ET Yoga

As my teacher Swami Satchidananda used to say, “You can learn things from books; but they can never teach you”. Life is like a factory that turns out enlightened beings. You are always attracted to what you want or need and what you don’t want; which also serves as a learning tool. I am not saying that having a degree cannot be useful, I have one, but for the most part it will only give you more flexibility with respect to opportunities to make money. If I can give advice concerning your vocation, you should do what you love to do. So many people work at jobs more for the money than the love of the job. I believe that everyone has a gift to offer all of us and this gift is found in the area that you love. It is far more important to do what you love than to have a degree. When you follow your excitement and do what you love then you are on track doing what your Higher Self wants you to do. And why are you here in the first place? You are here to gather experiences and to be on a spiritual journey whether you are a monk in a cave or in a busy business work place. People used to think they could not become enlightened unless they quit their jobs and a family life and went off to be a hermit. This is not true. Although, I will admit that in history more Sanyasins or non married people probably opened their sixth chakras; but the time for householders to do this is approaching.

There are no prerequisites to enlightenment. We are all on our own path. For those in a busy work place I suggest the words of Sri Ramana Marharshi ” Meditate two hours a day and become  a Karma Yogi”. By Karma Yogi he means doing the work for the service it provides. An excellent attitude is to say, “How can I be of service”? This does not mean that you can’t be properly paid for this service. As Bashar has recently stated, “Abundance is the ability to do what you need to do when you need to do it.” It does not have to come in the form of money; but money is also an option. According to the Andromedans, in 22 other civilizations in space like ours; we are the only one that still uses money!!

Look at the energy coming from the Center of the Galaxy that is creating a new sound and frequency that will move all the dimensions up one level. This is truly an amazing time to be on the planet. I recently heard of an experiment in Russia where certain salts were given to inmates in prisons that totally changed their behavior. These salts were forged in pyramids and demonstrated how this single activity changed human behavior. Certainly we are in need of such behavior on a mass scale and we are receiving this assistance. And to me the REAL KNOWLEDGE is all self knowledge and all about self empowerment. It is knowledge that runs vertically and not horizontally. In point of fact all knowledge is free if you know how to access it. When you open your sixth chakra fully and have a fully functional pineal gland then when you ask the question the answer will come. It is one of the clues about Bashar that indicates that he has become one with his Higher Self. How else can one being know so much on every topic known to man? I have heard him speak to physicists, doctors, you name it on any subject and he can take their information out a few steps. How is this possible? Because he can access the Cosmic Mind if you like. The information is free for the taking. Just like a cherry tree. All you have to do is pick the fruit. If you want someone else to pick the fruit for you, then you pay for this service. All CREATIVE THOUGHT comes from the Higher Self. The rational mind is not capable of having a creative thought. It is the perceiver of ideas not the creator. Perceiver as in past tense. When we function as a whole unit, we function with the Higher Self, brain and rational mind all cooperating and each doing its task.

The primary function of the rational mind is to PUT A POSITIVE SPIN ON OUTER CIRCUMSTANCES. Don’t you want positive experiences? That is how to create them!!!!  I appreciate that we get some self satisfaction from thinking we are so smart or smarter than others. The truth is we all have the potential to access the Higher Knowledge. It is when the little I shuts up that the Big I kicks in!!  Even the chess masters, who sometimes think they are so smart; have never had a creative thought that didn’t come from the Higher Self or Beings at higher levels playing through them! And don’t think that just because you have advanced degrees that you are so much better than others. I like to give the example that information is doubling every two years and every year  and a half in science. By the time you are in your second year of college the information is out dated. And do you not think that there are unpublicized computers that function much better than what the public is aware of? How fast is information doubling for these computers? Every day? It has been estimated that only about 6% of the information on any topic is available to the public. That includes major universities. For some people they think they have more value with more degrees. The fact is that we are all valuable. God didn’t make extraneous parts or beings. We are all unconditionally loved by Prime Creator. Bashar has said that we are all making the most possible impact on this world already; but when you do the thing that is your passion other people become aware of the impact you are already having!

The old saying is that the more you know the more you realize that there is so much you don’t know. We are not capable of knowing all the answers; but we are capable of connecting to levels of consciousness that can give us the answers. One of the keys is the activation of your chakras which includes the pineal gland. We have mentioned before that fluorides calcify the pineal gland. When I speak of Self Knowledge or Self Empowering knowledge, it is all about assisting in your spiritual growth. It is about conquering fear; which keeps you from claiming your real power. It is about keeping in harmony with the frequency you prefer to be and also creating the kind of life you truly want to experience. The educational system is basically about regurgitating information and not about getting you to be a creative thinker. It is also designed to by pass the emotional centers. The system is designed more for control issues than for liberating the individual. Free thinkers are not scared into thinking they need protection from the outside. They realize that they create the outside and take responsibility for their creations.  Acknowledging that you are responsible for the outside is what gives you the power to change it. Because, if you created it then you can change it. But if you blame others for the outside condition then you just create yourself as a victim. And of course you will be abused.

