Featured Guest Interviews

Chuck and Julie Show Guest, Kenneth Rapoza January 31, 2025
Business Journalist, Analyst

Kenneth Rapoza is a seasoned, veteran business journalist with more than 20 years of experience reporting locally for The Boston Globe, and stationed abroad as a staff reporter for The Wall Street Journal and Dow Jones News in Sao Paulo where he won awards for his work.

Since 2011, upon his return to the United States, Ken has covered trade, big business and investing in Brazil, Russia, India and China for Forbes as a senior contributor.  He has traveled throughout all of the countries he covers and has seen first hand China’s impressive growth and its ghost towns as recent as 2017.

His editorial work has appeared in diverse publications like USA Today — where he was given the unflattering task of taking an opposing view in support of China tariffs at the start of the trade war — and in liberal, advocacy media like In These Times.

All told, he has either written for, or has been written about, in The Nation and Salon in the dot-com years, and almost broke the Argentine internet after a story about the return of the International Monetary Fund before the government opened up about it.

Having grown up near the depressed mill towns of Massachusetts, manufacturing as a bulwark of household income and economic sustainability is not merely an intellectual pursuit, but a deeply personal one, as well. He experienced the life-altering impact government policy has on manufacturing labor in his own family back in the 1990s. He considers himself an American “lao baixing.” He graduated from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, OH in his late 20s.

Ken now lives and works from a small farm and beach town in Southern Massachusetts with his family.

A Night At The Roundtable Guest, Barbara Lamb January 30, 2025
Crop Circle and Alien Abduction Researcher, Certified Hypnotherapist and Regression Therapist

Barbara Lamb is a Crop Circle and Alien Abduction Researcher, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Certified Hypnotherapist.

She is also a specialist in Regression Therapy, having been trained for several years in the 1980's by the Association for Past Life Research and Therapies (APRT), which is currently called the International Association for Regression Research and Therapies (IARRT).  For many years she has assisted people by conducting regression therapy: taking them to the original source of their problems and concerns, which sometimes includes revisiting significant events in previous lifetimes.

In 1991 Barbara began working with ET experiencers (people who have encounters with extraterrestrial beings).  She has counseled and conducted regressions with more than 780 of these people, totaling at least 3000 regressions.  Twenty five of these cases are included in her book ALIEN EXPERIENCES, a collaborative work with writer and illustrator Nadine Lalich (2008).  She is a teacher in the UFOlogy Department of the online International Metaphysical University.

A prominent Crop Circle researcher since 1990, Barbara researches and conducts tours to crop circles in England each summer.  She co-authored the book CROP CIRCLES REVEALED: LANGUAGE OF THE LIGHT SYMBOLS with Judith K. Moore  (2001).

She is a highly-sought lecturer on the subject of the Extraterrestrial phenomenon and on the subject of the Crop Circle phenomenon.  She has presented at many national and international conferences, MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) chapters, and other widely known events.  She has been interviewed for numerous films, television specials, radio programs and internet broadcasts.

A Night At The Roundtable Guest, Sheila Seppi January 30, 2025
Author

SHEILA SEPPI is the co-author of Cosmic Convergence: Journeys of Walk-Ins, Starseeds, and Hybrids and a soul-exchange walk-in who entered the body of a 38-year-old mother with three children, and experienced instantaneous healing from documented illnesses.

She emerged with new spiritual gifts and memories, transforming her life completely.

Sheila’s first soul experience was in the Angelic realm with the Elohim, where she was given the name Nawaila (Na-wai-la) by her original star family.

Sheila’s soul is a blend of Angelic, Pleiadian, Arcturian, Sirian-Lyran, Mantis, and Andromedan lineages, among others.

She initially entered the body as and in alignment with her Arcturian frequency but has since fully integrated her Andromedan self.

Sheila’s mission, guided by her collective known as the Yahni (Yah-knee), is to be a wayshower, helping humanity to spiritually awaken and evolve.

In 2019, Sheila published Walk-Ins: Cosmology of the Soul. She is an international speaker, event coordinator, multidimensional life coach, holographic alchemist, light language linguist, regression therapist, shamanic practitioner, and spiritual teacher.

Sheila uses higher dimensional frequencies to empower others to embrace their higher selves.

Sheila founded the Conscious Awakening Network and SpiritWay Wellness. Her goal is to help people spiritually remember who they truly are.

Signs of Life Guest, Dan Drasin January 30, 2025
Writer, Producer, Photographer, Director

I was born September 23, 1942 and raised in New Jersey and New York City. In the early ‘70s I moved to the San Francisco Bay Area and have been based here ever since, except for three lovely years in Boulder, CO during the early nineties.

My interests have always been eclectic and broadly scattered throughout the arts, sciences and humanities. My original career trajectory was toward Industrial Design, but after meeting the Cinema Vérité pioneers Albert Maysles, D. A. Pennebaker and Richard Leacock in the early 1960s I became their apprentice and never looked back. Following a brief, five-semester run-in with higher education at Pratt, Harvard and the New School, I began a career in independent media production (film, video, radio, photography, music production and writing) that has now spanned six decades.

Films I’ve produced or photographed have earned over two dozen international awards, notably including my short 1961 documentary SUNDAY, which was widely acknowledged as the first social-protest film of the 1960s, is part of the permanent film collection at New York's Museum of Modern Art, and was recently restored by the UCLA Film and Television archive. As of the early 2020's it is still being shown at international film festivals.

The Sports Doctor Guest, Joel Franco January 29, 2025
Owner at Chesapeake Films, Director/Producer of “ Youth Sports in America-A documentary film- What’s behind a $15 Billion Industry”

Joel Franco tells compelling stories with an elegant voice, a crisp Italian sensibility and beautiful pictures. Franco’s experience, vision and intensity bring leadership, heart, and an eye for detail to his films. His understanding of the human condition and his passion for authenticity combine to create artistic, highly commercial works that draw the audience in and make them feel. Franco’s genuine desire to protect the integrity of each story and to bring out the best in the actors and crew have made him a trusted source for getting the job done. Colleagues trust his refreshing character and understand that he is a man of commitment and does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it.

Joel Franco was born in Italy and came to the United States in his late teens where he quickly immersed himself in American culture and film. According to Franco, “I have always admired American films. The American school of acting has a long history of producing great actors and I wanted to be a part of the world of film–a place where captivating stories are unveiled. The creation of film plays into my strengths: I love that magic is the result of the creative process. There must be passion to nurture the momentum of the story. And one must have intense focus to get the job done.”

Influenced by American filmmaker Sidney Lumet for his vigorous storytelling and Italian director Robert Rossellini for his social realism, Franco is dedicated to staying true to the story in a fast paced, realistic and refined style.

In 2006, Franco partnered with Solidaris LLC to found Chesapeake Films, LLC. Chesapeake Films has option agreements to produce several feature films and plans to produce two features per year in-house and to collaborate with established film companies for additional opportunities.

Joel Franco is a graduate of University of Maryland/Baltimore, a graduate of the USC-Universal Producing and Directing Program, and holds an M.F.A. in film production from the School of Film and Television at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
