No but yes: the sun burns brighter and more intensely, feels more intrusive. *PIC*

Aurora? The region where I was
'sitting on a lamp post' a few months ago, remember? :D
Possibly King City? You make me curious, again!

My thoughts at high noon today:
this morning, starting early at sunrise, we had extreme 'aerosol traffic', all sorts of parallels, crosses, even curves, it looked like a public display to show to the dumbest disbelievers that This is not normal contrails.
the whirled stripes gradually broadened and dispersed leaving a lightblue sky that seemed to be filled with hovering veils, towards twelve o'clock these high altitude art clouds were driven away by speedy air streams, the sky changed to a stronger kind of blue, the sun sent her rays down like a burning torch, everything turned hot, wood, plastic, table cloth, porcelain, coffee cup,
well, Drummy, enough to toast eggs (!) as you had shown recently.

Your picture is amazing, I processed some attributes to see more of the oddities:

The 'dark snakes' are everywhere, not only just around the sun. What is it? Heat waves? But then it should be light, not dark.