Fear, fear, fear….can be a great motivator. Create the fear and then create the solution. Fear can become your friend if used properly. And Mr.Fear has his foot on the toolbox marked, Your Personal Power. All Fear is Illusion. False Evidence Appearing Real! And all fear is not in alignment with your Higher Self. Because first of all in order to be in fear you must believe that something, someone or some organization is more powerful than you are. Let me remind you that you cannot experience what you are not the vibration of. That is a fundamental operating procedure in the physical universe!! If you are not of that vibration then for you, you are invisible to that vibration!!! And you cannot conceive what you do not contain. In other words if you can imagine it, then you have the capability to achieve it. You are never given the desire for something that you do not have the ability to attain!! That is why realizing the importance and possibility of enlightenment is the planting of the seed that grows to its fruition. Relentless to the end is what it will take for humanity to get out of the mess that it is currently manifesting. I haven’t seen a Rugby match in years; but yesterday saw New Zealand, behind to South Africa the whole match turn the tables. They scored twice in the last 4 minutes and on a long run on the last play of the game to secure a 29-22 win. The Pleiadians have been saying all along that the frequency each year is raising at enormous levels and by the time 2012 gets here, all bets are off. I liken this to a game where the value of the play doubles with each players’ turn and decided on the last turn. Clearly, we are on a new TIME LINE.  If you watch David Bruce Hughes and his video on ‘Time as a Fractal’, you will see that a chart reflecting the last 5,000 years shows that the repeating cycle of time should reflect the highest rate of change of this period during the month of August 2010. And then in 2012 the rate of change moves off the chart to infinity. Well, it is the 22nd of August and I would say the rate of change has been steady with no major events. Of course this could change in a heartbeat. In my opinion WE ARE ON A NEW TIME LINE! However, the main point to be made here is that TOTAL CONCENTRATION ON A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE FOR MANKIND all the way up to and including Ascension is the optimum attitude. This coupled with the clarity to put a positive spin on all outer circumstances and to reflect a positive frequency are the tools to achieve success. Of course this means high energy directed towards a positive goal and not going against the negative nor judging the process. Those that can follow this recipe will find themselves among those who will be the blueprint for a huge leap in consciousness for humanity. Sort of like a few cells in the embryo of a cacoon are the blueprint for a butterfly.

My suggestion is to practice using these tools on a daily basis; especially when change is not at a great pace. It is easy to get lost in unexpected events and wallow in judgment, fear, blame, complaint and justification of our circumstances, instead of taking 100% responsibility for our experiences. Remember that this is our point of power; as if you acknowledge the creation of an event, then because you created it, you have the power to change it.

I want to share with you two questions and answers from Bashar, Essassani. Q: It appears that there is a race against time whether this critical mass of positive energy will overcome the manifestation of our own Armageddon. Bashar: “I will put it to you this way: there are an infinite number of probable Earths. Every single possible scenario will play out, and more precisely, is playing out  now since all time is actually simultaneous. However, whatever each individual’s vibratory frequency is, that is the determining factor for what probable -future-reality-Earth they will experience. In that our civilization is communicating to this probable-reality-Earth..in other words, in that we are capable of having this conversation with you..then  that is an indication that you are part and parcel of the probable-reality-Earth that will allow the positive energy, shall we say,  to over-balance the negative…otherwise we wouldn’t be having this conversation. And all the probable-reality-Earths that do decide to let the negative dominate in their future..we are not having conversations with in the same way at all.”

Q:Concerning the Predictions of Catastrophe; ” In some cases it will be severe, in other areas it will not be felt at all. It will depend upon the infrastructure that has been laid down in certain areas on the your planet since there is much diversity in your world and many different approaches to different things. Different areas will likewise experience the result and consequences in different ways. The basic thing to understand is that when individuals begin to lay down other systems, alternate systems, new ideas and put them into place, then it will not really matter if the old systems crumble or collapse for new ones will be there ready and willing to take their place and take up what you call “the slack”. Now at the same time, sometimes what you would call a break from the old paradigm may be a welcome thing and give individuals a chance to rethink how they go about setting up certain systems, to allow them in the future to become far more flexible, less rigid..and this is a metaphor for how you really  need to live your lives as well. So, I would simply overall suggest that you don’t really worry about it, for I will tell you this with absolute certainty..the more you worry about it being a problem, the more you magnetically will draw yourself into a circumstance where you will experience it as a problem. Instead, I would suggest that you allow yourself to treat it as an amazing opportunity to allow systems to shift and change very rapidly and that you position yourself by your energy and your own certainty–so that you will know that you will be where you need to be, when you need to be there, and so that you will experience, no matter what any body else’s experience–you will personally experience only a beneficial result from such a consequence instead of a negative one. ”

