that some of the many cancer cells that are always coursing through our bodies get the opportunity to take hold and establish themselves as 'symptoms' of a so-called 'disease.' That's right, a cancerous growth is not a disease but a symptom, a symptom of poor health.
This also tells me that there can be no medical 'cure' for cancer and that the only way to effect healing -- not 'cure' -- is to remove the source of the problem -- whatever it is that's destroying the immune or other systems -- and do everything possible to bolster and support the body's natural affinity for health. A program that's demonstrating a capacity for doing just that is Jon Barron's Baseline of Health, as outlined in Lessons From The Miracle Doctors. If you're looking for alternatives to chemo, surgery, and radiation therapy, Bill Henderson has so far helped 600 people overcome cancer with his gentle remedies in Cancer-Cure.

What Is Causing the Worldwide Obesity Epidemic?
By: Robert Alford Darby Date: 3/6/09 4:11 pm
A question for those taking the time to read this post.
I have posted several articles concerning the cause of all human disease.
We are what we eat and if we eat poison we suffer the consequences: Obesity, Cancer, Heart Disease and all the others because we destroy our immune system - our built in defense system - by eating flesh, smoking tobacco, taking drugs and eating flesh, fruit and vegetable at the same time.
Somewhere in my articles I mention transit time between meals and eating six small meals each day allowing for transit through our digestive tract.
It is useless to try and change the reason for disease. Our Creator has spoken and has His Son, God of Earth & Heaven Above.
The Prime Directive is still, "Kill nothing, eat no flesh."
Is it possible that early age involvement in team sports would prevent obesity?
Dear Professor of Kinesiology:
I have read your Times article with interest and believe it is a very good article.
In my search for Truth concerning Earth, Sky and Spirit and for a present day source of comment on current affairs I have come across OAHSPE and ZetaTalk.
My comments are based on my study of these two sources.
We, the American People, eat meat and worship idols. For these two reasons our bodies are obese and diseased.
From OAHSPE I have learned that The best most perfect of all the people on the earth do not eat flesh and do worship Jehovih, the Great Spirit.
So, in my opinion the best and most perfect are not gross flesh eaters and idol worshippers: they are those that have chosen to worship Jehovih and follow His Commandments are rule for successful living.
I have taken a few minutes to put together some information from OAHSPE and ZetaTalk for you to ponder and even consider about the cause of obesity and the place of sports in our culture.
I am not the final authority concerning anything at all except the matter of my own choices and decisions. You will always have liberty to do think and act based on your life experience and position in education.

From an article in the El Paso Times, Healthy Living Section, March 2, 2009
Introduce sports early for active, healthy lives.
"The most obvious thing sports can do is to teach children to enjoy physical activity and encourage them to lead a healthy lifestyle," says UTEP head volleyball coach Ken Murphy. "These habits are sometimes difficult to form as adults, so the earlier that children start the better."
Because 16 percent of U.S. children and 33 percent of adolescents are considered obese, developing a healthful lifestyle is important.
The onset of unhealthful weight gain can begin early, at ages 5 and 6.
Studies also suggest that if a child is obese between the ages of 10 and 13 years old, the child has an 80 percent chance of becoming an obese adult.
Being involved in regular sports teams and fitness activities early in life may keep young people motivated to maintain active lives as they reach young adulthood, middle age and beyond.

by John Ballou Newbrough [1882]
Oahspe is a book written in 1880 by an American dentist named John Ballou Newbrough [1828-1891]. He claimed that it was the result of automatic writing, dictated to him by spirits in a trance. In this trance he wrote the entire book on a very early typewriter (possibly the first such book ever written on a machine!). The spirits were very profilic; Oahspe is about four-fifths the size of the King James Bible, and more than twice the size of the Book of Mormon.
Book of Es, Daughter of Jehovih
Chapter XX, verses 37- 45
But, in this era, I come not to an exclusive people, but to the combination of all peoples commingled together as one people. Hence, I have called this, the KOSMON ERA.
Henceforth, my chosen shall be of the amalgamated races, who choose Me.
And these shall become the best, most perfect of all peoples on the earth.
And they shall not consider race or color, but health and nobleness as to the mortal part; and as to spirit, peace, love, wisdom and good works, and one Great Spirit only.
Leonidas said to Xerxes: It will be revealed ere long that we have been here with our angel hosts. As a testimony of this, let us allot a number of our angels to remain a season with mortals. And they shall inspire them to athletic sports peculiar to the Argos'yans and Parsi'e'ans.
To this, Xerxes consented, and they asked for six hundred thousand angel volunteers; and they received them, and officered them, and distributed them in such way that their inspiration should develop mortals in health, strength and endurance, by means of athletic games.
And it came to pass that the angels of heaven established athletic games amongst this people, far and near. Jehovih said: Even in this shall man behold the Cause of causes which lieth behind all things done on the earth.
And man searched as to the Cause of these things, and tried to persuade himself of any cause but the true one!
Jehovih said: I will show these people, that the chief causes of great affairs amongst mortals come from the angels of My heavens.
I come in kosmon not to free only the corporeal man, but the spiritual man. I raised My hand against a God being founded in their constitution; neither will I have them to fight battles for Me. The past is past; angels and mortals shall be free!

