I have written an article called ‘Bashar’s Big Four’; but the concept that you don’t have a belief you don’t prefer would stand up to those points. They are: the world is a reflection of your beliefs, definitions, intentions and emotions, outer circumstances do not come with built in meaning, the emotional spin you put on outer circumstances creates the experience of the situation and that outer circumstances don’t matter, only state of being matters.

In quick review of ‘Bashar’s Big Four’, quantum physics has supported Bashar’s teachings in all areas. First, the newest in theories states that the entire universe functions as one giant ‘Holographic Computer’ which operates via consciousness and ‘Belief’ is the language of recognition. In simplified terms, what you believe is. Also, outer circumstances do not come with built in meaning, even though the population at large thinks so. A point easily proven. Two people experiencing the same event will have a different experience based on what they choose to focus on and the spin they put on it. The third point about creating a positive experience follows the formula: positive spin in positive experience out, negative spin in, then a negative experience will be the result. And lastly, the neural frequency of the brain in the heart has been shown to be 5,000 times more powerful than the brain and emits a measurable frequency extending from the physical body. Thus, it is your emotional state or state of being that is more important than an outer circumstance as it is this frequency that interacts with the morphogenetic field and creates your version of ‘Reality’. Of course there again we have the idea of objective reality; which is also a false illusion. Reality is the experience and is experienced differently by each of us.

We also learn from Bashar that victim hood is characterized by expressing the emotions of complaint, blame and justification of circumstances. When you express these sentiments, you immediately create yourself as a victim. Not to be confused with ascertaining the truth or using discernment.  It is when judgment of a circumstance or individual leads to invalidation that we cross the line.  The masses also have the idea that they are disconnected with their negative beliefs. Let’s take the 2012 doom and gloomers for example. If you believe in a 2012 catastrophic scenario, then at some deeper level, that is what you prefer. It takes some inner work to analyze these deep seeded beliefs. There is no way you would have such a belief unless it was preferable to some perceived alternative scenario. Many times it is just fear of the unknown or fear of another scenario that is perceived by the ego as a greater threat.

The fact, scientifically proven, is that there are an infinite number of possible reality scenarios and they are all being played out. When you change your inner beliefs and quit buying into somebody else’s negativity you actually shift yourself to a new frequency. You think others have changed, but because you have changed you find yourself surrounded by different versions of the same people with different beliefs similar to yours.  If you take any subject, you will find that the experience you have of it will be reflected in your belief. Negative beliefs are based in fear and are not in alignment with your Higher Self. They are based in faulty reasoning and are always in conflict with ‘The Ultimate Truths of Reality’ as expounded at the College of Christ Consciousness website. These are the fundamental rules that apply to how we function in 3D.

Most people are aware of the Placebo Effect, where taking a sugar pill actually performs equally to the actual pill. Why does this work? Because you believe it does. If you expand this idea to everything you experience, you will get the gist of how this works. It is exactly as if we live inside a virtual reality computer and what we believe we experience. We cannot experience what we are not the vibration of. It is the vibration that creates the experience. It is not seeing is believing, it is believing is seeing. Sometimes we have the experience of having a belief and when we find evidence of this in the outer world, we think it is proof that the belief is true. But, what we sometimes are not aware of is that it is the inner belief that created the initial experience. Change the belief and you can change the experience. You cannot perceive what you do not ‘Contain’ inwardly. And if you have an idea or concept, you have the ability to experience that concept. Thus, once you have the idea of enlightenment, you have the capacity or possibility to attain it. That is called the planting of the seed. The original idea of what a baptism is supposed to be. It is the moment you become aware of the possibility of becoming one with and attaining a higher level of consciousness. Once all of the above points become ingrained, you realize that you are 100% responsible for your experience. So, you can quit blaming everybody else for what is happening to you and unload all that past emotional garbage.

How much of people’s time and energy is spent dwelling on a negative past that ironically they created in the first place? And as the original premise of this article states, you don’t have a belief you don’t prefer. Why do you prefer to have such beliefs? Oh, I forgot, it is much easier to blame somebody else and create yourself as a victim. The same holds true at the global level  We collectively create the experience around us. There is ‘No They’. We ‘Are They’. You don’t get Peace by hating war, you get Peace by loving Peace. If enough people focus on what they want instead of what they don’t want, it is created in the outer experience.