In conjunction with the above ideas a word of caution about the new technologies. If you are a reader of this blog you have already discovered the many ways we are negatively affected by our environment and positive ways to counter balance these affects; especially with reference to the food and water we take. With regards to the new technologies, the Pleiadians have strongly suggested that we throw away our televisions! Off planet technologies in this area are way beyond the scope of the average citizen.  If you must watch television, severely limit the time. It lowers the frequency of the immune system and directs and programs your frequency. Supporting this opinion are words from Arch Angel Zadkiel who offers ‘The Supreme Gift of Clarity’.  “Pay attention if you must to media, and if you feel so-called pay no attention. It is important for you to make your decision now. You will either decide to continue to be engaged or you will not be engaged. Do not be on the fence with this one. It will bring great chaotic energy into your life. If you wish to truly unplug from chaotic energy, do it now. There will always be those who will bring the news to you. We can assure you. You will not ever not hear it. There are many who wish to talk about it. There are many who spend their lives obsessed with the news of others. There are many who spend their lives obsessed with judgment. You must understand that the gift of this, is that they offer an opportunity for the density to be very, very real. Do they not? They hold very firm anchors in density. What a blessing. Bless them for their judgment. Bless them for their commitment for the choice they have made to stay in density. For as they anchor density firmly, they offer for you a greater opportunity to activate your lift, to no longer walk on the planet. To simply be here as one who is custodian, a guardian, one who loves. One who sees the truth, one who understands.” He suggests you try an experiment and say, “I will for one week not be involved in media. We offer you the opportunity to unplug from the newspaper, TV, radio, and all that gives you information that is asking you to judge another.”

Spend as much time as possible in nature and make a conscious effort to free yourself from technologies that affect you in untold ways and usually negatively with regard to your consciousness and DNA. How many people do you know who come home from work turn on the television and it stays on all night until they go asleep? It has become, unfortunately to my mind, a baby sitting tool as well. I am horrified at seeing young kids addicted to some of these technologies to the point where all their needs are met by the little black box. Kids are much better off finding other kids to play and have fun with outdoors, and not focused on the killing games via technology just to keep up with the Jones”.We have been conditioned to always be in polarity. How many television shows have the theme of good guys vs bad guys or victim and victimizer? Always implying that going against  is the solution. When you realize that existence in 3D in one huge hologram both collectively and individually created by our thoughts, intentions and beliefs; then it becomes obvious that going against the negative is a futile endeavor. Creating a new positive is the optimum strategy. Bashar has said that when twenty people are in a room, it is not just one reality. There are 20 different realities (each of us is in our own U-niverse) and the only reason we seem to have the same collective experience is that at some level we agree to! When you judge or go against the negative then you only serve to perpetuate the energy you say you are opposed to. It also positions you in polarity. Higher consciousness is always an integrative process. If enough people can stay clear, not be lost in worry or fear or going against the negative, then we can create any new positive outer circumstance. Just saw this similar headline posted at Yahoo Canada.  The gist of the story was that they would be technically advanced; so wouldn’t be so interested in our science but would likely be interested in Bach, Beethoven etc. and music and also study our behavior; as we could be on the brink of annihilation.  Well, that’s pretty good coming from a guess. I really like the part about Bach and Beethoven; as their music in parts was downloaded from Higher Mind and contains frequencies and sequences that are beneficial to human DNA/RNA. This has been proven in scientific experiments and also this music is great to play around your drinking water. (Of course it is good water and not with fluorides) Water has also been found to have a consciousness of its own and is a perfect reflector of consciousness and emotion. I refer the reader to Dr. Masuro Emoto discoveries about the Power of Water.  So an efficient way to get a higher frequency in your system is to play classical music around the water which actually changes its molecular structure and then you drink the water. Of course an even more powerful technique is to ground yourself in the emotions of unconditional love, gratitude and compassion; as you then affect the water in your own body by a similar process. This is the best antidote for keeping from from disease or virus. Any negative vibration, and disease is a vibration, must first penetrate your personal torsion field in order for it to manifest. Utilizing such devices as Egyptian Healing Rods, or wearing crystals or moldavite are also effective in raising your personal vibration. The idea is like two people meditating or two tuning forks resonating—they will effect each other and the end result will be a median of the two.

