ET Yoga

This article will touch upon the meaning of Guilt and how it connects with powerlessness, religion, belief, victim hood, your health and your spiritual journey. The belief and feeling that you are unconditionally loved is at the core of the spiritual journey and Bashar, Essassani, has said that without it, techniques will not be nearly so effective. And like any other topic in the world, this subject can not be inclusive without mentioning a connection to Beliefs. (See at this website the article, ‘The Power of Belief’).  And this article was created after a conversation with a friend in Boston, who stated that “The main theme of religion is to create Guilt”. So, what is Guilt? I will quote from Bashar, “Guilt is what will always perpetuate  limitation, always perpetuates separation, it keeps you from recognizing your own self empowerment and your own connection with the Infinite Creation. For recognize that, fundamentally speaking, while many of you for a long period of time have assumed that hate is the opposite of love, guilt is the true opposite of love. Hate may be the diametric, dynamic polarity expression of love, but guilt is the true mechanical opposite. For love is complete and utter self-worthiness and creativity, while guilt is the belief in lack of self-worth, it stifles creativity. Hate involves the concept that you deserve something, whereas guilt is completely devoid of the sense of deservability! IN FACT GUILT IS THE DENIAL OF YOUR VERY EXISTENCE! Therefore the belief in your lack of self-deservability allows you to be able to create a scenario in which you actually keep at bay all of the things in life that are yours by birthright–such as happiness, ecstasy and creativity. Guilt is the bitter pill that was injected into your society–by your society–to keep you  in the status quo of lack of self empowerment. Because when you truly believe you are not connected to All That Is, or God, the Infinite Creation, when you truly believe you must control by force in order to get anything at all in life, then do you further the continuation of limitation, further the continuation of guilt.”

There is no right or wrong. There is only whether you choose to create a positively manifesting reality or a negatively manifesting reality. And it is Judgment that says things are right or wrong. To know what you prefer does not mean that you have to judge or invalidate anyone else. In fact it is Judgment, of a neutral event or circumstance, that is at the heart of all disease. All disease comes from dysfunctional emotions; which are the children of judgments of a neutral circumstance. All events are neutral circumstances, and we place an emotional spin on the outer and it becomes our experience. If you go to the College of Christ Consciousness web site you will find the definition of disease. “Since negativity is a perception based on a value judgment  placed upon a neutral event or circumstance, it is essentially an erroneous belief out of which supporting false beliefs spring. Holding en erroneous belief system; especially in a suppressed or repressed form creates an environment of internal discordance on a subconscious level over a period of time, denial of the judgment placed on some aspect of oneself and then suppressed begins to alter the cellular structure of the area of the body where the memory of the event or circumstance is stored. This cellular alteration has been labeled disease. it is really EMOTIONAL SELF-JUDGMENT.”

Remember your beliefs are an integral part of your personal energy field, in actuality  they are a form of Magic. (See at this site the articles entitled, ‘Wizzardry 101′and ‘Magic 201′.) Magic is the ability to conjure something into form and beliefs do the same; mass beliefs conjure mass conjurings. The belief in a supreme being who will save you, or eventually judge and punish you for your transgressions, only serves to further discount and deny the magnitude of your power to heal your life from within. Mostly this is accomplished by the outrageous declaration of religion that we were created in Sin. We were not created in Sin; but rather from Unconditional Love. We are Spiritual Beings having a human incarnation. The only association with sin is from Pre-Sumerian times when the word sin meant genetic defect. And since about that time that is what we have been manipulated to be, genetic defects.

From the book ‘Self Empowerment’ by Barbara Marciniak we get the following: “Even though you participate in life believing that you are fully aware of what is happening, quite simultaneously other aspects of yourself co-exist with your consciousness. These other aspects are more aware of your multi-dimensionality than your conscious mind and are able to operate out of your body, using the same cells, the same molecules, and the same organs simply by adapting to a different frequency. They can perceive legitimate vistas of reality that you and other parts of your self may be completely unaware of.  Your body is always operating as a multileveled code reading device. Codes of consciousness dance through the vacuum of inner and outer space for the purpose of seeding and shaping realities with energetic patterns. The patterns are symbols and signposts for consciousness to explore–like markers on a map they point the way to various cosmic crossroads of energy where realities merge. The incoming codes stimulate you to consciously reevaluate your ideas about yourself and to elevate your thinking above and beyond your own self-imposed limitations, as well as those fostered by factions of society still steeped in denial. To be fully actualized, the codes must be selected and integrated by your conscious mind. Your Higher Self is still working with you to map out positive, purposeful probable realities from a place where time is suspended. The ‘more adept you are at recognizing patterns within the symbols of the 3-D reality, the faster you learn to reestablish contact with your Higher Self, thus opening and activating the codes for new levels of life-enhancing sustainable probabilities.”

Of course, there is always the voice in the back of your mind which operates as ‘Conscience’. And we already face the consequences of our actions due to the law of cause and effect. We don’t need to further complicate the situation by adding guilt to the equation. Kind of like earning money, being taxed on it from source, and then being taxed again when you purchase something or taxed on the interest if placed in savings.  The great Sri Swami Satchidananda once said, “It is the intention and result of your actions that determines the Karma”. And one last comment on the plan to reinforce guilt on this planet, to make more victims and powerless guilt ridden populations can be summed up by my friend from Boston who proclaims, “Coming to a neighborhood near you–look in the sky and see a hologram of your favorite Deity.” No doubt a plan to unite the religions of the world by a Being with incredible powers, even to appear and disappear at will and heal the sick. Remember, you don’t need an intermediary to attain ENLIGHTENMENT OR A ONENESS WITH YOUR HIGHER SELF.

Ironically, this headline appeared in the 70’s in the Winnipeg Free Press and a full page article accompanied it. I wrote the article.  The effect of meditation has been proven over and over again over the last 40 years; but because enough of us don’t ‘GET IT’, it has not been implemented. It is actually scientifically called the Maharishi Effect. There is a direct relationship between the number of people who meditate and the crime rate. It has been scientifically proven over the years that the inner world reflects in the outer world. We now know that our inner definitions, beliefs, emotions and intentions created the outer experience. It is a perfect reflection based on our own thoughts!  This is one of the main areas of information passed to us from positive ETs!  And further, we have a collective consciousness that is also based on the exact same formula. One of the obvious examples of this concept is shown by the master dog trainer Ceasar Millan, who teaches dog owners that the behavior of the dog is the reflection of their emotional state. Dogs pick up instantly our every emotion. It is by creating a NEW POSITIVE direction that change takes place. It doesn’t come about by blame, complaint and justification of our circumstances; which is all related to victim hood mentality. You don’t get Peace by hating War, you get Peace by Loving Peace. And going against the negative, only serves to perpetuate its existence; which is not the primary intention. It has also been scientifically proven that the neural center in the Heart is 100 times more powerful, electrically, than the brain and has 5,000 times the power of the brain magnetically. It is the ‘Brain in the Heart’ that emits a frequency about 10 feet from the physical body and also interfaces with the morphogenetic field that determines your ‘Reality’.  That is why Bashar, Essassani ET, tells us that ‘Outer Circumstances Don’t Matter, Only My State of Being Matters’. Positive state of being creates and changes your physical structure. Positive state of being also creates its reflection in the outer world. If you want to be in Joy, then imagine in your mind’s eye how a person in Joy would behave and then mimic the behavior in the outer world. You can do this. Just like in the 70’s when it became apparent to many that other people can’t ‘Make you angry’, you can have the awareness to determine or chose if you wish to be angry or not. This is just a higher level of the same principle.