In practical terms your expectations, intentions, emotions and beliefs will create your experience of 2012. I say it is ‘The best year Ever’. We are at a point in the evolution of humanity that has never been seen before. We are about to take a leap from the cacoon to becoming butterflies.  ‘Keep your Peace’; as Swami Satchidananda would say. Don’t get lost in fear. Fear can be your friend. Like a key on the piano that is out of tune. Oh joy another fear! An opportunity to fine tune yourself. And keep in mind that Mr. Fear has his foot on the tool box marked ‘Your Personal Empowerment’. And personal empowerment is connected to taking response-ability for your outer experience; because it is your point of power. If you created it, you have the power to fix it. If somebody else created it, you are the victim.If you choose to live in Joy, then visualize in your mind how someone would act in the situation from the perspective of Joy and then mimic the behavior in the real world. You can be Happy just because you want to, not because you hit the lottery or some other outer events.

Further with regard to Ascension, it is my opinion that for simplified purposes there are 12 different time lines associated with the scenario you will experience. They are connected to the 12 chakras (seven in the body and five outside the body), the 12 strands of DNA and your Intentions. We will each end up having the experience that our Higher Self wants us to have. Because don’t forget we are our Higher Selves. The Higher Self splits off a portion of itself that incarnates in what we perceive as this life time. We are Spiritual Beings having an Earth incarnation. The Higher Self exists just outside the time/space continuum. Somewhere after the fall of Atlantis we generally lost our connection or awareness of the Higher Self. It completes our persona of Higher Self, brain and rational mind. The Higher Self being the conceiver of ideas, the brain the receiver and the mind the perceiver.

Sorry, most of my analogies of belief refer to changing the negative beliefs. However, please refer to the article at this website called ‘Positive Beliefs to Embrace’. Just like there is no positive reason to put a negative spin on an outer event, there is no positive reason to expouse a negative belief. Two important factors in moving up to the next dimension are to take responsibility for your outer experience and let go of the past. This means to use compassion and forgiveness to negative emotions associated with others. Ironically, although of your own creation, they bind you to 3D. Keep in mind that the emotions of Compassion, Gratitude and Unconditional Love are the anti-dote to disease. They are High Frequencies. Fear and disease are Low Frequencies.

By placing positive spin on an outer event we are doing Reality Creation. We also do it by fine tuning our beliefs; which will eventually manifest. Of course instantaneous manifestation is also a possibility. But, maybe we better do our house cleaning first. Imagine if every thought you had manifested instantaneously! I have been told that focused attention to a thought for only 16 seconds begins to bring that reality to your experience. Remember, we don’t pray to create a reality; as it already exists. We pray to see that it already exists! There is something magical in the emotions associated with the concept that an event has ‘Already Happened’. We actually bounce those emotions off the Universal Intelligence Field and the shadow effect is the appearance of the event in our dimension. Because of the Law of Attraction the frequency or vibration will manifest. It has to according to the Law that ‘What you put out you get back’. For physical proof of this concept I refer the reader to Gregg Braden ‘Healing Cancer’; where this principle is used to cure a person of a cancerous tumor in less than three minutes on ‘You Tube’. The trick is that the patient is not going to be healed, that is an unknown point in the future. By having the idea of already been healed, it places the frequency in the NOW!!

After listening to a recent radio show ,where the guest speaker unequivocally stated that time travel was not possible,  has inspired me to write this article stating unequivocally that it is. I do give credit to the speaker for articulating the concept as similar to the human body and even celestial bodies, degenerating and then being reborn. This has the implication that the energy of the past is now taking form in the energy of the present with the consequence that the energy of the past does not exist anymore.  However, let us be clear about this subject. Space/time is one thing. Traveling in space is traveling in time and traveling in time is traveling in space. Further, from the perspective of the Higher Self all time is simultaneous, thus the energy of the past and the present exist from that point of view at the SAME TIME. Thus, making null and void the speaker’s argument. Everything is one thing and happening simultaneously, it is our perspective that changes. The only aspect of the speaker’s argument that has validity is that any changes made by going back in time do not occur in that time line;  but in a parallel one.