And I also like the idea that we would be studied for our behavior; as they would be particularly interested in our range of emotion. This apparently, has come about because the Annunaki mixed some primate genes with ours a long time ago.  Also, the Greys would be particularly interested in our emotions as their race is dying out and they are for the most part emotionless. Rather than extra-terrestrial they are more inner dimensional as they are a future version of humanity itself from a parallel  reality.  Fortunately, we are on a completely new time line and after 2012 we will actually be more positive than predominantly negative on this planet. You can only imagine if the Dark side continued in the current fashion, that with the technologies used against mankind we would end up as chipped, emotionless creatures addicted to technologies and in time losing the ability to reproduce as they have. Thus their primary interest in US is our DNA. From what I can perceive they have spent a great deal of time attempting to make hybrid species of Human and Grey and recently have finally succeeded. A long way in our future, the Essassani, are one of those species and a very wise and enlightened populace who are currently transcending from 5th to 6th density. As we are transcending from 3rd to 4th.  I don’t know this for a fact, but by gut tells me the Greys were having difficulty attaching a soul to the fetus in their experiments but eventually found a way. I surmise this was by reincarnating as humans first. Thus many people have been tracked since birth and abducted at the appropriate time to assist in this experiment. As Bashar would say there are always two sides to a coin and one the one hand we have the shock of an abduction but on the other hand the joy of assisting and creating new life in the universe. Also, according to Bashar the first extra-terrestrial civilization that will contact us are called the Shalania (the word Shalania means ‘Those Who Will Come First’) and apparently are a hybrid as well.

According to Alex Collier, the Andromedans say that we are the composite of 22 different ET civilizations. We are actually considered to be royalty by them. Interesting to note that one of the reasons positive ETs or Service to Others by some people’s definition, are assisting us is that when a race of ETs only breeds within themselves and keep the genes pure, in time this causes a degenerative effect. Thus there are 22 ET civilizations out there very interested in US because we carry the answer in our DNA to their future perpetuation and existence. because their genes are in us and vice versa! ETs play with DNA like we play with toys. It is a major fascination for them. Another incredible facet of our DNA is that fact that we can have simultaneous incarnations, unlike almost all other ET civilization who have linear incarnations. From our Higher Self’s point of view we are having simultaneous lifetimes, although from our perspective they happen one before the other. The same is true with the concept of Time. All time is Now for the Higher Self; but we perceive events as one before the other.  And to take this concept out a step further, if you exist Now then you have Always existed in one form or another! Thus you have everlasting Life!

And concurrently, we are Spiritual Beings having human incarnations. We are not BORN IN SIN. Apparently in etymological terms the word Sin used to mean Genetic Defect in pre-Sumerian times. Thus, because of the manipulations by the Annunaki we are all born with genetic defect not sin. The proof of this is the fact that most operate with only two of the twelve strands of DNA which was the original plan of our creators. Most only function with a small percentage of the brain. In actuality, we have 12 chakras, or vortex centers, seven in the body and five outside the body which correspond to the 12 strands of DNA. Prime Creator, God, Cosmic Consciousness, or what ever label you want to use to define the infinite energy which IS, has no beginning and no end,  also created this universe via the Black Holes with UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.  The proof of which is in the fact that you are 100% supported in your Beliefs, definitions, intentions and emotions; as they are reflected in the outer world which you call reality or experience.  You cannot perceive what you do not contain and you cannot experience what you are not the vibration of.  And ETs also know that the entire physical universe is one Particle/Wave that travels at infinite speed, is massless, and therefore breaks no laws of Physics.  You can now Google search this under Prime Radiant. Years ago I spoke of this on ET Yoga BBS radio when you could not find the topic with a Google search. It is information from Bashar, Essassani.

The keys to accessing some of our higher powers is in the activation of the Pineal Gland. This also approximates with activation of the 6th chakra. Things like fluorides serve to calcify the Pineal Gland.  The complete unit that is our Persona actually includes the Hihger Self, the brain and the rational mind. Our personalities are actually a kind of artificial construct that equates with the Beta wave frequency of the brain. Bashar would describe this as a deep sea diver wishing to explore the dense water and using special gear to survive there.  The goggles would represent the compass or ability to see, kind of like following your excitement is the compass to being in alignment with your Higher Self. There are only two objective facts, one being that we were created with unconditional love and the second is that we have awareness. The Higher Self is the Creator of ideas, the mind is the Receiver of Ideas and the rational mind is the Perceiver of Ideas. Some of the subliminals on television have actually affected the Theta level of brain wave activity which is deeper than the personality structure! It produces what is called the Reptilian Mind and is similar to people in a trance. Obviously, easily programmable. Not to mention that the mass media puts their spin on the news; so in a way it is a form of Reality Creation. As the meaning you give to outer events determines the experience you will get from it.  The Pleiadians as well as Arch Angel Michael have warned people about the hazzards of television. It also is known to weaken the power of the immune system and is also a potential vehicle for the spread of disease. It has been scientifically proven that disease can be sent across the country via frequency.