The Stench of Carnivorous Mankind

Like Unto Like II
The *Stench of Carnivorous Mankind
Ponder This,
Like unto like created I all the living. Whosoever maketh himself carnivorous, can not escape conflict and contention within his own members, soul and body.
The butcher shall be ashamed of his avocation; his neighbors shall say to him: Thou stinkest of blood!
Because thou gavest us flesh, we also drank to drunkenness. Because thou gavest flesh, we also did smoke and take narcotics. Because thou gavest us flesh, we are rotten with catarrh, and wasted in the lungs.
Because we feasted on flesh, Jehovih answered us in corruptible flesh. Lo, we stink from the sole of our feet to the crown of our heads.
PONDER what could be done to be rid of the stench. Deodorants and perfumes and bathing cleansing the digestive system will not eliminate the contamination.
We pass the stench along to our children. They are like us, contaminated, when they are born. It's in our blood AND LIKE UNTO LIKE the stench is passed to our babies.
The Question That Prompts Me to Repost this Article is What Will You Feed Your Body and Your Soul?
*Note. Ponder this factalso:: The farther away one travels from earth, which stinks of blood, the purer the air.
Etherean Angel consume the pure fragrance of vegetation, called Haoma, and in OAHSPE it is revealed that these Angels are disgusted by the stench of the earth and carnivorous mankind when visiting our planet. It is not only man that stinks, but due to the slaughter of animals, fowl and fish and the slaughter of man engaged in war, both earth and the air above it stink.
The hands, apron and block of the butcher stink of blood as do the battlefields of war. The stench of carnivorous man and the earth that soaks up the shed blood in war offend both Jehovih and His Holy Angels.
The stench of carnivorous warrior man wafts into and pollutes the heavens above earth.
If there is an emissions problem on earth today it is the global stench caused by carnivorous man.
The glossary of OAHSPE tells us that the meaning of Christians, Muslim, Buddhist, and other world religions is WARRIOR!
You become what you eat. If you eat flesh .the result is that spiritually you become a stunted soul and a warrior against Jehovih.
See the diet section of the book ZetaTalk, use the search engine of the ZetaTalk website for further information about eating flesh, read about diet in OAHSPE and then, ponder what your diet should be. What will you feed your body and soul?
The details concerning this matter of our stench are contained in Oahspe, Book of Inspiration. The text of Chapter XII is set forth below. It explains what must be done to be rid of the contamination in our blood because we ate flesh.
Oahspe, A Kosmon Bible in the Words of Jehovih and his Angel Embassadors
by John Ballou Newbrough [1882] (text based on 3rd edition of 1912)
Book of Inspiration, Chapter XII
1. MAN only, of all My created animals, created I not perfect in his order, saith Jehovih.
2. The most devoid of knowledge, and the most helpless of animals, created I man.
3. I gave not to the bird to improve her feathers; nor yet to improve her species; nor gave I her a book as to the manner of building her nest, nor as to her behavior with other birds.
4. Nor said I to the hare: Beware of foxes, or go thou, teach thy young to depend on their fleetness.
5. And yet, both, birds and beasts, move by My inspiration, perfectly in the order I made them; the bird doeth her work, and the hare fleeth from the fox.
6. But the child of man will put its finger in a serpent's mouth, and the child will also eat any deadly poison.
7. Thus differently created I man from all other things on earth; but I gave him the foundation whereon he might attain to perfection in all the attributes of My other living creatures.
8. And I said to man: Be thou observant of what thou shalt eat and drink, and where thou shalt dwell by day, and sleep by night.
9. For all things shall write upon thy soul the character and kind whereof they are made.
10. If thou wilt be gentle, like a lamb, and non-resistant and docile, so thou mayst obtain great knowledge, feed thou upon herbs and fruits and cereals.
11. And thy blood shall be pure and cool, and charged with food for thy spirit, in peace and love.
12. But if thou wilt be ferocious, like a carnivorous beast, then thou shalt feed upon flesh and fish, and thy blood shall be hot, and thy spirit shall be stirred with passion and anger and contention and tattling and war and jealousy and love of vengeance.
13. For whatsoever thou chargest thy blood with, shall be charged upon thy spirit.
14. Because thou canst not feed on fish nor flesh but through destruction unto death, even so, destruction unto death shall come upon thy soul.
15. From thine own blood shall thy spirit be inspired, even according to what thy blood containeth.
16. As through corpor thy corporeal part is nurtured, so through the gaseous, atmospherean part is thy spirit nurtured.
17. Woman said: Behold, I kill not any lamb, nor bird, nor fish. Others kill them, but I eat them.
18. To kill My lambs and birds, and whatsoever I created alive, is a simple act, saith Jehovih. Let no man waste much speech because of such destructions.
19. It is the contamination of the blood of man by carnivorous food, whereon thou shalt ponder.
20. Like unto like created I all the living. Whosoever maketh himself carnivorous, can not escape conflict and contention within his own members, soul and body. 21. Until the earth was circumscribed, I gave man carnivorous food; to-day, I make it poison to him. 22. And man shall turn away from it; and the smell of it shall sicken him; and the sight of blood shall fill him with horror.
23. The butcher shall be ashamed of his avocation; his neighbors shall say to him:
Thou stinkest of blood!
24. Because thou gavest us flesh, we also drank to drunkenness. 25. Because thou gavest flesh, we also did smoke and take narcotics. 26. Because thou gavest us flesh, we are rotten with catarrh, and wasted in the lungs. 27. Because we feasted on flesh, Jehovih answered us in corruptible flesh. 28. Lo, we stink from the sole of our feet to the crown of our heads. 29. And our offspring are born into the world so helpless and corrupt that half of them die in infancy. 30. Jehovih said: When I command the nations of the earth to peace, behold I raise My hand above the carnivorant's head. 31. As there was a time when I created every animal perfect in its order; so also shall such a time come unto man. 32. And now is the dawn thereof. Hence, I named it *kosmon.
Note added October 20, 2008 The Kosmon Era began March 31, 1848, when Earth entered the Arc of Kosmon which is the Heavenly Roadway Earth will travel during the following three thousand years. It is a time when all things past and present are made known.
33. As the spider learneth to build her net without a book, and the bees to dwell in a queendom in peace and industry without books and written laws and instructions as how to do this and that, even so, now is a new birth to the generations of My people. 34. By My direct inspiration upon them shall they learn to do all things perfect, in the order of man for which I created him. 35. Man shall know how to do things easily, and without the long labor of books, and without showing, or explanations. 36. As of old, I commanded thee to have dominion over every living thing I created; so, now, I command thee to take the earth and the waters of the earth and the air above the earth into thy dominion also. 37. And thou shalt rule over them; to drive away the heat, and bring the cold; to drive away the cold, and bring the heat, as thou wilt, for the benefit of all the living. 38. To accomplish which, thou shalt now, first of all, adapt thyself to thy Creator, according to My highest Light upon thee: 39. To put away thine own inharmony in thy blood and flesh, and in thy soul.
How did man arrive where he is today, with his intelligence? Did he evolve from the ape, or was he given an assist? Both. Man was given an assist, through genetic engineering, by benign aliens. Sometimes, mistakes are made, requiring correction.