The most important function of time travel is actually the practice of going back to reprogram an old experience that you wish to re-program or wish to forgive others. It is connected to the idea that all disease is related to emotional dysfunction. When you go back in time in your mind and do these procedures, you then live in a time line with a different history.I recently heard Drunvalo Mechelzidek mention that he is involved with a scientist in Sedona who is working on a device which resonates with the heart and identifies areas of needed forgiveness. Once this is done the outer manifestations of disease vanish. This technology is supposed to be available by mid 2012. Apparently, it even has the capacity to identify areas of forgiveness that are not remembered by the patient!

A related point is that when you live in the  moment you will actually experience less time. Only the waiting for something else creates the time that happens in between. So if you are looking for another secret to looking younger, this is it.

Understanding time travel necessitates comprehension of the ‘Grandfather Paradox’. I quote from the master Bashar, “Yes, space/time is one thing. Traveling in space is traveling in time; traveling in time is traveling in space. It is one thing. However, recognize that everything will still fit in place, even from the apparent linear point of view. So any apparent changes that may appear to take  place within any previous time track you came from will actually not be taking place in that literal time track, but in one parallel to it. ” So exactly what do you experience? “The effect is basically the same. In other words, you could step into your craft and go back in time. If you are assuming that you wish to change the way something happened, then to make that change, you can go back to the exact same time track where you left off. There will be no apparent change, because that’s not what happened in your current time track, but the change can be made  there, forming an alternate time track by definition. The change, so to speak, is not a change. It is part of the normal history of a parallel time track. So if you wish to see the effect of the so-called change, you must go to the future or go back to the present of the parallel time track, where you made the change.”

“You have time track A, time track B. Time track A is your time track, let us say, your history. Time track B is another history altogether. Everything is occurring simultaneously. Let us say time track A and time track B are very similar. The idea, leaving this point in your time track A, is that if you go back to the supposed past, you are actually going into the idea of another time track, and being a part of its history in a natural progressive way. Now you cannot actually literally change your own past in the same linear coordinate system. When you “change your past”, you are simply shifting gears into another time that contains that ability to change, so you will have the experience of that change in your new present. You cannot change history. More correctly, you alter yourself to another history that is appropriately representative of the change you desired to make. The same applies to the future.”

It is interesting to note that the Montauk Project and Philadelphia experiment (created a crude time machine), which utilized some of Nikola Tesla’s inventions and utilization of unified field theory, eventually led many scientists to conclude, as Bashar states, that we can’t change the past and every time they go back and try to do so, they just create parallel time lines. Al Biliek, incidentally, was one of the crew members of the Navy ship that was lost for days and reappeared in Virginia and he attends public workshops and gives testimony. Preston Nichols also has very interesting ideas, concepts, and technology related to the time travel subject.

According to Bashar the mechanism of allowing time travel is facilitated by creating an isolation field. “It is  microwave energy effect that is an alteration of light, stepped up many magnitudes above what you typically think of as an electrical discharge. It is dispersed through the hull of the craft, through various devices after the light is stepped up by other various devices–one of which we call the flash matrix-which incorporates many different elements. The isolation field is a microwave effect. Microwave generation at that high rate of speed will disconnect any object within the bubble from the universe in which it existed. This because you match the vibrational frequency of the speed of light itself in a very highly condensed way, the speed of light being the barrier limit that represents physical dimensionality. ” Bashar

“When you create around your craft a wall or a shell made of light, the very substance of the physical universe, then within that shell you have created a bubble, a hole, in that universe. You are redirecting light, out of which everything is made  around you rather than through you. You are now sustained by the primal template universe, which exists on a completely different frequency far above and beyond the frequency of light. Therefore, in that universe you literally are everything at once. So you can be anywhere and anywhen you want to be.” Bashar

A practical application of the concept of time travel is what we are currently experiencing on Earth. Several extra-terrestrial races including the Pleiadians, Sirians, and Andromedans have identified a ‘Tyranny’ from the future in  our current time frame; which caused major problems in the universe. They have come back to this time to ‘Fix’ the situation. So, you see we are living in an alternate time line as well. If it was not for ETs coming back to fix this mess, we would be living out all the catastrophies. In another time line the P-K 52’s (52,000 years in our future) and P-K 45’s (45,000 years in our future) are from two groups that survived the catastrophies on Earth from underground bases and on the surface respectively. Both groups eventually settled in off world locations.  These are the groups mentioned in the Dan Burisch material at Project Camelot that survive the Earth Changes. Of course they do not mention a third group which will ascend with the Earth into the next dimension! ‘The Powers That Be’ are not going to mention any possibilities that are not based in fear. And since ‘they’ are not going to ascend and know about future catastrophies from alien technology, their preparations are immense and on a grand scale.