Like so many of the new technologies, they are designed to create a frequency control and should only be used sparingly. If you are serious about getting enlightened or healing disease I suggest getting a handle on these new technologies. I do not watch television at home, do not read a newspaper, do not watch the news, do not use a cell phone, would not use a micro-wave oven, would not drink tap water,  do not eat meat of any kind or fish and try to limit my computer time.  Research these topics and decide for yourself.  The rule of thumb is for every hour in technology get one hour of time in Nature.  My sincere best towards your attainment of full consciousness, perfect health and abundance. Heard an interesting comment today by a well known radio announcer knocking those who put faith in imagination. Did I say I–Magi–Nation—-a nation of magicians!? Obviously preoccupied and so lost in his own little 3D battle to realize that it is THOUGHT and INTENTION that creates all outer experience.  When you use your imagination, you are programming the subconscious mind to send out the command for the version of reality you want!! So it came to mind to write a blog outlining some very positive beliefs and intentions to dwell on and use as a focal point for the imagination!:

I effortlessly intend to be successful in all things I do.

I effortlessly intend to give love and receive love in all things I do.

I effortlessly  intend to be part of the hologram that creates heaven on Earth.

I effortlessly intend to be safe in all things I do.

I effortlessly intend full consciousness, perfect heath and abundance.

And from the Pleiadians in ‘Self Empowerment’: ” I am a vital, healthy being Now, I accept the responsibility and commitment that changing my life will involve. I am ready to embrace a new way of looking at life. I refer the reader to ‘Keep It Simple’ at this blog site.  When you get lost, come back to your center. Follow the next most exciting thing you can do to get back on track. Your excitement is the needle on the compass that points to what your Higher Self would like you to do next.  It is so easy to get lost going against the negative. But this only reinforces the energy you say you are against. Focus on a new positive idea and see it through to completion.  The path to total Self Empowerment lies in creating the new positive. The Powers That Be don’t mind a bit if you are against them; because it only serves to perpetuate their energy. What bothers them is when you go in a positive direction and don’t get entangled with them. I refer the reader to ‘There Is No They That’s The Secret They Don’t Want You to Know’. YOU ARE THEY!!! And that’s the paradox of life. Everywhere you go you only hang out with you. And when you leave this world behind, that world you just left is YOU.  Might as well start getting used to the idea of unconditionally loving yourself and conversely that means unconditionally loving the world. Get out of the old habit of blame, complaint and justification of your circumstances as they are all reflective of victim hood consciousness. Every time you find yourself expressing one of these three concepts cut the cord. Then visualize how someone in Joy would react to the same situation. Close your eyes and visualize how that person would act, and then copy the behavior in the outer world. It is just like the idea that nobody else makes you angry, you choose it. And you can choose not to be angry. Just yesterday an event occurred that made someone assume I was having a bad day. And they said,” I guess they ruined your day?” And I replied, “No, I’m fine, and I am in charge of ruining my day not them!”  In fact the first thing I did when the so called negative event happened was to PLACE A POSITIVE SPIN ON IT! I don’t know how something good can come of it; but I just can’t wait to find out!

Here is a great technique from John Darling, from Boston, Mass.” ‘TODAY IS THE BEST DAY EVER’  Just say it and forget it. The mistake would be to think how is this going to be a good day or think of how you want it to be a good ay. How it will be a good day is None of Your Business’, it is the business of the Spirit that you sent your smail to (spirit mail). Don’t think how it will be a good or bad just go about your business. When I talk to Spirit, I actually receive the answer before I finish the question; so smail is fast. I use this for all kinds of things. Our words are spiritual intent. That’s why, when you say it, it is a message or intent from your heart to the universe; which is the domain of Spirit. At the end of the day just do a check and see how things have gone one way or the other and see how many positive results occur. Everything is positive because it is a lesson to be learned or the result of a lesson learned. I have studied this for years and the main theme is, you don’t have to Do anything you just have to Be. After all we are human beings. Your intent and connection with the Source creates your state of being.” John also says, you can Spell it out on paper too. And the attitude to have is one of casual matter of fact with no pressure.

This great technique also reflects the Bashar teaching that the rational mind is not capable of ‘Knowing How Things Work’. Placing your intention on the positive and putting positive spin on everything is the domain of the rational mind. Also, this connects to the statement that ‘State of Being is what matters, outer circumstances don’t’. And to create a high state of being I like to connect the scientific fact that emotion reflects perfectly in water, (See internet Masuro Emoto and ‘The Power of Water’). We are also mostly water and it is your State of Being that is reflected in your cells and your water! The neuro center in the heart emits a frequency 5,000 times stronger than the brain. It is also the frequency that interacts with the morpho-genetic field and that determines your version of reality.