Soon, we will probably also get confirmation from scientists, that the spin you put on outer events determines the experience! This is very close to what is taught at the quantum physics level concerning expectation, in relation to the results of scientific experimentation. The results follow the beliefs and expectations of the person doing the experiment. (See at this site, The Power of Belief’) Because that is how the universe works. No outer circumstance comes with built in meaning. Like the way the spin is put on the news by mainstream media or the Fear that is constantly being shoved in your face. Every outer circumstance is inherently neutral and we put an emotional spin on it and that determines our ‘Experience’.  It is also why the primary function of the rational mind is to place a positive spin on outer circumstances; so we get a positive experience. No event is one sided and we always have a choice. It is like, you cannot have a coin without two sides and similarly with experiences.

The more people on this planet that choose to view all the outer circumstances as positive, will directly relate to the amount of drastic awakening we need to experience. In my opinion we are currently involved with overlapping Time Lines and like choosing television channels, we can attract ourselves without changing others to a frequency or Time Line where there are the versions of others with thoughts similar to our own. There are an infinite number of co-existing realities out there and we choose the one we prefer and primarily by our emotions. By the way, all disease is caused by dysfunctional emotions and a judgment of a neutral circumstance in a negative way. I would further suggest the reader go to the ‘Ultimate Truths of Reality’ at the College of Christ Consciousness on the internet to view specific truths about the laws that govern existence in the universe that are practical in nature. All of these ‘Truths’ are what Jesus really taught 2,000 years ago, what Bashar teaches today and what the College of Christ Consciousness teaches today. All the same stuff. From the ETs, Christ and the secret teachings that have been kept in the mystery schools, they all concur. This is without religion by the way. All positive ET’s have a name for God, like Prime Creator, or All That Is etc. In the old days, Swami Satchidananda would say “As many minds, as many Gods”. Because the finite mind is not capable of defining the infinite. What we most want to describe, there aren’t any words for, it must be experienced. When you take a cup to the ocean, the ocean takes the shape of the cup. Similarly, when you take the mind to Prime Creator, it takes the shape of your mind.

We are soon approaching some major changes in our world and you should rejoice at many of these changes; as knowingly or not many of these old programs have served to keep humanity in bondage. In some way, this truly is a prison planet. But getting a diploma from Earth is one of the highest in the universe; as we have chosen to dive deep into the Dark. We have gone so deep that most of us don’t have any connection with our Higher Self and many don’t even know we have a Higher Self. Our total persona is Higher Self at the top. The Higher Self is the creator of ideas, the Mind is the receiver of ideas and the physical Brain is the perceiver of ideas. And as Bashar’s rubber band analogy demonstrates, we have the capacity to leap forward like a pulled back rubber band into the Light.

So, to make a difference in your reality, start from feeling good and not in fear. All fear is illusory and not in alignment with your Higher Self. Meditate every day, put a positive spin on outer circumstances, be analytical but not judgmental, choose the emotion of Joy, get off meat, exercise, drink pure water, visualize and for accelerated growth do the Pleiadian Pillar of Light and Spinning Techniques. Of course, I am a bit prejudiced; but I truly believe you can learn quite a bit of fresh information just by going through all the articles at this blog site. Some extra-terrestrials have stated that after ascension, some of us would travel to other places in the universe as professors of ‘What not to do’; as we are the experts. Bashar, Essassani channeled by Darryl Anka, has said affectionately that we are sometimes referred to as ‘Masters of Denial’. In my opinion there are at least three lessons that we need to learn as humanity. First, that there is only one race on this planet, the human one. We have enough issues with regressive Extra-terrestrials to have discrimination among ourselves. Second, that because of this, war is not an option. War is insanity. The world is only a reflection of “you” and insanity to fight yourself. To have an enemy you must be in a state of isolation and not integration with who you really are. When you leave this plane and look back, that which you see was ‘You’. And third, don’t go against the negative; as it only binds you to its energy and perpetuates that energy. When tyranny is overthrown by force, in time it becomes that energy. The idea is to create a new positive. And if there is any race, person, institution or government that you cannot send love to, then that shows you that you have issues to resolve.

All the the positive ET groups visiting us at this time, try in some way to communicate the idea that ‘Thought Creates’. Even our quantum physicists are proving that ‘Expectation and Intent’ are required for an observed circumstance. Thus, leading to the expression that “You cannot experience what you are not the vibration of.” And you cannot have an emotional response, unless you first have a belief or definition that it is in response to. That’s the first time two consecutive sentences ending in a preposition, ever made sense to me! Any discussion on any topic needs to take into consideration the term Belief; because Belief is Everything. What you Believe Is. (I refer the reader to the article, ‘The Power of Belief’ at this website). The outer world that you experience is a reflection of your definitions, desires, intentions, beliefs and emotions.

I recently heard a caller ask a radio show host “Why don’t the ET’s just land and kill off the bad guys and get it over with?” My personal response to that question is that we as a race are not quite ready for ‘Public ET Contact’.  Bashar gave a good example, by stating that he had arranged to meet several humans in his craft and in every occasion, no matter how sure they were of intending to meet the craft, when it approached, they ran for their lives! It was not that they were afraid of those on board the craft, it was their own fears that came to the surface. It is one thing to talk about ETs and another to look them in the face. They bring a frequency that many people could not handle; which is commonly known as culture shock. Much of what we have been taught and many beliefs we hold dear are just not so. Thus, when ETs want to begin the process of First Contact they initially use people as channels for this information. And the idea is to give self empowering information; which will in time enable us to meet the ETs as equals.

With regard to UFO sitings, individual contacts, historical incidents and formal contracts, all are interesting in their own right as information adding to awareness; but does not change our level of consciousness or activate latent DNA. People need to understand that most of us are only utilizing a small percentage of our brain, our potential and operate on two strands of DNA. Our DNA has been manipulated! Further the emotional response of blame, complaint and justification of our circumstance only serves to create us as victims. It is critical for evolution to the next dimension to start taking 100% responsibility for your outer circumstances. This doesn’t mean you are to blame either. It means you have re—sponse—ability or the ability to respond. In fact, this is your point of power, as if you are the one creating it, then you have the power to change it. You always, have a choice and this is one choice–Self Empowered or Victim. Probably the next most important concept in this regard is to ‘Let go of the Past’. This will take a big load off; because ironically the circumstances that you blame others for are of your own creation!

As a species we need to learn that ‘Outer Circumstances Do Not Come With Built in Meaning’; so that we can then put a positive spin on any circumstance and thus keep it in line with our intentions and expectations. This function is now being fulfilled by the mainstream media; which so many are now avoiding. The scientific fact is that the spin you put on outer circumstances CREATES the experience you will have.  It truly is a means of ‘Reality Creation’; because what is believed is what occurs. This concept is not just for individuals but for our collective consciousness as well. Bashar has said that the primary responsibility of the rational mind is to put positive spin on outer circumstances. Outer circumstances are inherently neutral, despite what the average person thinks.