ZetaTalk: Intelligent Carnivores, Note: written Jul 15, 1996
Evolution in the Universe takes many paths, but all the paths that corporeal life follows require consumption of other living matter. It may be argued that plants and single cell creatures live by absorbing only chemicals and light, and thus sustain themselves in a benign manner, but close examination proves otherwise. Bacteria or virus material considered on the borderline of being living matter, infects and destroys that which they need for nourishment, and the amoebae and protozoa likewise surround and consume foodstuffs they encounter, whether this food be living or not.
Plants seem to take in carbon dioxide and light and transform this into sugar. Yet the roots of the plant draw up the nourishment the plants need only because they are embedded in soil moistened in the byproduct of other life, which must die for the plant to grow, and some carnivorous plants don't wait for the donor to die.
At the base of life on planets seeded with DNA are simple chemical reactions that form in ever more complex structures and replicate themselves. Those that replicate successfully become the genes of the future, and those that do not remain as building blocks for the more successful DNA chains. Eating one another starts early. Unlike the spiritual realm, where consumption of one spirit by another is never required and in fact cannot happen, carnivorous behavior is intrinsic to corporeal life. Why God so structured the world in this way is not known, but considering that all forming entities begin their life incarnated, there are certain lessons that are guaranteed. As empathy in some degree is also intrinsic to corporeal life, a conflict between the self and the other is a given. Thus, the conscious decision to sacrifice the self is frequently made, and this is the spark that begins development toward the Service-to- Other orientation. All rights reserved:

ZetaTalk: Human Health, Note: written Dec, 2002
The effects of the shift on human illness will not be outside of what is experienced today, while traveling to foreign lands or moving to a different climate. The admonition not to drink the local water, or to eat the local fruit without washing it well, is an example. The human immune system adjusts, developing antibodies against new germs, so illness is a temporary, if unpleasant, situation. The shift will find germs, as well as animals and humans and plants, migrating after the shift, and this situation has started in the years leading up to the shift. Thus, even if one remains in the home land, new germs will arrive, uninvited. The roiling core, which is increasing in activity in the years leading up to the shift, has little effect on animal and human life, despite the increase in albinism like the White Buffalo. The core, after all, roils all the time, under normal circumstances, so is nothing new. Those surviving the shift will find themselves experiencing more illness due to:
1. new germs being brought into the area
2. reduced immune systems due to depression
3. poor nutrition
In any case, the answer is to have a positive outlook, as this raises the immune system; eat a diet balanced in vitamins and minerals even if a high calorie diet is not possible; exercise by taking action to improve the life of all in the community as taking action against problems and doing for others raising the morale, overall; and allowing the body to adjust to new germs by developing antibodies, a process that often requires the body to be sick for a period of time, but he fever and weakness are a normal part of the process. In time, this passes, so should be looked up on as temporary.

ZetaTalk: Vegetarian, Note: written on Jul 15, 1997
Humans are omnivores, as during their evolution they required the ability to eat a broad diet in order to survive. Carnivores develop in species that are swift and voracious, but only where a continuous and ample supply of prey exist. Imagine a tiger with nothing but grass to eat. The tiger may be willing to eat almost anything when the hunger pangs get strong enough, but his digestive system won t process anything but meat.
Carnivores die when their prey dies out. Species that are vegetarians also have specialized digestive tracts, designed to break down the tough fiber that is intrinsic to plant life. They have multiple stomachs in many cases, digesting in stages. All species that eat plants consume insects as a matter of course, as insects are scattered throughout the plants they munch on, and thus are always part of the intake.
Thus, species that evolve are either carnivores, vegetarian, or omnivores. The omnivore, of which mankind is a member, evolve to meet wildly swinging cycles of food availability. Early humans, being land animals and highly mobile, could travel during drought to areas lush with vegetation.
Strictly vegetarian animals do this likewise, but as their digestive tracts digest fiber effectively, they can nibble on dried vegetation on the way. Humans, evolved from apes which were adjusted to eating fruits and insects as well as vegetation, do not have the apparatus to digest fiber. Thus, while on the road during droughts, they would have starved unless able to kill and eat meat. They have dual digestive systems, in effect.
Humans are designed, due to the influence of food availability during evolution, to eat either vegetables and fruits or meat, but not both at the same time. This is a fact not widely recognized or understood by humans, and thus they do themselves damage by eating both foods at meals, routinely. Imagine the cave man on the road, traveling to lush fields of vegetation where fruits and grains and tubers could be located with ease. The troop kills a deer or elephant, and feasts on nothing but meat and blood for days, consuming the entire kill before it can spoil. They do this repeatedly while on the road. When they arrive at their destination, they find they no longer need to take the physical risks that hunting invariably presents - flailing hooves and charging frightened beasts. They become vegetarians.
Modern man misunderstands what the cave man ate while lolling about during their vegetarian periods. They did not live strictly on vegetables and fruits and grains. They ate any and everything that was handy, and this included numerous insects and slow moving life forms such as mollusks and possums. They ate less meat, but the diet was highly varied and included occasional small bites from sources other than plants. Thus, those modern humans who try to live what they interpret to be a strictly vegetarian life suffer from malnutrition - poor immunity, anemia, lack of strength, and inability to deal with stress. Man was not designed to live by vegetables alone, and must accommodate their body with protein sources from living creatures other than plants, or suffer the consequences.