I will surmise that it is from solar heat that was the source of the first of a wave of catastrophies and why the military has underground bases of great magnitude. This is also world wide. The point being that any on the present Earth will have the opportunity to choose to evolve or ascend to the next dimension and avoid these calamities.; but must be willing and able to adjust to the new higher frequencies. Of course those choosing to remain in the 3D version of Earth will face the resulting consequences. Thus, the integration of the concept of time travel to our current predicament.

It is your intention and emotional spin on these events that will create your experience. There is nothing to fear; as you will end up where you are supposed to be according to your Higher Self and your state of evolution. You could just die, or die and ascend or just ascend without dying. The best advice I can give is to keep your peace, do not get involved in anger or depression. All of these emotional states will be highly magnified during these times.  And good old George Green in his latest book ‘Messages to the Ground Crew’ might be correct with his philosophy of too little too late and basically telling us the only thing we can do is band together in self sufficient communities to survive. However, the most advanced on the planet will ascend and not need to survive the calamities.

My suggestion is that a few weeks of stored food, a four wheel drive vehicle, a water purifier, camping/cooking gear, batteries, some stored pure water is always useful; but over-doing it, like so many ‘Preppers’ will only attract you to that reality through fear, rather than a common sense approach. Thus, you can be more flexible in dealing with power outages, weather disruptions etc. and experience emergencies with a smoother transition. One thing seems clear to me, and that is nobody is smart enough to figure this all out. Getting more in touch with your own Higher Self, who can see the road ahead is the best policy. Learn to rely on yourself and not the fear of others.

There are many extra-terrestrials that are leveling the playing field with regard to the negative ETs that have kept Earth a prison planet for thousands of years. They did not come back here to waste their time.  When you look back on these times it will be about what you chose to focus on and what emotional  spin you choose to place on these events that will determine your experience of it. Remember, outer circumstances do not come with built in meaning. It is the meaning we choose to give to external circumstances that is important; as it actually creates the reality. There is no objective reality. Reality is the experience. There can be no event without two sides.

The most effective tools for reality creation or manifestation at the 3D level, in my opinion, has been given by Bashar. (Essassani channeled by Darryl Anka)  If you Google Search ‘Essential Teachings of Bashar’, you will find that in simple terms the process is: See It, Feel It, Be it and Let go. At that site will give specifics of creating the antenna to receive the version of reality you intend. Much like the process of selecting a television station from all those that are being broadcast simultaneously. The idea being that there are an infinite number of possible realities, all happening at the same time and providing a process to tune or resonate with the frequency of preference. Bashar also recommends, in one of his videos, to spend a period of 15 minutes doing the process (only takes 15 minutes to rewire the brain)  and then letting go to the Higher Self; which knows ‘How’ to manifest and can also arrange the timing. Sometimes the Higher Self wants us to have certain appreciations before certain other experiences come about or as Sri Swami Satchidananda used to say ‘Plan pending God’s approval’.

After studying this topic for many years, I like to break down the manifesting or reality creation into two distinct parts. First is putting a positive spin on outer circumstances. This is a new concept for our times and I can only find it in Bashar teachings. He states that outer circumstances do not come with built in meaning. It is the emotional spin we give to the circumstance that creates our experience of it. On my BBS worldwide radio show, ET Yoga, I used to challenge my audiences frequently to try this technique and then log the results. Sometimes it takes awhile to see that it works. I used to say, wait until a circumstance comes along that you think is a real bummer and then say to yourself with emotion that something good will come of this. Even though, I can’t see anything positive, I just can’t wait to find out what it is. If you practice this long enough, to get the gist of it, and you will be utterly amazed! It actually does work! Bashar goes on further to say that the primary responsibility of the rational mind is to put positive spin on outer circumstances; because the rational mind does not have the capacity to know ‘How’ things work. That is the domain of the Higher Self; which he says is the originator of ‘All Creative Thought’. It can see the road ahead from its higher perspective.