Everything that we can see and lots we can’t see has a ‘Frequency’. And that is why raising your frequency is so important. For example, once you connect 6 strands of DNA and operate at this frequency, then disease cannot exist. The Earth itself is now raising its frequency from 7.8 hertz to currently over 12 hertz. We need to match this frequency in relation to the ascension process.

Further related to frequency is the comment that ‘Outer Circumstances Don’t Matter Only My State of Being Matters’. Your frequency is what will attract you to a like frequency. This is the Law of Attraction in action. Even scientific research has discovered the neural center in the heart; which resonates at 5,000 times that of the brain. It is your emotions that are of paramount importance and it is emotions that interface with the morphogenetic field that creates your version of ‘Reality’. Oh, and by the way, there is no ‘Objective Reality’. There is the idea of a consensus reality. Reality is the Experience. The most powerful emotions are Unconditional Love, Gratitude and Compassion; which also grounds you to the frequencies that make you immune from disease. The farther you progress in Self-empowerment the farther you also progress with Healing; as the information crosses over at one point. Thus, I created the website, ‘Healing the Known and Unknown’ as a resource for spiritual people who were distancing themselves from mainstream medical. In addition to learning mental concepts, working with techniques to raise your frequency ( see Techniques at www.etyoga.com), it is important to cleanse the body of metals; which will also effect your ability to ascend with the Earth. People need to understand that there is not only a ‘Trash the Earth’ policy; but also a concerted effort to mess up your health and why a break down of the immune system and cancers. All these chemicals in the food, water, air, immunization shots, and fear of the sun are huge contributors to poor health. Proper breathing, ideally Yogic pranayamas, pure water, exercise, lessening of stress, a vegetarian diet and detox programs are now essential to excellent health over the long run. I also highly recommend, as does the latest Russian research, Egyptian Healing Rods. These are not just for those with issues; but to prevent issues during the time when the Earth’s electromagnetic field is diminished and we approach the Zero Point in rotation.

With respect to location, and safe places it is more about ‘Who you are’ than ‘Where you are’; although your Higher Self my urge you to move if required. There is no figuring this; as only your Higher Self has the over view of your personal situation. We need to stop looking for answers from others and learn to connect with our Higher Selves; which is who we really are. And as a last word of advice, we need to keep calm and keep our peace. Fear is always an illusion and is not in alignment with your Higher Self. A positive intention and belief concerning outer circumstances related to Earth Changes is imperative. This is the most joyful time to ever have lived on this planet, from the proper perspective and why you chose to be here at this time. Don’t let the media and other negative individuals effect your ‘State of Being’. There are no accidents and you cannot experience what you are not the vibration of and vice versa. Don’t let blame and complaint enter your vocabulary and create yourself as a victim. If you want to ‘BE in Joy’, imagine in your I–Magi–Nation how a person in Joy would act  in any situation and then mimic that in the outer world. The idea being that we don’t need to change anybody else; but to attract ourselves to the frequency we choose and find others who already occupy that frequency. All scenarios will be played out and there is an infinite number of possibilities to attract our intentions to. In my opinion, at this time, there are several overlapping time lines and the higher the dimensional time line, the less dramatic will be the Earth Changes. (I refer the reader to the article at this site entitled, ‘Magic 201′) Also, keep in mind, you become invisible to what you are not the vibration of. You get attracted to situations you run from through fear or that you chase, through desire.

Of course we are all aware about bringing up the topic of religion or politics as taboo in conversations at social gatherings and I never brought up religion on my ET Yoga BBS radio show; as I didn’t want to turn the show into heated religious debate. Even though my intent is not to totally invalidate the bible or some of the concepts in organized religion, I want to share why in my belief system it is more productive to my spiritual growth to avoid any organized religion. The only church that I would still claim connection to is Self Realization Fellowship Church; which was founded by Paramahansa Yogananda.

First of all, many people are cluing into the fact that your beliefs, definitions, emotions and intentions create the outer experience. What Gregg Bradden has said, and the Andromedans, is that Belief is of utmost importance and it is important to analyze your beliefs and find out why you have them. Shocking but true, is the fact that most beliefs exist because somebody else told you they were true. This information comes from downloading initial caregiver beliefs from the time we are born, to authority figures like the school system, church, government, respected friends and family members. Part of our journey in 3D involves what Beliefs we buy in to. Just because these sources say something is true, does not mean that objectively it is. It is true that all beliefs are equally valid. For example, if you believe the Earth is flat and I believe it is round, then your belief is valid for you. However, when objectively a belief is false it gives the believer a more  limited  experience of All That Is.

Bashar (multi-dimensional being from the Essassani civilization as channeled by Darryl Anka) has said that almost every single concept that Jesus taught has been distorted. If you do some research you will find that in about 325 A.D. the Romans basically invented the Christianity that we know today ( see Caesar Constantine and the First Council of Nicaea was established to state what Christianity would be); as a method to control the population. Even Yogananda has said that the concept of reincarnation used to be part of early Christian belief; but was removed. From ‘Autobiography of a Yogi’ ” The early Christian church accepted the doctrine of reincarnation, which was expounded by the Gnostics and by numerous church fathers, including Clement of Alexandria, the celebrated Origen (both 3rd century) and St. Jerome (5th century). The doctrine was first declared a heresy in A.D. 553 by the Second Council of Constantinople.”

The biggest areas of concern for me with orthodox religion comes from the general concept that first we are born in sin. I totally disagree with this concept. We are spiritual beings who are having an earthy incarnation and there is no original sin. This universe was created with unconditional love, period. In pre-Sumerian times the word sin actually meant genetic defect. That definition I can agree with; as the human race was genetically modified and why we do not function with full brain capacity and most only utilize two of the 12 strands of DNA that we were originally created to use. Yes, we are all genetic defects. However, we all have the possibility to attain higher consciousness and a oneness with that Spiritual energy. This is the true baptism. It is when we first realize the existence of Higher Consciousness and realize we have the potential to attain a oneness with that energy. Christ was not the only being to attain these levels and never claimed to be the only one to attain them. He was showing us what was possible. How would it be possible to attain the higher levels if you don’t even have the concept that it is possible?  According to Bashar, “Many times the terminology you choose reflects how you go about relating to the ideas you Think you believe in. And in this case you are saying that by following someone, you are separating yourself  from, and making yourself less than, rather than being equal to–which is what he wanted you to know. That all of you are Christ consciousness like he is. The idea of following “the way” was not a matter of being subservient, but of being equal and reflective.” I totally reject the concept that if we follow the dictates of the church, after death, we go to heaven or hell. We are creating our own heaven or hell right here and now and it is our own beliefs that will determine the after death experience. I also reject the concept of being afraid of God’s judgment. In my opinion God has no intention of judging us. The biblical quote, judge not lest ye be judged, really means, as you judge you really judge yourself, not that you are  being judged from the outside.  When you invalidate something you bring your energy to that level. Why would God want to bring his energy to our level? Certainly, there is the law of cause and effect and consequences for our actions. Anything to do with fear and you can count me out.All fear is illusory and is not in alignment with your Higher Self. Furthermore no one can Die to Absolve you of your so called Sins. There is some truth in the statement that the only way to God is through Christ Consciousness. Christ Consciousness is a state of consciousness not a human form. It is analogous to opening your sixth chakra or ajna center or fully opened pineal gland.