ZetaTalk: Physiology Differences
Note: written Oct 15, 1995
The Zeta physiology differs from the human physiology in several respects, and this has created challenges and choices.
It has been noted that where we have nostrils, and our breath, acrid by human standards, can be felt when in close quarters, we don't appear to be breathing. The expansion of human lungs is visible, yet our trunks seem firm and immobile. Do we have lungs? We do indeed, but they work asynchronously, rather than in unison, one expanding while the other exhales, so the motion is all internal. How did this come about, that springing from the same base we developed different breathing patterns? The answer lies in our long lean frame, which in the trunk has a fused rib system with cartilage between the ribs for extra strength. During our genetic engineering periods those Zetas who adapted to a longer more rigid frame by an adjusted breathing cycle survived to pass along their genetics. In fact, our current frame only became possible because asynchronous breathing became possible. The genetic engineers went with the flow, so to speak. Our hybrids, however, have unison breathing, but in a pinch could switch over to asynchronous breathing - a latent capacity.
Where our current digestive system is rudimentary, having been eliminated in preference to a cleaner, quicker form of nourishment intake via our nutrient baths, the genetics controlling digestion are a factor to be considered when merging genetics in the hybrids. What did our digestive systems used to be, and how did these differ? The human diet is voluminous and fibrous, reflecting the diet of the base apes that formed the human race, and in truth reflecting the reality of vegetation on your planet and the adaptation that animals evolving on your planet were forced to deal with. If an animal is vegetarian, and most are, they eat continuously, defecate frequently, and deal with digestive gasses. Few animals become successful predators; an obvious fact as if all were predators there would soon be nothing to prey upon. So humans have as their base an animal that eats masses of fibrous vegetation, daily.
We Zetas, on our world, had a different diet. Our world was not sunny and bright, and the vegetation thus not as evolved. Mosses, bugs, algae, crustaceans, and when we ate almost nothing went to waste. If forced to eat your diet we would digest the fiber, but would also be unable to consume enough to retrieve the necessary nutrition. In our hybrids we have attempted to take the best of both worlds. Humans, we feel sure, would not object to less farting and burping. We have retained the more complete digestive capabilities of the Zetas, while adjusting this to allow for the types of foods your world offers. In the highly civilized world of the future, cultivation will focus on those foods that return the highest nutrition. Less eating, less elimination, virtually no digestive gasses, and surprisingly constipation will not be a concern as the shape of the bowel, being a single straight shoot, lends itself to guaranteed elimination.
The physiological work assigned to organs such as the kidney and liver is essentially the same in both Zetas and humans, but how this work is accomplished varies. In humans the kidney works constantly, filtering waste, but in the Zeta click in only when certain blood chemicals raise to a level requiring attention. Like the heart, which rests between beats, the Zeta kidney rests between Zeta meals. The reason for this pacing is the more complete absorption of nutrients in the Zeta digestive tract, placing a burden on the kidneys which then require a rest period in which to recoup. Likewise, the Zeta liver is a workhorse that goes the distance after meals and requires a recuperative period. Zetas who overeat get more than overweight, they get sick. Our thinness is not due solely to genetic tendencies, we simply do not overeat. Do the Zetas store fat as humans do? Yes and no. We have this capacity but our physiology does not make use of it ordinarily.
Since we do not digest excess food without getting sick, our bodies keep all nutrition at the ready, as a store to be used up before the next meal. No packing it away in fat cells, no saving it for a later day. Our hybrids have the best of both worlds. They are slender because their physiology uses, rather than stores nutrition, and their appetites pace accordingly.
But should they for any reason decide to overeat, they do not suffer as we, the Zetas, do.
The Zeta were selected for production of a hybrid race with humans in part because our physiologies are similar. Our blood is also hemoglobin based, and where a chemist would find all the many Zeta blood components differing from comparable human blood components in quantity and composition, the differences are not dramatic. Likewise with the endocrine systems, which have comparable glands and functions. Here, however, there is one dramatic difference. The Zeta do not sleep, though there are regular rest periods where activity essentially stops. This difference appeared in the Zetas during our 3rd Density existence, when many of our number were warlike. The guard who did not sleep survived, and thus the trait became dominant. There are blood chemistry differences in humans between the wakeful and sleep states, but in the Zeta these differences do not appear. Our hybrids sleep, as we have found the physiology more resilient when able to rest. However, the sleep requirements are much reduced, requiring perhaps 1/5, rather than 1/3 of the day, and the onset of sleep deprivation does not occur with our hybrids, who are able to bear through without sleep if need be.