And in conclusion, I would like to suggest that placing the spin on 2012 by seeing it as the most amazing thing that has ever happened to humanity would be a wise choice.  The Andromedans have stated that there is a new sound and color coming from the Center of the Galaxy that is going to pull all the dimensions up one level.  The Pleiadians have said, ” Galactic  Center transmissions deliver stupendous jolts of energy that trigger deep truths and stimulate exciting new levels of creativity within humanity—energies that are life-enhancing and meant to be felt and absorbed. Holding on to pain and fear and anxiety-ridden interpretations of life will inevitably create only more resistance. When change is in your favor, and still you refuse to open the door to self-improvement, you create a block on the new program of energy. As the founder of the popular world wide BBSradio show ET Yoga, the normal expectation from people is that I would spend time advocating this possibility or fact that extra-terrestrials are visiting Earth. I have certainly heard most of the arguments both pro and con; but have not entered into this debate even once in the last 10 years nor tried to convince people on the show.  Why you might ask? It is because at the moment it is NOT THE POINT! THE POINT IS THE AMAZING INFORMATION THAT IS BEING CHANNELED TO THE PLANET! In my opinion the very best of this kind of information can be obtained from Bashar, an Essassani and multi-dimensional being, who is channeled by Darryl Anka-www.bashar.org. When Darryl is channeling you would be hard pressed to find even a hint of proving that Bashar is extra-terrestrial; because it is totally irrevelent. The point is the information. This information is so personally uplifting and self empowering that the source of the information is in the background. So what if Bashar was an ET?  Let’s say he could prove he was an ET by doing a low fly and hover over the White House at 2 p.m. next Thursday. Probably even that wouldn’t do; as some would say it was a secret government craft. But for the sake of argument let’s say he could find ways to prove it. I guess in a sense it would prove to many that we are not alone in the universe; but weighed against utilizing the amazing information being channeled by ET’s, this is small in comparison. What has a larger impact on us personally, knowing of the existence of extra-terrestrial life or utilizing the information of extra-terrestrials to help us elevate our consciousness to more approximate theirs!

In a sense I find it humorous that people on this planet would have difficulty believing in ETs because NONE OF US IS FROM HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE! Second, the Moon is an artificial construct, basically a monitoring station, set up by ETs that have been in control of this planet for ages. There is no facet of public endeavor that is not influenced by ETs. Some ETs have never left this sector of the solar system and the Earth. Currently, the Earth is under QUARANTINE until after 2012;  there is not going to be any open public contact until after that time. Somewhere between 2012 and 2022 it will be an established FACT that we are being visited by extra-terrestrials. That will put an end to the debate and also the newsflash that for those in power that the clock is ticking. And we are on target to be full members of the Association of Worlds by 2033 according to Bashar.  We are also on the verge of discovering the Hall of Records which will give humanity the real truth about our extra-terrestrial heritage. Apparently, as we speak, excavations are taking place under the Sphynx  knocking on that door and another site in Bucegi, Romania with similar information is a well kept secret. Admittedly, these statements at the moment are unprovable. And another good reason not to get involved in argument. Kind of like the people that don’t believe in reincarnation. They are welcome to their opinion; but when you can recall past lifetimes then you will know that their opinions don’t make it true.

The main reason we have not had an official First Contact is that as a planet we are not quite ready. Bashar has stated that in the information that he feeds to the planet,  it also contains the ET frequency; but at only about 1/1000 of what that frequency would be face to face! It is way more comfortable to sit in your living room and read some interesting ideas or concepts than to be involved with a Close Encounter.  In fact Bashar has said that on several occasions he has made agreements with several humans to meet his craft at a particular place and time. But, no matter how sure the people were that they were ready for this, when the craft started descending to the landing spot the people ran for their lives in fear. And it was not fear of the ETs, it was their own fears coming to the surface about issues that they were not prepared to face. And the same is true on a global level.  Earth is in line for a First Contact scenario and no doubt this will occur in the next decade or two. However, when ETs are about to have this contact, at least the benevolent ones, they first contact individuals who can be receptive to the energies, anchor the information necessary and in our world these people are the channelers. It is also a fact that a lot of information being produced as ET channeled information is either a plain hoax, disinformation or not so accurate. That is why I recommend people read Barbara Marciniak’s ‘Bringers of the Dawn’ or ‘Self Empowerment’ or Bashar’s book, ‘Blueprint for Change’, or Patricia Cori’s ‘Sirian Revelations’ to get people started in the right direction and tune their discernment tools. Bashar has also recommended the book ‘Cosmic Voyage’; which was done by a remote viewer and he says it is about 95% accurate and includes a lot of information on things happening in our solar system.

There are stories about the first explorers in North America about the time of Columbus and the large ships were not visible to the native Americans, only the small canoes. Interesting how the human mind works and blocks out what we are not ready to see! Thus, why some people see UFO’s and others don’t. The idea of  extra-terrestrial information is to raise the consciousness of the public by giving self-empowering information that will allow us at the right time to interact from a position more approximating equals. We possess amazing DNA from 22 extra-terrestrial civilizations and when our 12 strands of DNA are activated we are second to none! Some of these strands do not exist in 3D but  higher dimensional; although there have been newborns discovered with three strands of DNA connected.