Humanity is soon to be shocked that most of what we have been taught is a total fabrication. This will be proven by the discovery of the Hall of Records; which will give humanity some perspective of its true history going back about 50,000 years and our extra-terrestrial origins. (I refer the reader to the BBS ET Yoga blog article entitled, ‘Secrets of Our Extra-terrestrial Heritage’). According to Bashar, some discoveries under the Sphinx are currently taking place and will be made public in the next few years . From what I hear, there is also similar records in Bucegi, Romania near a rock Sphinx there. Apparently, there is a Star Gate there as well.

I was doing some research the other day into the early teachings of the Gnostics. I was trying to find out why some friends, who are Gnostics, were so much into and promoting the eating of red meat. What I found was that the early Gnostics were strict vegetarians. I also found a link from the Gnostics to the Essens and from there to Jesus, Mother Mary and Mary Magdalene. There was a rift in the church after the Romans basically reinvented Christianity and no doubt, if I was alive at that time, being more of a Christian Mystic, I would probably have gravitated to the Gnostics. They could not find compatibility in the new Church. About 10 years ago I became aware of a channeling by Jeanne Hatch of Mother Mary. It contained information that is called the ‘Ultimate Truths of Reality’. This information comes from the early Essen culture and has been kept in the Mystery Schools for nearly 2,000 years. You can find the list of 21 points at the College of Christ Consciousness on the internet. Not surprisingly these ultimate truths of reality are spiritual information. There were no churches at that time. This true spiritual information is all about BELIEF and how it functions in REALITY. It is all Self Empowering information.

In fact on BBS ET Yoga, I did a show connecting the current teachings of the Pleiadians, this channeling by Jeanne Hatch from 2,000 years ago and the teachings of Bashar from 2,000 in our future and they are all saying the same things!!! (I refer the reader to www.etyoga.com BBS archived ET Yoga shows–the CD) You are not hearing about sin, being afraid of God’s judgment, being born a sinner or anything even remotely close in the amazing list of the ‘Ultimate Truths of Reality”.  And furthermore, we don’t require an intermediary between us and our Higher Selves or Prime Creator or God or whatever name you wish to use to define the infinite.Many extra-terrestrials find it hard to imagine how we lost connection with our Higher Selves in the first place. Apparently, this disconnection took place most recently after the fall of Atlantis.

From ‘Blueprint for Change’ , Bashar says, ” Recognize that the idea, as it has been translated into your language, is usually interpreted as Christ being the Son of God, whereas Jesus Christ actually referred to himself as the Son of Man. Look in your own Bible. He calls himself the Son of Man. Do understand that the writing of what was verbalized by Jesus of Nazareth were not even begun to be committed to paper until approximately 57 years after the death of the physical Jesus. Yes, every single written idea contains some misinterpretation where it regards placing ritual around the idea of what happened. Understand this as well: what you are calling your biblical literature contains less than 10% of what that individual ever said in his life, and what was even written down is very much misinterpreted, according to the understanding of when it was written. Recognize that your Bible was not written to record history ; it was written to convert. ” So the question was asked, “Is the Bible not true?” Bashar says, ” It is true for those individuals who wrote it, in the way they understood it. But recognize that there is still much misinterpretation of what was actually said.” “How do you know that?” “We are sensing into the mass consciousness, your higher levels of consciousness. Now, we cannot expect you to take us at our word. It is up to you to believe what you want; as we have said; but we will discuss with you what we perceive to exist within your own higher consciousness, which knows itself to be equal to the idea of the Christ consciousness. We can talk to it, and so can you. We are simply here to let you know that you can talk to your own higher consciousness; and once you allow yourself to do so, you will find that it will tell you exactly what I am telling you now.”

From the perspective of the Alpha Draconians they have had a master plan to control this planet for thousands of years. Every so often there are huge cataclysmic events that virtually wipe out the population and driving it into almost a stone age. Then comes the planting of Draconian religion, Isis and Osiris in Egypt, Apollo and Athena in Greece and Jesus and Mary in the Middle East. All based on the two God Draconian concept. Eventually, as civilization progresses there is the invention of the banking system; which inevitably controls the planet. Wars are paid for behind the scenes to keep the population in fear and fighting among themselves. Of course this keep the obscurity of the real power secret. Extra-terrestrial heritage and even the concept of ETs is ridiculed even though everyone on this planet is from someplace else! And then one day in a neighborhood near you even a false flag Second Coming projecting some ET with super human abilities to make a one world government, religion and army. Then those close to the Power Behind the Scenes can eliminate those who helped them gain total control.

And now from ‘Conversations With God’ , some direct quotes that pretty much sums it up and why Andromedan contactee Alex Collier has stated that from the Andromedan perspective religion outlived its usefulness centuries ago and is one of the major stumbling blocks in the current evolution of humanity.

It is religion which has created agnostics.God, where once man rose up in joyful outreach.

It is religion which has burdened man with worries about God’s wrath, where once man sought God to lighten his burden!

It is religion which told man to be ashamed of his body and its most natural functions, where once man celebrated those functions as the greatest gifts of life!

It is religion which taught you that you must have an intermediary in order to reach God, where once you thought yourself to be reaching God by the simply living of your life in goodness and in truth.

And it is religion which commanded humans to adore God, where once humans adored God because it was impossible not to!

Everywhere religion has gone it has created disunity-which is the opposite of God.

Religion has separated man from God, man from man, man from woman–some religions actually telling man that he is above woman, even as it claims God is above man–thus setting the stage for the greatest travesties ever foisted upon half the human race.

I tell you this. God is not above man, and man is not above woman–that is not the “natural order of things”–but it is the way everyone who had power (namely, men) wished it was when they formed their male-worship religions, systematically editing out half the material from their final version of the “holy scriptures” and twisting the rest to fit the mold of their male model of the world.

There are those who would make Me a jealous God; but who could be jealous when one has, and is Everything!

There are those who would make Me a wrathful God; but what could cause Me to be angry when I can not be hurt or damaged in any way?

There are those who would make Me a vengeful God; but on whom would I take vengeance, since all that exists is Me?

And why would I punish Myself for simply creating? Or, if you must think of us as separate, why would I create you, give you the power to create, give you the freedom of choice to create what you wish to experience, then punish you forever for making the “wrong ” choice?

I tell you this: I would not do such a thing–and in that truth lies your freedom from the tyranny of God.

In truth there is no tyranny–except in your imagination.

I want to begin this article by making a connection between Beliefs and Magic.Magic is the ability to conjure something into form and Beliefs do the same, mass Beliefs create mass conjurings. Modern science has finally come to realize that at least 90% of the brain, that we supposedly never use, actually corresponds to the role of 90% of our DNA that was once called “junk DNA”; but is now understood as a communications interface between our physical brain and the universe at large. As Rupert Sheldrake points out in his theory of morphogenetic field resonance, ” The 100th Monkey Effect occurs when enough people drawn together by a shared purpose create a “quantum field” of self-fulfilling potential. When that happens the rest of the world, in varying degrees, will experience an “internal shift” in 5th-10th dimensional consciousness.” I may also point out that there is also a correspondence between our 12 strands of DNA and the 12 chakras, seven inside the body and 5 outside the body!