The food mountains have all but disappeared and we havent enough land to continue feeding ourselves Globally. More and more refugees arrive daily from Africa because they are literally starving. We are as the paper claims in our 6 year out of 7 short of food. This seems to be very similar to the bibilical story of Daniel and his prophetic utterances to Nebucanezer. Can the Zetas shed any light on this matter?
It has been noted that many farm animals are having twins, twin births, for unexplained reasons during the erratic weather. The reasons for this are deep within the DNA of creatures that sense hard times coming, and want to better the chances for survival of the species. Those who had such a reaction to unsteadying times, survived, where those without such DNA were decimated. In similar manner, it is no accident, nor even life styles, that is causing the explosion in obesity! This is a deliberate urge, in those sensing starvation in their future.

ZetaTalk: Physical Fitness, Note: written by Jul 15, 1995
Since the dawn of civilization mankind has had to deal with the ravages of sloth. The wealthy man, having hired others to work his fields and carry his bundles, do his laundry and run his errands, finds himself short of breath and getting pains in his chest. Nature designed man to meet the struggle for existence, to be able to walk through his days in search of food and water, to climb trees and cliffs for a snatch of food. The last thing nature foresaw was a life of sloth. But that is what an increasing number of mankind lives.
How can the physically idle stay physically fit, and in their busy lives how can they maximize the time they spend on physical fitness. This has been extensively studied by humans concerned about rising rates of obesity and heart disease, especially as they might find themselves in the danger zone. Late in the game, they throw themselves into an exercise program, as though every ounce of sweat will work a pound of cure, but most often the damage has been done and such programs can even bring on the demise of the fanatic. The best course of action is gradual during any acclimation period. If one has not been walking, much less running - then walk, don't run. If one has not been lifting weights, then start with the 20 pound weights. Stop when you are short of breath, as tomorrow you will find you have more stamina. Give your body a chance to catch up. Take a day off now and then from the routine, you're not in a race, you know.
Just as civilization brought the demons of sloth onto mankind, the demons of plenty have left their mark. Rich food, the type eaten only on occasion by early man, is on the platter every day, and the richer the better. Pass the butter, please. High fiber foods, normally the staple in early man, may be absent altogether. Early man ate frequently, shat frequently due to his high fiber diet, and drank all he could hold when encountering clean water. Protein feasts were rare, and on those occasions early man ate nothing but the protein until this was gone or he was chased from the find or kill. The healthiest diet is one that takes mankind's beginnings into consideration.
Probably the most important physical fitness advice we can give to the human animal caught in the rigors of civilization's incessant demands is not to worry. If a matter is not in your control, put it from your mind. What will be, will be, and your stress diseases will not change this one way or the other.