The complete persona is therefore, Higher Self, as the conceiver of ideas, the brain as the receiver of ideas and the rational mind as the perceiver of ideas. There is no objective reality. Reality is the experience, although there is the notion of a consensus reality. The world you experience is the one you ironically create through belief, intention, emotion and definitions. The simple fact is that even in quantum physics they have finally discovered that ‘What you Believe Is’. For practical purposes the world we live in operates exactly like a giant holographic universal computer or ‘Matrix’. The operating system of the Universal Computer is consciousness and the language of recognition is ‘Belief’. Therefore ‘What you Believe Is’. For those who scoff at this idea, I refer you to the concept of Placebo Effect. People are cured of disease issues by a pill that objectively has absolutely no redeeming value. Why? Because we ‘Believe it’. See at this website the entire article on ‘The Power of Belief’.

Further substantiating this theory about ‘Belief’ are the Mystery School Teachings at the College of Christ Consciousness. You can Google search this and find the 21 ‘Ultimate Truths of Reality’. It is a channeling from Mother Mary by Jeanne Hatch; which deals with what Mary Magdalene and Jesus really taught.  It is about how life operates in 3D and it is all based in’ Belief’. They did not start any churches you know. One of my ET Yoga radio shows also gives a detailed comparison of teachings by the Pleiadians and Essassani compared to these ancient teachings of over 2,000 years ago.  The Bashar information comes from 2,700 years in our future and thus the information spans thousands of years, yet they are almost identical!! Pretty good company to have a screw loose with! (archived BBS radio shows are available on a CD at www.etyoga.com)

If you would like some physical proof of how important ‘Belief’, ‘Intention’ and ‘Thought’ are, I suggest you research ‘The Power of Water’ by Masuro Emoto. He has shown, and you can see the pictures on the internet, that thought and emotion change the molecular structure of water! That water is a perfect reflection of consciousness. An even more impressive proof comes from the You Tube video by Gregg Braden showing three Asian healing practitioners making a cancer tumor disappear in less than three minutes!!! The concept being that ‘Heart emotion’ that connects with the Universal Intelligence Field and feeling that the event of healing has ‘Already Happened’ creates its manifestation in our reality. A perfect example that the Universe gives us not what we want, but the frequency ‘We Are’. It is an example of the Law of Attraction. What you put out you get back. To Western Science this is a miracle. But as Braden points out, what seems a miracle one day can become a technology the next, with proper understanding. The world you experience is a perfect mirror of your beliefs, intentions, emotions and definitions. Ironically, that which you complain about, you created.

This brings us to the second subsection of Reality Creation; which is the conscious and deliberate creation of a desired effect. Mind you, even putting positive spin is a form of this; as it attracts  you to experience or has the potential for you to experience a new reality. In a a sense a form of magic. Because what is true  magic, except the conjuring or the making of an experience by choice. And you always have a choice, because just like a coin has to have two sides; so does an experience. People have been taught that a certain event is ‘bad’; but it is not true. All people do not experience events the same no more than they would experience the same food the same way.

Once you understand the above, you realize that we must take 100% responsibility for our outer circumstances both individually and collectively. Because, what we ‘Believe’ collectively is what we will experience. That is also why the PTB try to manipulate and put their spin on the news and everything else they want us to believe. It effects the global consciousness. They would prefer to keep humanity in a constant state of fear. Fear is an illusion. All fear is about channeling energy that is not is alignment with your Higher Self. Energy that is channeled in alignment with your Higher Self is expressed as peace, joy, excitement,  compassion and unconditional love. Fear is of a lower vibratory level. In fact we live in a hall of mirrors.

Two other incredible statements by Bashar about ‘Belief’ is first, that we do not have a belief that we don’t prefer and you cannot experience what you are not the vibration of. This means that on some level you prefer to have the beliefs you do, because they are preferable to either the unknown or some other perceived possibility. It  also means that you are invisible  to energies that are not of your vibration. All the talk about protecting you, or giving up freedoms for security is hogwash. The only thing you need protection from is your ‘Own Beliefs’. And even if something outside yourself could protect you from some danger, don’t worry, it won’t be long before your own ideas of Victim Hood find another way to harm you.