If you are a regular visitor of this ET Yoga blog site, you are aware of how by placing a positive spin on outer circumstances, you can Create a positive experience. Just my personal opinion; but this is closely aligned to the idea of ‘Shifting” to another version of reality, as there is ‘No objective Reality’. Reality is the experience. For an amazing description of exactly how “Shifting” works I bow to Bashar’s, (Essassani channeled by Darryl Anka) explanation: “It has been often said, you are shifting your frequencies from one reality level to another and this is so. But you are always shifting, you are shifting now, it is a natural thing that you do. You don’t have to wait to shift. You’ve been shifting, you’ve been shifting all your lives. This is the way motion is created. This is what happens when you create the illusion of movement. The only way to create the illusion of movement is to actually shift from parallel reality to parallel reality that’s slightly different than the reality you were in before. So you’re shifting now, you’re shifting now, you’re shifting now, you’re shifting now..through constant  constant constantly shifting parallel realities.

The idea is you don’t notice this so much because each new reality you shift to is very similar to the one you were existing in before. The idea of noticing the change is to create there to be a bigger difference between the parallel reality you shift to and the one that you were in before. That’s when you know you’re shifting, that’s when you reveal to yourselves that you are always constantly shifting and that learning to shift is not something you have to do. You do it automatically, you do it by your own second nature. It is natural for you to shift. This is the nature of how reality works.

This is the nature of how change exists. So the question is not can you shift, the question is what will you shift to, and how different will you allow the shift to be based on your definitions and your Belief systems of what you Believe is possible for you. And this is why it is of paramount importance as has been said this day for you to really focus on the idea of the frequency, of the vibrational frequency, the state of being that you prefer your reality to be and thus then understand based on what we have just said about shifting to parallel earth realities that when you  change the vibration of your being, it’s not that you change the world, it’s that you take yourself, you shift yourself to a parallel earth already existing on the vibratory level you have created within yourself.

So it’s not about having to force anyone else to change, it’s only about you changing and taking yourself to whatever reality, whatever parallel earth is representative of the vibrational frequency you have created within your own state of being, and thus then, find yourself surrounded by other beings who already, already, populate that world but are already more representative of the vibrational frequency you have created yourself to shift to. Is this making some sense to you? The idea here again is that this is simple physics.

As many of your scientists are beginning to realize everything exists all at once, all now, in a sense all here. But you create the illusion of separation by creating differences in vibrational frequency. As each and everyone of you goes to your home this day of your time after these interactions, many of you may sit down to your couches, you may pick up one of your remotes, you may turn on the television set, and your television technology is the perfect analogy of what we are talking about. The idea is that you know that at any given moment there are any number of dozens of television programs that are available to you at that moment all coexist simultaneously. But that you will only get the program that you tune your channel to. This is exactly how physical reality is holographically structured. Whatever vibrational realm you exist on, whatever sate of vibrational being you choose to be is the reality you get. What you put out is what you get back. Simple physics. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

Simple physics, that’s all this is. It’s about creating the appropriate sate that you prefer in your own being, and allowing reality in a sense to reflect back to you the shift you have made in yourself. But you must understand that the opposite is also true. You cannot perceive what you are not the vibration of. If you tune your television set, to use this analogy further, to what you call your channel 2, you will not receive the program on channel 4. You have to tune your set to channel 4 to get that program.

Likewise, based on the reality you say you prefer, if you do not allow yourself in your definitions, in your emotion, in your thought and action and behaviors, in life, to exemplify the vibratory reality that you say you prefer to live in, then you will not be actually capable of perceiving any opportunities that could actually allow you to synchronistically get yourself, shift yourself to that reality. Remember, what you are not the vibration of remains invisible to you.

Many times individuals wonder “why can’t I do this, why can’t I get there, why doesn’t this happen”–it may simply be an issue of that they are on a frequency operating in a frequency domain that creates certain opportunities to remain invisible to them, unknowable to them unimaginable to them,will never even conceive of those ideas nor recognize them even if they were right in front of their face,; because they are not operating on that level.

You have to BE in the state to see the opportunities and the doorways that actually lead to that reality. This is again simple physics. It is a very very very simple concept, a very fundamental concept; but we understand that many people on your planet seem to have a lot of difficulty in relating to this idea, and creating the kind of changes within themselves they say they want to make. This all simply comes down to the notion of definitions–how you define your reality, Belief systems, basically is what we are talking about.

Because you do not have, you cannot have an actual experiential reality except as is based upon the strongest thing you believe it can be, the strongest way you define your relationship to it and to yourself. All experiences in life are based upon in your physical reality in your dimension, all experiences are based on the strongest definition you have bought into about that reality.

There have been many many discussions about the kinds of realities that your probable futures may hold. And I say this as has been said, they are probable futures, nothing is set in stone, nothing is chiseled in steel. You have the where withal to understand that these are simply a function of probabilities. That there is no “the future”–there are many many  many possible futures. The ideas as we have just explained it is, whatever vibratory realm you exist in, whatever state of being, you decide is true for you, will be–generally speaking the future so to speak you will experience.

And even if there are other people who think completely oppositely, who believe completely opposite of you, they will have their reality experience as well. The idea here again is that you don’t have to change your world, you simply need to shift to a world that is already representative of the change you wish to experience and allow those that wish to remain in the vibrational world they have been in to remain there; because that earth will exist and does exist as well.

All these parallel realities exist right now, at the same time just like the television program. So to further stretch the analogy, what this all comes down to by using the analogy of your TV program, is to understand that it all comes down to Transformational Vibration-TV. That’s what you’re dealing with, Transformational Vibration-TV, you decide what TV show you’re going to experience; but you have to tune to that channel or you will not be capable of seeing that TV show that you say you desire to be seeing.” (End of Bashar quote)

I should also point out that Bashar has given further clues as to the success of manifesting, by stating that the mechanism of manifestation is not just about intention, focus and concentration; but also in ‘Letting Go’. The idea he suggests, is to spend 15 minutes, and no more, in the process of intention, focus, concentration and the build up of emotion with regard to your desired outcomes and then ‘Let Go to the Higher Self. Let the Higher Self do the job. The Higher Self knows the How. Then move on to the next most exciting thing you can do.”

I was inspired to write about the Pyramids; because it seems required. Some of the best information comes from the Arcturians; as channeled by Sal Rachele. “As many channeled writings will confirm. Thoth was the engineer behind the Great Pyramid. ( According to some sources Thoth is a specific historical man who went through Ascension 52,000 years ago. For 16,000 years he was King of Atlantis, where his name was Chiquetet Arlich  Vomalites and he remained on Earth until  May 4, 1991!!) This device served several purposes; but its primary function was an ascension chamber and controller of Earth’s grid system. As correctly pointed out by your “Egyptologists”, it was aligned with Mintaka, the central star in Orion’s belt. Mintaka became the central point in Orion’s enlightened government following the resolution of the Rigel-Betelguese wars about 100,000 years ago. Mintaka also had geographical and geological significance in that it indicated a central axis point of Earth’s precession of grand cycles, occurring every 25, 920 years (approximately). The grid system of Earth was correlated with the point at Giza being the center of the grid, and ley lines and vortexes coming off at various sacred geometric angles therefrom. The Martians, during their heyday, had a similar grid system constructed at the same latitude and longitude on their planet, also engineered by seventh density Pleiadians, but alas it never achieved its potential as a Portal for Ascension, due to interference from Orion and Draco factions.

