Can you essentially "slap/clap" and "stretch" yourself to better health? It appears so! *LINK*

Much to ponder at the link. I copied and pasted testimonials into WORD, (turned into 112 pages and that is using a 12 font!).

The slapping/clapping is painful but the results speak for themselves. Wouldn't clap/slap if one is taking blood thinners or has a bleeing disorder...could always ask your doctor first, right?

The stretching part looks simple, if one is flexible. Otherwise it takes time to get to the point illustrated in the pics at the link.