The energies of complaint, justification and blame are the energies of ‘Victim Hood’. Whenever you begin to be in this energy, catch yourself and ‘Wake Up’. The fact is that almost everybody on this Planet has issues of ‘Victim Hood’ to sort out. During this first phase of reality creation, it is important to do your inner homework and reprogram those beliefs that no longer serve you.

Now to move on to the specifics of the second category of reality creation or conscious creation. It is important to not be anti anything. You only perpetuate the energy of that which you are against. You need to create a new positive. Your ability to heal yourself, transmute energy or heal others and the ability to do spontaneous and instantaneous manifestation will depend on your consciousness or level of vibration. Once you have three strands of DNA connected or 6 of the 12 that have the potential to be activated, you are above the level of disease. Check out ‘The Children of Aids and the Super Psychic Kids of China’ and you will see proof of this. These special kids and now even some adults, who are learning through the 100th Monkey Effect, have four codons of DNA activated that the average person does not, resulting in them being totally immune to disease.

The Earth and humanity is experiencing the beginning stages of the Ascension process. In case you didn’t see it in the mainstream media the Schumann frequency of the Earth used to be 7.83 Hz. It is now about 13Hz. At about 14 Hz. this planet will be in a new dimension. And it is also possible that multiple dimensions can be experienced while still on the Earth or on the New Earth. When you operate at this frequency instantaneous manifestation is possible. The best known training I know of for this is at the ‘Children of the Sun’ website and is called ‘I Am Avatar Yoga’. Similar to the resonance frequency of those who healed cancer in the Braden video,  the techniques taught here create a resonance with your Higher Self, your Soul and the Great Central Sun at the center of the Galaxy; which is the ‘Magnetic PowerHouse of the Universe.’ Scientists have discovered, if you do some research, that there is a new energy ‘Wave’ headed for Earth from the Center of the Galaxy. Andromedan contactee, Alex Collier, has said that this new wave is bringing all the dimensions up one level. Even our scientists are speculating that it will change the density of Earth, and create worm holes or Star Gates.

Humans have the capacity and were created to have 12 strands of DNA activated; which correspond to the 12 chakras. Yes, 12. Seven inside the body and 5 outside the body. Our DNA was manipulated a long time ago to function with only 2 strands. This is all changing; as many are now morphing from a carbon based body to a crystaline one of Light. Abilities of telepathy and instantaneous manifestation are just around the corner. Being the ‘Eye of the Storm’ is the attitude for advanced spiritual people during these chaotic times and especially during the year 2012. As previously recommended at this site, putting a positive spin on 2012 and expecting good things to happen is essential for a positive experience. Many people are concerned about a ’safe’  place; but the fact is that you can be just fine anywhere. It’s more about who you are and the frequency you project than where you are. Of course the paradox is that if you are supposed to move, you will. Following your excitement as a compass for activity, intending to be safe in all things you do and intending to always be in the right place at the right time are very useful tools. If you really grasp the main concepts presented at this web blog you can understand that outer circumstances do not come with built in meaning. It is the emotional spin and meaning you give outer events that determines your experience. There is no such thing as an event without a silver lining, just as there are two sides to a coin. You can’t have an event without two sides and therefore choice. I believe 2012 could be the greatest year in the history of man! It has the potential for a huge leap in human consciousness resulting in millions of people achieving a state of Samadhi or oneness with their Higher Self.

It is your Beliefs, Definitions, Emotions, Intentions that create your experience of 3D. Your experiences are a perfect mirror image of your Beliefs. They are not happening to punish you; but to show you what you Believe. Bashar has also said that you do not have a Belief that you do not prefer. This means it is preferable to the unknown or some other assumed experience that is viewed as  less desirable. Many of our Beliefs were downloaded from our initial caregivers. It is the responsibility of a maturing adult to thank our parents for all the positives they gave us; but also to discard those ideas that do not serve us. The Andromedans would say that it is very important to understand why you believe what you do; as well as get a handle on what you do believe. In all truth life is like a hall of mirrors, where Fear is an illusion. There is never objective truth in Fear; as it is an energy that is not in alignment with Truth or your Higher Self. For what is Fear except a Belief that the outer circumstance is more powerful than you. You are the Creator of your personal experience.