Another strategic purpose of the Great Pyramid was to serve as an incoming Portal for groups of Pleiadians; so that the purity and vision of the original blueprint would have a fighting chance of getting re-established on Earth.

Thoth and his group had a fair degree of success in working with the Atlanteans to construct temples of initiation and soul evolution along the banks of the Nile. Of the several thousand Atlanteans who made this area their home a significant percentage took part in the ascension activities and initiations in the Great Pyramid. The seventh density Pleiadians constructed the device in a matter of days (I think these were fourth dimensional ‘days’ so would be much longer in 3D–maybe years), using levitation and laser technology. A series of passageways were designed to accommodate those who needed extended periods inside the device in order to accelerate their ascension templates in preparation for moving into fifth density light bodies.

The subterranean chambers beneath the Giza Plateau were already inhabited by those who had escaped underground during previous conflagrations. The Pleiadians in concert with these underground groups established the Hall of Records several thousand feet below the Great Pyramid. The sphinx was later erected by another group of Egyptians to mark the entrance to the portal. The pyramid was completed in approximately 10,500 B.C. It has only been in the last 20 years that scientists on your world have correctly dated the great Pyramid. Until recently it was assumed this device was linked to various other pyramids that were constructed  (using the labor of the Egyptian people) to serve as tombs for the Pharoahs.”

When Bashar (for those not familiar with Bashar, he is a multi-dimensional being, of Essassani heritage, channeled by Darryl Anka and in my view the equivalent of an Ascended Master) was asked why the location of the Great Pyramid, he said, “It is the main balance point of the planet.” And Alex Collier, Andromedan contactee, says that according to the Andromedans.” When a species wants to inhabit a planet, they need to balance the wobble. The pyramid is like a weight on a wheel; which balances the rotation.” Bashar also says, “That as we speak, contracts and agreements are being made to disclose our history from the Atlantean times to the present; which are under the Sphinx!” He also says that this information will become public in two or three years and not hidden; as so many discoveries in the past have been suppressed.

Russian pyramid studies indicate that higher intensity ‘torsion fields’ automatically out resonate everything that would be harmful to life–even turning toxic poisons into inert, safe substances. There has to be a breakdown in your own torsion field for disease to manifest. Events such as plagues and diseases do not happen at random. They flourish when the conditions of consciousness allow them to. Even if you yourself do not have a sufficiently positive loving attitude to out-resonate these problems on your own, it has been scientifically proven that getting other people to pray for you can have a very substantial healing effect. Other people’s naturally occurring torsion fields can be directed towards you to pump up the frequency of your own “energy” sufficient to shatter the viruses or  bacteria causing the problem.

The best defense to flu is grounding in unconditional love, gratitude and compassion; which exhibit frequencies that shatter disease or do not allow it to penetrate the system, rather than fear which attracts this energy and the illusion that you need protection. A universal principle in nature is that internally coherent systems possess the ability to repel external influences; while incoherent systems are easily penetrated by disorder from outside. This principle of invincibility is clearly illustrated in physics as the Meissner Effect and in the functioning of a nation as the Maharishi Effect.

The Earth itself is a source of energy that radiates what the Russians refer to as ‘torsion fields’. It is a natural source, which comes from the Earth, from the Sun and from the Center of the Galaxy. This is again why when you’re in alignment with the Center of the Galaxy at 14 hours and 30 minutes sidereal time, your ESP ability goes up by about 400%. The Earth is giving off an energy field like that as well. This energy field is actually what fuels physical matter to sustain its own existence. Each little atom and molecule is like a sponge that takes this energy in like a fluid and extracts it back out again.

The latest Russian research on Pyramids shows: A spherical energy field surrounds any pyramidal structure. (By the way the pyramid has a consciousness of its own!), the Center of the Galaxy is actually our primary source of in-streaming torsion wave energy, an object will gradually displace into a higher density as it vibrates closer to the speed of light. oil wells become more productive with a pyramid above them, agricultural seeds increase their yield,  pathogenic viruses and bacteria become significantly less damaging to life after being held in the pyramid, foods stored in a pyramid increase human compassion (A quantity of salt was stored inside a pyramid. It was later removed and fed continually to about 5,000 people in different jails in Russia and amazingly within a few months there was a dramatic improvement in their behavior and most criminal behavior almost completely disappeared. It validates the idea that aetheric energy is spiritual energy and that as a person is exposed to higher intensities of it, there is a propensity for greater feelings of love and compassion for others) and the pyramids have a very beneficial effect on humans.

According to Collier, the Center of the Galaxy is currently pulsing a new sound and frequency that will raise all of the dimensions up one level. If you do some research, you will see that this has been detected by scientific research as well. In my opinion this energy, coming from this torsion field, will have a similar effect on earth as the salt in the Russian jails! Bashar has also stated that after 2012 the Earth will be slightly positive, where before was predominantly negative in vibration.

As we approach zero point energy in 2012 the Russians are utilizing pyramids and the effect of pyramids with the Egyptian Healing Rods. The rods are copper, zinc and crystal that have been forged in the pyramids.  In effect, holding the rods is like being inside a pyramid. The assumption that ancient sculptures of Egyptians holding scrolls in their hands, turns out to be they were holding the rods! They have a harmonizing effect on the Ba and Ka or Yin and Yang energy flows. The greater part of our illnesses begin with disharmony between two fundamental flows of energy. Hence, use of something that balances these flows, leads to healing of the organism. They also stimulate higher chakras and the immune system and it has been scientifically proven that holding the rods for 15 minutes is equivalent to an hour of acupuncture. Personally, I wear a crystal tetrahedron and according to Master Kuthumi a crystal vibrates at a very high rate and is an intermediary between dimensions.  As mentioned previously, the geometric shape of the pyramid has a consciousness of its own.

According to ‘Nothing in This Book Is True But Its Exactly How Things Are’, ” Thoth together with Ra and Araaragot, who were also former kings of Atlantis, got the blue print for the Christ-consciousness grid and went to Egypt. They went to Egypt (which at the time was known a Kem) because the flame which contained the ovum of our collective consciousness had an axis point which emerged there. Someday the grid associated with that point would mature as Christ-consciousness. They drilled a hole straight down the axis, which extends through the Earth, to the ovum of our consciousness. This axis comes out in Egypt and also on the other side of the Earth in Moorea, a small island near Tahiti. Thoth says that there is a vortex or spiral on both ends of the axis and that a shadow of it formed on the ground would look like a logarithmic spiral. They then built three pyramids on that spiral.

The primary purpose of the pyramids was to move our consciousness from the first level through the middle level (where we are now), to the third or Christ-consciousness level. It was an instrument for planetary initiation, designed specifically to take a forty-four plus two chromosome person into Christ -consciousness and stabilize him.”

Another purpose for the Pyramids and Sphinx was to mark the locations where the real history of the Earth is kept. This would include our extra-terrestrial heritage as well. Most of history as it has been presented to us, is not correct. There is a link between the Sphinx in Egypt to the rock Sphinx in Bucegi, Romania and to Tibet. There are underground tunnels connecting all three; as well as records of human history and extra-terrestrial contact. This information also includes the true history of man.  According to sources who have seen the underground discoveries in Romania, when the Star Gate there was activated it also activated the one in Iraq. They also say the two are also connected via underground tunnels. The skeletons of Giants have also been found in Transylvania; which would be another link to the Annunaki. I refer the reader to the book, ‘Transylvania Sunrise’. And another well kept secret that can be google searched are the Tataria Tablets also found in Transylvania; which have been found to be Pre-Sumerian and the oldest known language dating back about 7,000 years.