ZetaTalk: Zeta Emotions, Note: written by Jul 15, 1995
Regarding whether we, the Zetas, are capable of feeling love and joy, or are we cold fish. We are not cold fish. The issue of emotion has been misunderstood. What is meant by emotion? Humans experience a range of emotion, a wide range that they know by name and recognize and a wider range of emotions they have not even catalogued. We will enumerate.
The positive emotions are love, which can include a sense of bonding, or a sense of affectionate possession, or a sense of desire for the loved object. Bonding love expands to comradeship, protection of those dependent and weak, affiliation, loyalty, and pride of association. Affectionate possession, a common form of love among the spiritually immature, is less an empathic concern for the other than a pride of ownership. It can lead to the O.J. Simpson syndrome. Desire for the loved object can involve love of food, as passionate consumption, or love of a sex object, which is also so common as to need no explanation. Loved objects can also be sensuous objects such as leather chairs, fast cars, heady perfumes, or brilliant sunsets. The list is endless.
How do we Zetas compare to humans on these positive emotions? We feel a sense of bonding, without a doubt, and in all its forms. Affectionate possession is also possible, but in the Service-to-Others orientation this does not come to the fore and command the attention it does in more spiritually immature entities. Desire for the loved object is blunted in the Zetas, so that we are aware of our need for food or sex, but this is a very quiet voice. Those who wonder if the Zeta have sex should be aware that where we no longer use our sex organs for reproduction, we still have mild sensations in this regard. Not lacking imagination, the Zetas are looking forward to a return to a full sex life, when incarnate in the hybrids. Affection for food is not the driver and foci that it is for humans, but we Zetas are aware of the weakness that comes from a lack of nourishment. Thus, we feel affection for our renewal baths. In genetically engineering the hybrids, we are not including a compulsion for food stuffs, with consequent obesity.
The negative emotions are primarily control, with a desire to negate or diminish any factor that removes the entity from primary control of the environment. As we have detailed earlier, the human as well as Zeta entity, at birth, is vulnerable, and seeks to be the center of attention. Insecurity drives this. The entity oriented toward Service-to-Self cannot let go of this, and this becomes an all consuming passion. But in the average human, torn between orientations, this drive only comes to the fore on occasion. Loud interruptions of discussions, demands that contenders be removed, threats against those moving into one's territory, and threats toward those formerly under control. All this is all too familiar to humans. The desire for control leads to an emotion of glorying in control, that of wallowing in power. The power mad go to many extremes, from making others go through hoops to torture and daring to do the most atrocious acts.
How do the Zetas compare to humans on these negative emotions? A certain amount of desire for control is normal to an independent entity. Control in this regard means that the entity has physical security, knows that they won't be blown away imminently, and that they will be fed and housed in a temperature controlled and environmentally stable place, and this type of issue. The Service-to-Other Zetas do not feel a strong drive toward being the center of attention, rather focusing this toward satisfaction on being of importance to others, in their needs. We do not go on power trips, nor do we miss this emotional trip, having given this up long ago in our determination to be Service-to-Others.
We, the Zetas, are increasing emotion into our lives in several ways.
As our hybrids, whom we care for and interact with intensively, have a full capacity for emotion, we are experiencing this as observers.
We also observe human emotions, invariably, during our contacts with humans. All this registers intellectually in the main, but draws us into empathetic emotional response to the extent that our physical bodies allow.
As each of us evolved in Zetan bodies before we blunted our emotional responsiveness, we have spiritual memories.
These are reactivated.
We can act as walk-ins on occasion, to experience this during our current incarnations, full force. We are requested to be walk-ins when certain functions are to be performed that the incarnating entity want done, but does not feel they have the wherewithal to do. We are welcomed in for the occasion, and get a full blast of the human emotion spectrum, especially as situations where a temporary walk-in is welcomed are not without emotion. They tend to be the damp palm, pounding heart kind of situation, where the stakes are high and the anguish great. Are our emotions similar? Speaking from experience, very much so.

The Editor's Preface to OAHSPE
When a man holds up a book, and says, "You must believe this, because it says, 'Thus saith the Lord,'" should we not pity that man? Does he comprehend the liberty of man to acquire knowledge?
Any book that imparts knowledge of the life and destiny of man, is a good book. Any book that unfolds the character and person of Jehovih, and the wonder and glory of His creations, is a good book.
When a book gives us information of things we know not of, it should also give us a method of proving that information to be true. This book covers that ground.
The day has arrived, when man will not accept proclamations and assertions; he wants plausible reasons, or substantial proofs, that the authority be not merely a presence, but a demonstrable fact.
The time of man-worship is at an end; readers no longer accept a book as good and great, merely because any certain one wrote it. The book must have merits of its own, otherwise it will soon pass out of existence.
When a man says, "I heard the voice of Jehovih, saying," that part of his speech is worthless. When he says, "I heard the voice of Jehovih, saying: 'Do unto others as ye would that they should do unto you,'" then the words become valuable. His assertion of his authority is of no avail in this age of the world. The words purporting to be Jehovih's should, therefore, be the only consideration as to merit. And all men have a right to pass judgment thereon. Is it not the light of Jehovih within all men, that makes them conscious of wisdom and truth? If so, then man's expression of any truth or wisdom is Jehovih's expression.
If a book were to fall down from the sky with Jehovih's signature to it, man would not accept the book on that account.
Why, then, should anything be said about how this book was written? It blows nobody's horn; it makes no leader. It is not a destroyer of old systems or religions. It reveals a new one, adapted to this age.
New York, 1882.

To Mr. Rush Limbaugh
Today, you called the economic recovery plan of President Elect Barack Obama INSANITY.
Rush, Insanity would be eating flesh while knowing the Creator of all that exists has, for the Kosmon Era, re-instituted the “Kill nothing, eat no fleshrule.
When Moses led Israel out of captivity in Egypt, beginning the Westward Migration of His Chosen People, and until that migration ended in 1848 when, apparently, His Chosen reached San Francisco (the west coast of Guatama), there was a
dispensation allowing people on the move to eat flesh. When all the continents has be populated by His Chosen the rule was re-instated.
The Book containing the rules for successful living, OAHSPE, has been suppressed by both church and state resulting in ignorance of the one set of rules for mankind dwelling on Planet Earth.
Eating Flesh is a good example of insanity.
I E-mailed you my article titled, The Twelve Virtues of Ancient Faithists. That begaon with this Introdction,
Saturday,, January 3, 2009 2:19:35 PM,
Obviously, Rush, you are among the ignorant even though I have been sending you E-mail for years. Is there a learning problem, Rush, or do you just ignore the rules for the sake of personal gain?
Who are you to call Barack Obama’s plans INSANITY?
You eat flesh and worship wealth.