Talk is cheap; so what is some of this amazing information being channeled by ETs to help us? For one, for thousands of years we have been trained to believe that everything around us is happening at random and we are powerless individuals. The good ET information is liberating; as it tells us that everything is happening synchronistically and we have unlimited power. It is the concept of FEAR that keeps us from attaining this power; as when you conquer fear you conquer Self Empowerment. Mr. FEAR has his foot on the toolbox marked YOUR PERSONAL POWER! As the saying goes, ” Your Power ends where your fear begins.” And instead of believing that the outer experience is derived from some set of random possibilities, we are taught that it is our THOUGHTS, DEFINITIONS, BELIEFS and EMOTIONS that create our outer experience 100%. Interesting to note that quantum physics has also come to this conclusion. I refer the reader to ‘Quantum Physics And You’ at this web blog.  Possibly more importantly we have evolved for thousands of years in a state of VICTIM HOOD. We have been taught to judge, blame, complain, and justify our circumstances; which are all descriptors of someone in victim hood consciousness. Where in any teaching in any textbook at a college has the concept that we create our outer experience taught? Possibly ‘A Course in Miracles’ or similar small classes; but not on a mass scale. And it is only by acknowledging responsibility for our outer circumstances that we have access to the Power to change it. Because if we created it we can change it. This is particularly an important idea when it comes to the collective power of all the people on the planet.  Probably the most amazing bit of information from extra-terrestrials is the concept that OUTER CIRCUMSTANCES DON’T COME WITH BUILT IN MEANING! Outer circumstances are like props at a theater and used for a variety of meanings. And further, THE MEANING WE GIVE TO OUTER CIRCUMSTANCES DETERMINES THE EXPERIENCE WE GET FROM IT! Although again this is a new concept not taught to the public and found only originally from   extra-terrestrial sources , it is provable! Try the concept and prove it for yourself! When you place a positive spin emotionally on an outer circumstance you will end up having a positive experience and when you place a negative emotional spin on an outer circumstance you will have a negative experience.  Another amazing tool from ET information is the idea that the primary purpose of the rational mind is to PLACE A POSITIVE SPIN ON OUTER CIRCUMSTANCES.  And further that OUTER CIRCUMSTANCES DON’T MATTER ONLY OUR STATE OF BEING MATTERS! Because outer circumstances don’t create more circumstances, it is our frequency and beliefs that create the circumstances; as well as our reaction to them. The whole concept that THOUGHT CREATES is the major theme of extra-terrestrial channeled information. The main reason this has not become apparent to most humans is the delayed reaction between when we have thoughts and experience them in the outer world. As we approach NULL TIME this will become more and more obvious.

I notice the show ‘The Secret’ has become very popular; as the core concepts are true.  Personally, I find the focus more on monetary gain is a bit exaggerated; but then this is similar to Hatha Yoga which became popular in the West, when it is only a small part of the real Yoga, which is about creating a union of you with your Higher Self. We have also been given specific information about the 5 chakras that operate outside the physical body. It was only in the past few years that science finally proved the existence of the 7 chakras in the body! And frankly, mainstream information, is not remotely interested in assisting the populace to move up the chakra system! It is more focused on control than liberation! I have been told that only 6% of the known knowledge on any given subject is available to the public. That would include universities! Even the technologies in the computer field we know about see information double every two years and every year and a half in science. What do you think the rate is for the computers you don’t know about that are hundreds times more powerful that have been in operations for decades!

While the masses and most broadcasters can focus on the existence or disclosure issues concerning extra-terrestrials  for those that have the eyes to see, we are being given the tools to come to grips with a huge leap in the evolution of the human being that is just around the corner! Although each of us is on a unique path to enlightenment there are some common threads similar to all. Square one is the planting of the seed. This is actually what the real meaning of a baptism is supposed to be. It is the REALIZATION that there are higher levels of consciousness and we all have the possibility of not only experiencing these states; but also attaining them. This forms the basis of a Self-search or quest for enlightenment.  Once the seed is planted we grow at the rate we grow. Usually, most people will also realize that they cannot afford the waste of energy to get caught up in anger all the time. You can lose the energy you need for higher awareness on a daily basis in five minutes of anger. In the early days I used to keep a log of when I got angry and was actually surprised at how frequent this was. In time you realize that you have full control over this. When you get lost in anger, you actually think you are the angry thoughts. Just by observing the process you take away some of the power. This is because you have the capacity to be aware of your thoughts and thus build a center of calm and peace.  Most spiritual people also develop some kind of meditation practice.  Mantras such as Hari Om and Om Shanti serve to hook you into an astral community. It is also true that just like a tuning fork, higher pitch or tone wipes out the lowest frequencies. Also when two people meditate together the higher and lower will merge and both will vibrate at the median frequency. This can come in a variety of ways and techniques but it also is the start of developing some kind of discipline. By doing a spiritual routine you clearly set the stage for this being the priority in your life. Many seek a teacher or guru. The term guru is widely misunderstood in the West. There are actually two kinds of gurus, an Upa guru who points the way and a Sat guru who is the way. Of course there are many charlatans out there professing to be the latter. However, as Ram Dass used to say, it is your sincerity and a certain falling away of worldliness that attracts you to legitimate sources. There is an old saying, “If a pickpocket meets a Saint he only sees his pockets!”