I hope this article has shed some light on the time frame, creators,  purposes, processes in building the pyramids and how they connect to healing, torsion fields and ascension. So you have figured out that in some previous lifetime you spent some time in an off Earth experience; which technically makes you an extra-terrestrial! Of course in some future time we all will be the extra-terrestrials for some Earth like planet. However, for the moment ‘ET Needs More Input’. As we approach the period Dec. 21st 2012 and March of 2013, those who are on top of the issue of Ascension will need to know there have been amazing studies in Russia concerning health conditions. There is a weakening of the Earth’s electromagnetic system as we approach the zero point. The major influences will be an exaggeration of health issues and many will “check out” with immune system, nervous system problems and cancer. On the positive side, Russian research has come up with some solutions (I refer the reader to Valery Uvarov at Project Camelot interview) with the focus  on pyramidal structures and more specifically Egyptian Healing Rods. The copper and zinc rods have quartz crystals  and forged inside pyramids. The effect is that they stimulate the stimulate higher chakras, increase blood flow, activate the immune system, balance the Yin and Yang energy flows in the body and cure many health issues. This is by virtue of holding the rods for 15 minutes a day; which is equal to an hour of acupuncture. We have all seen the ancient Egyptians holding what we first believed to be scrolls and now turns out to be the rods! Of course these were for those in the inner circles. My suggestion is to view this ‘body maintenance’ like you would ‘car maintenance’. This probably wasn’t necessary back in the 60’s; but it is today.

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to realize that for ascension purposes we need to get the toxicity out of the body;and boost the immune system. The best ways to do this, in my opinion, are by doing a total detox (see American Botanical Pharmacy, Dr. Shultze California) and using the Egyptian Healing Rods (www.egyptianhealingrods.com). Television lowers the immune system and 70%+ of the American diet is now bio-genetic and these foods destroy the immune system. For those that don’t know by now, drink pure water; as fluoride calcifies the pineal gland. This is your gateway to the stars. Also, if you do some research you will find that almost all foods now have fluoride in them!

The foundation of good health (see at this website the article, “Keeping You and Your Kids Healthy) begins with pure water, oxygen (yogic breathing taught at www.etyoga.com), exercise, reduction of stress, detoxification and lightening the diet; which means to get off meat and work towards an organic vegan diet. Also, I am tired of hearing educated people that keep saying it doesn’t matter to eat organic foods; because you can’t get pure organic food. That is ridiculous. Look, if I say somebody urinated in two bottles and you were made to drink one, which would you choose? The one with the most or least urine? Get the picture!  Of course it would be nice if your immune system got off to the right start with mother’s milk and no vaccines! But, as adults, statistics have shown that you can eliminate about 85% of bodily ill health symptoms by doing a thorough detox and providing the body with proper nutrients.

Because we live in a world on which foods are filled with chemical additives, sprayed with pesticides, color enhanced, bleached destructured in microwaves and in general mutated, it is difficult to eat all whole-grain, organic, unadulterated food. Your body’s health, as well as your spirit’s ability to live in your body in a fully functional way, is dependent in part on the nature of the food you eat. The Pleiadians have said, “Plants have geometric creation signatures that match similar or identical ones in the human body. They were designed this way by Pleiadians and the Devic Kingdoms so that everything you need to be healthy and nourished, and to heal illness, exists on Earth in the natural world. If the bran and germ are removed from the grain before they are eaten, or if cane and beets are stripped down from their simplest sugar forms, the signature of the plants is altered and enter your body in incomplete and mutated ways.  Your body then tries to complete the picture so that what is being ingested makes sense to it.  Vitamins B and C are pulled  from places where they have been temporarily stored in your body to create a balance and health; they are used to help get these mutated grains and sugars through your system. Extra enzymes that would not be required if the foods were in their whole form are produced by your body to aid digestion. In the long run, the result is Vitamin B and C deficiency, premature exhaustion of your body’s enzyme supply, immune system problems, propensity to allergies, and nervous system and brain damage.  Your colon cannot eliminate properly due to the paste formed by the white grains and sticky sugars, and toxins are sent back into your body through the wall of your colon due to ongoing putrefaction there. For some hot tips concerning cancer fighting foods I suggest first of all Monatomic elements. Yes, this is the topic your doctor does not know about. (See at this website the article, ‘The Topic Almost Nobody Knows About-Monatomics’ and ‘Shhh…Don’t Tell Anyone About Monatomics’). The monatomic elements are found in a natural vegetarian diet. They have been proven to reprogram cancer cells.  Rhodium and Irridium are found in Flax Seed Oil; which combined with cottage cheese was the basis for the Budwig cancer cure back in the 5o’s.  I recommend the reader check out David Hudson Lectures I,II and III on the internet. Also, Earl B. Hall at Atlantean Healing Technologies is promoting Taheebo Tea as a cancer cure. “Over the past several years many of my friends, family and clients have personally experienced the amazing healing powers of this tea. I have researched the other so called Alternative treatments for cancer. These remedies are widely discussed and the varying results continue to be debatable at best. Pau D Arco Tea on the other hand, has shown that it may hold the secret fo the successful treatment of cancer and other diseases. Dr. Danie. B. Mowry, PhD, states in his widely published article on Pau d’Arco that “whole Pacho has produced clinical anti-cancer effects without side effects.” Earl B. Hall  There is now a patent; which proves that constituents extracted from the Tabebuia Aveilanedae (Pau Darco) tree bark remarkably inhibits the growth and exhibits selective toxicity of 23  specific  types of cancer cells. The compound also was found to inhibit the growth almost completely and cause necrosis (death) in 12 specific  types of malignant cancer tumors!

Elizabeth Jeffrey a professor of nutrition at the University of Illinois, has also said, “Broccoli properly prepared is an extremely potent cancer fighting agent. Three to five servings a week are enough to have an effect. . An enzyme called myrosinase must be present for sulforaphane, the cancer preventing component to form in the vegetable.” She suggest steam cooking the broccoli 2-4 minutes; as over cooking destroys the process. Also eating with radishes or mustard even increases the benefits. I might add that in addition to vitamin B and C deficiencies a cancer environment not only needs a weakened immune system; but also a vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D is from the sun; so get plenty of sunlight. (See the article at this site entitled, ‘The Truth About the Sun and Sunscreens’) Oh, and in case nobody ever told you, cancer cells love sugar. Get off as much sugar as possible.

The bottom line is to get serious about detoxing the body and provide the proper environment for your Higher Self. Unquestionably, certain forces in this world are making a concerted effort to mess up your DNA and fill the human body with as much pollution as possible. The new wave in medicine is vaccine treatments; which I would also avoid like the plague. The only thing you really need protection from IS YOUR OWN BELIEFS. My suggestion is that aside from emergency, you are best served to not only start taking responsibility for your health; but also find ways to be as self sufficient as possible in regards to cures as well. Thus, distancing yourself from established medical procedures and the pharmaceutical industry. I would suggest you take a good hard look at any pills you are taking and find another way. There always is one. And let’s not forget, the emotions of unconditional love, gratitude and compassion are the antidote for any disease!