Book of the Arc of Bon
Being a history of Capilya, Moses and Chine, the three great leaders-forth of the Faithists in the time of Lika, Son of Jehovih. As the upper book is of the heavens, so is this lower book chiefly of earthly affairs in the administration of God.
Book of Bon, Chapter XI, verse 9,

The third virtue is to eat no fish nor flesh, nor other unclean thing; for of what profit is it to bathe the outer part if one putteth filth within?

In several articles I have previously posted at BBS Radio and sent to my media list I have stated that eating flesh is the cause of disease in humans. Also, I have pointed out that humans have two stomachs, that meat (if eaten) should not be mixed with vegetables, fruits or nuts and that several small meals a day is advisable and that you know something about transit times for food consumed in order to allow digestion of different foods.
I have also written about the dispensation, now ended, that allowed migrating humans to eat flesh.
Obviously, my articles and Jehovah’s Commandments have not been taken seriously by medical doctors, politicians or the common man on the street.

My purpose for this article is to state again that a prerequisite for health care reform is a reform of human eating habits.
If you eat flesh you will be diseased and a burden on any health care plan and those that pay for it.

Vegetarian Diet
Ultimate Diet
Ultimate Raw Diet for Humans
Note that I believe this 100% raw diet, for humans, could be done successfully even without the use of grains if so desired. But with the addition of raw egg yolk, and possibly raw milk cheese or Ricotta (or instead of cheese, a small amount of raw or steamed fish once or twice a week of about 3 1/2 to 4 oz. a serving), we should have an ultimate raw diet, or near one. Possibly 10 - 15% cooked grains and legumes could be included in this program with great benefit for those who have difficulty in gaining weight and strength on a 100% raw diet. (The addition of the egg yolk, cheese, or fish is to provide the B12 and Vitamin D factors, along with fatty acids, hormonal substances, and as yet unknown substances which they contain.) To the basic raw diet as a foundation, fruit, other vegetables, other additional carbohydrates, grains, legumes, and other foods may be added as desired for variety and added nutrition.
Ultimate Raw Vegetarian Diet
For those people who prefer to remain on a 100% strict vegetarian diet, I would recommend the use of periodic vitamin B12 and vitamin D to insure their safety. It now appears that the use of bee pollen (which contains all the B-complex vitamins) may be used instead. More on bee pollen in a moment.
Foods which can be used on a 100% raw diet
1. For minerals: salads, lettuce (Romaine etc.) carrot leaves, kelp, grass juice.
2. Fats: nuts, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame), flaxseed (1-2 tbs. a day).
3. Carbohydrate (simple sugars): Fruit, eight to twenty oz. (or 24 oz. maximum, for melons); bananas, four to six maximum.
4. Carbohydrate (complex): These to be used with legumes (or dairy or fish) for complementary complete proteins (raw, soaked overnight or slightly sprouted grains) hulled buckwheat, wheat, triticale, rye, oats, rice polishings, raw wheat germ, corn, yam.
5. Complete protein foods (animal): eggs (1-2) or fish (1 to 3 1/2 oz. maximum) can be immersed in boiling water for six seconds then eaten (can be marinated in lemon juice overnight to kill microbes); clams, oysters (1/2 dozen or 3 1/2 oz maximum); dairy products; bee pollen (1 tbs to several oz.).
6. Vegetable proteins which need to be complemented by grains or seeds or nuts to be complete proteins, include legumes - mung beans or lentils or others (use 1/3 to 2/3 cup or 1 1/2 oz. to 4 oz.) You may soak overnight or sprout. Nuts or seeds - (sunflowers, pumpkin, or hulled sesame) 1 to 3 oz. These can be complemented with legumes (1 or 2 oz. legumes with 1 to 2 oz. nuts or seeds).
Additional foods which can be eaten raw
* Brewer's Yeast: 1 tbs. maximum (will complement grains);
* Seaweed: kelp, dulse, others (1 tbs. to 1 oz. maximum);
* Tubers: yam, potato, chestnuts;
* Oil: flaxseed (best), virgin olive oil (1 to 2 tbs. maimum for the day);
* Herbs: fresh or dried basil, dill, parsley, garlic);
* Young coconut.