Since most people start out having a job of one kind or another, learning to deal with keeping your peace, integrity and some knowledge of Karma Yoga comes in handy. Karma Yoga is basically learning to arrive at some balance with respect to seeing work as service while not allowing yourself to be abused. As Swami Satchidananda used to say, ” If you don’t charge enough for your services you are neither a good business person nor a Yogi. A good business deal leaves both parties feeling good about the bargain.” Karma Yoga also relates to the idea that ‘As You Sow So Shall You Reap’ or what you put out you get back. I have always found it amazing that some people have a hard time thinking this is true, when in Physics it is a well established fact that ‘for every action there is an equal and opposite reaction’. This is also true of your thoughts, for it is a type of energy as well.

As time goes on we realize that we are a microcosm of the whole. In fact we have the capacity to have awareness of the whole, awareness as an individual or both simultaneously. Usually, there is some recognition of the Dark Side which usually begins as a labeling or judging. Later it gets integrated in the whole as developing spirituality is integrative and not segregative. There is a realization that we are what we experience. In the last thirty years or so through channeled extra-terrestrial messages, we have become aware that it is our thoughts, beliefs, definitions and emotions that create our outer experience. There is also a realization that blame, complaint and justification of circumstances are reflective of victim hood consciousness. As we take more responsibility for our experiences we start to get back our power and start dealing with fear. When you conquer fear you conquer self empowerment. Initially we are conditioned to believe that things happen at random and we are helpless, powerless humans who need protection. In reality we are Spiritual Beings having a human incarnation and have total power over our outer experiences and only need protection from our own thoughts and beliefs. It turns out that when you take 100% responsibility for your outer experience, there is then no one to blame; as ironically you realize that you attract or create it all. This is also a necessary step to moving up to the next dimension. The other key component being a letting go of attachments in the past which anchors our frequency in 3D. In other words, forgive others and let go of the emotional baggage. It also allows you to live in the present instead of being stuck in the past.

You also then realize that it is your FREQUENCY that is of utmost importance; so fostering unconditional love, gratitude and compassion will also be reflected in your outer experience. As Bashar would say, ” Outer circumstances do not matter, only state of being matters.” It has also been proven scientifically, that the brain in the heart emits a frequency 5,000 times stronger than the brain in the head. It can even be measured by magnonometers and extends about 10 feet from the physical body. It is your frequency that interfaces with the morphogenetic field which determines what you experience in the outer world. There really is no empirical Reality. Reality is the experience, although there is the idea of a consensus reality. There is also the idea that we all view outer events the same. This is totally false ; as just like the props at a theater can be used in different plays outer circumstances or events do not come with built in meaning. The meaning you give to an event determines the experience for you. Events are like a coin and there are always two sides or else there is no event.  You come to the realization that the primary duty of the rational mind is to place a positive spin on outer circumstances.  I always challenge my listeners or readers to keep a log of when you place a positive emotional spin on an outer circumstance and then in time view and log your eventual experience to prove to yourself that this is true. Discernment is valuable but judgment is never valuable. As a rule I define  judgment as the invalidation of some person or organization etc. When you invalidate you bind yourself to that frequency, and ironically you actually reinforce the negative energy you claim you are against. Going against the negative is not the optimum strategy. Going in a new positive direction is the optimum strategy. And the biblical saying, ‘Judge not lest ye be judged’ does not mean you will be judged from the outside, as by the act of judging you do this yourself.

When you leave this dimension and look back, what you left WAS YOU. Learn to love the world unconditionally and thus learn to love yourself unconditionally. Bashar has said that there are only two objective facts. First, that the universe was created with unconditional love and second that we all have awareness. One of the most interesting questions I have ever heard was by a group of extra-terrestrials asking a group of humans “Who is asking the question?”. They had to be told the answer, which was “our awareness”. The proof that we are unconditionally loved by Prime Creator, God, Cosmic Consciousness or whatever label you wish to use to define the infinite is that we are 100% supported in our beliefs. If you don’t like something in your experience it is not there to punish you it is there to show you what you believe; as left unacknowledged you would remain unaware.

In conjunction with the above I believe there are some basic health considerations and techniques that can be highly valuable. I refer the reader to previous posts regarding ‘Keeping You and Your Kids Healthy’ for suggestions about building a foundation for health and the proper mental beliefs.  I believe everyone is attracted to certain techniques that at that time are the most powerful for them. Similar to the types of reading material you are attracted to.  The most powerful techniques I have ever used are the ‘Who Am I’ as taught by Sri Ramana Maharshi, the’ Pleiadian Pillar of Light and Spinning’, the ‘XYZ Extra-terrestrial meditation’ taught by Bashar, ‘The Hari Om mantra’ as taught by Sri Swami Satchidananda and the ‘Merkaba Meditation’ .