The bottom line is “if you think you deserve it and you know you can create it”, you can get it.  There are a few basic principals that must be understood , in my opinion. First, Belief is everything. (See The ET Yoga article at this site for ‘The Power of Belief’) I suggest you spend some time getting the hang of putting a positive spin on outer circumstances, until you ‘Get It’! All outer circumstances are a reflection of your beliefs; which is why they occur.  They do not happen to punish you; but to show you what you believe. The outer world of experience is a direct result of your beliefs, definitions, emotions and intentions. Once you see that this is true, then you will naturally start putting a positive spin on neutral outer circumstances, as the spin you put on it, will create the future experience. Thus, you will already be doing Reality Creation. The more advanced step, is to consciously create the outer experience in the first place. What you have to realize is that there are an infinite number of scenarios for every occurrence. All possible versions of your reality are all actually simultaneously existing and “real”, You therefore already have everything you desire or could ever desire. You contain it all. You have already been given everything you could ever hope to have or want. It’s just that it may not be “visible” and therefore “real” to you.

Creation all exists here, now, outside time, in one eternal now moment. Therefore, everything that you believe you might “someday” get, you actually already have. Everything is here now; but in varying states of visibility/invisibility depending on the frequencies on which you are vibrating;  which depends on the BELIEFS that you accept as “real”. And remember, you cannot have an emotional response unless you first have a belief that you are reacting to. So, you can work backwards and say, “what would I have to believe in order to have this emotional response?” And this is also true with actions; which are stronger than words. “What would I have to believe to be taking these actions?” It is a good idea to evaluate the beliefs that are fueling your actions, before you actually take those actions. If you “say” you are expecting the best; but your actions are preparing for the worst, your strongest belief is ” expecting the worst”, and so that is what you would eventually experience in some form. If you are holding contradictory beliefs, it is always the strongest belief that determines the reality you get, and your actions are a clear indicator of your strongest beliefs.

And of course the doozie of them all is that THERE IS NO OBJECTIVE REALITY; aside from what you define reality to be. Once you realize this and start spending time in the UNKNOWN you will get a feel for the realization that your new self empowering beliefs are just as real as your “old reality”. The “old reality” is that which we usually compare our current situations to. It will be easier for you to accept the new definition, as being just as real, because you will finally realize that reality is up to you, that the degree of reality something has, the degree of reality a definition has, is completely up to you to determine. This is also completely verified by the actual teachings of Christ and Mary Magdalene; which can be viewed at the College of Christ Consciousness site on your computer. It is called the ‘Ultimate Truths of Reality’; as was kept secret for a couple thousand years in the mystery schools.

Now lets, look at four different versions of how to master the ‘The Art of Manifestation’. First, the Bashar method. It states that there are 3 phases for receiving the “version” of reality you prefer. 1. SEE  IT- Visualize it, imagine it, daydream it, visualize it clearly, you don’t need to visualize it for a long time, a short time is sufficient;  but you need to visualize it clearly. You need to have a solid clear picture, visualizing it creates the blueprint, so see it in great detail, see it; become an efficient mental antenna to receive this “version” of reality. 2nd FEEL IT- Get excited and passionate about it, how would you FEEL if you had it now? Feel that now! Plug into your vision with all your emotions and all your senses, as if you had it now! Involve all your senses-imagine smelling, touching it, tasting it etc. Feel it=become an efficient emotional antenna to receive this “version” of reality. 3. BE IT (Physical) Physical action, do it!  To ground the experience, do actions that most closely mimic the actions you see yourself doing in your vision. Gather and use whatever props mimic that scenario, and do a “dry run”. Doing this “Make Believe” physical action trains the body consciousness. This makes it “Real for you Now”, so the universe then delivers it to you. Note: This physical action does not directly cause this desired reality to manifest, instead, this physical action creates a more precise, vibration in yourself, making you a better antenna to receive it, by you becoming more aligned to the same vibration. The reality you desire already exists. You do not have to create it. You only have to receive it, be it =become an efficient physical antenna to receive this “version” of reality!

Now for the Vywamus version of this; which in my mind is the ancient Yogic perspective on how to do this. This is where ET Yoga gets its name. The extra-terrestrial view point merging with the Yogic viewpoint. And concurrently, it is all being proven in quantum physics experiments. Why do you think the observer effects an experiment? It is because the belief or expectation of the observer effects reality! (See the article at this site entitled, ‘Quantum Physics and You’) Prime Creator did make us in its image and thus we are all CREATORS. The cat is out of the bag, so to speak. The first state in the Vywamus system is to set a goal. Similar to the Bashar method, Vywamus says, “You see parallel realities, simultaneous time zones, they are all played out my friends. How many moves can you make in this game called life? How many moves on the game board of chess–that is the world of the physical reality. When you can grasp this concept , you will know how to achieve anything, because you will know that it already exists somewhere. So, you can know with a certainty that anything that you have asked for has already been given to you. It all depends on your level of vision or frequency. ” And part of the first step is to believe that you have the goal already.

The 2nd step is to Set the Resonance. You know that you can achieve anything if you have a resonance with those goals, you know they are possible and indeed exist if you choose to experience them. You need to delete your old beliefs and and jump forwards in time and say “I have created……” get used to the fluidity of time and creation. How does it feel to experience what you have manifested? Go back in time and keep that feeling, for that feeling or e-motion (feelings are energy in motion) will draw it to you from the future–that truly is setting the resonance. You must be exact in where you want to go, what you want to create, see it, know it, name it, feel it and you will have it.

The 3rd step Get out there and make it happen. “Some of you are very good at the creation aspect on the higher levels, you are 75% of the way to achieving your goals, but you don’t take the final step of actually doing something on the physical plane to create it. You have to do that too. That’s the easy bit. The difficult bit is knowing and setting correct resonance for you–don’t know why, seems very easy to Vywamus, But I’m told it’s difficult. (It is because you doubt yourselves).” Vywamus  A good example is brushing your teeth. Of course, you can. Because you believe it. Have that same confidence and you can create anything. Of course there are those of us who will always be victims, powerless, believe nothing works and will no doubt be learning all of this great information on some distant planet in 3D over the next few thousand years! Now for the Elan method of Manifestation. 1st. Deciding. You can simply decide to be a certain way. And then by trusting that decision and acting accordingly you become that way NOW.  The 2nd step is Decision Maintenance. No matter the outer reflection, stick to your original decision. Don’t be tricked into changing your decision. 3rd. Selecting from the already existing options. This is similar to going to a delicatessen and choosing the desired reality. And 4th Actions Indicate Beliefs  Do the actions that support your decision. You will notice a similarity in all of the methods described above. You may need to experiment to find the best method or combination of methods that works for you. The Pleiadian Emmisary of Light  also agrees with a similar process. They always say to think, ” I am creating, I am manifesting, I effortlessly intend to create…..”  It is consistent with the Pleiadian premise that THOUGHT CREATES!  It is from the I AM place in you that is the easiest for manifestation.  The Andromedans also say the same, that everything in this Universe was created from INTENTION. Even Prime Creator intended to know itself or have aspects of itself realize certain experiences or realizations. We are created in that image.