Let’s elaborate a bit about the above concepts and connect it to scientific fact. By placing a positive spin on 2012, in effect what you are doing is connecting yourself to that frequency. It is like you are driving your car to a toll gate and after the gate are eight roads all leading to different destinations. These roads represent different time-lines. You tune yourself to time-lines just like choosing which television station you want to see among the hundreds being broadcast. All possibilities exist simultaneously. As Bashar, Essassani, has said, “You will only get the program you tune your channel to. This is exactly how physical reality is holographically structured. Whatever vibrational realm you exist on, whatever state of vibrational being you choose to be, is the reality you get. What you put out is what you get back. Simple physics. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

More Bashar, “Simple physics, that’s all this is. It’s about creating the appropriate state that you prefer in your own being, and allowing reality in a sense to reflect back to you the shift you have made in yourself. But you must understand that the opposite is also true. You cannot perceive what you are not the vibration of. If you tune your television set, to use this analogy further, to what you call your channel 2, you will not receive the program on channel 4. You have to tune your set to channel 4 to get that program. Likewise, based on the reality you say you prefer, if you do not allow yourself in your definitions, in your emotions, in your thoughts and actions and behaviors, in life, to exemplify the vibratory reality that you say you prefer to live in, then you will not be actually capable of perceiving any opportunities that could actually allow you to synchronistically get yourself, shift yourself to that reality. Remember what you are not the vibration of remains invisible to you. ” The basic idea that connects here is that it is your beliefs, definitions, emotions and actions that determines your experience of reality; because they reflect back to you like a mirror.

To break this down to the simplified version of one phrase, ‘What you believe is!!!’ The entire universe functions as a giant holographic computer simulation. The operating function of the Universal Computer is Consciousness and the language of recognition is Belief. In other words, the computer manifests what you believe and at a global level it manifests what frequency we collectively believe. Of course higher consciousness has more power; as it is an integrative energy rather than negative thinking; which is isolated energy. A few thousand focused spiritual people can counter balance millions of negative thinkers. If you want to know the specifics of exactly how Belief operates at the 3D level, I suggest you go to the College of Christ Consciousness website and see the list. This material was channeled from Mother Mary by Jeanne Hatch and reflects the true teachings of Jesus and Mary Magdalene. It was kept in the Mystery Schools until just a few years ago. You will note that it has nothing to do with churches or religion. Christianity being the invention of Constantine back in Rome around 300 A.D. for the purpose of controlling the population and keeping them in fear, with aid from the Alpha Draconians.

Channeled information from the Pleiadians in the Barbara Marciniak material says, “Beliefs are essentially agreements about reality and both personal and collective beliefs form the structure and the parameters of your life experience in any area. Understanding the power of beliefs and the power of the mind both individually and en masse is the most pressing and crucial issue for humankind to grasp. Recognizing these two important keys of knowledge can open human consciousness to a new world view of unlimited possibilities and highly creative solutions. The overall world structure is a framework of agreements that you operate within, it is not the only version of the world. Your beliefs are an integral part of your personal energy field, in actuality they are a form of magic. Magic is the ability to conjure something into form and beliefs do the same, mass beliefs create mass conjurings!!!”

Placing the above into the context of what is happening on this planet, we can see how important it is for those in control to manipulate your thinking, your beliefs, your definitions, keep you in fear, teach your powerlessness in order to keep you within the confines of their desired vibration. The power behind the mask is not even human. They are Reptilian, and they have been in control of this planet for a long, long time. Most people don’t even know they exist. Many are becoming aware of those humans, or human looking, that are in positions of power and they are closely linked with the unseen forces. I should also refer the reader to “There Is No They, That’s The Secret They Don’t Want You To Know’ at this weblog. Just like you eat food for nourishment, they feed on fear. And fear is an illusion. Eventually you will see that it is a scientific fact that “You do not have, you cannot have an actual experiential reality except as is based upon the strongest thing you believe it can be, the strongest way you define your relationship to it and to yourself. All experiences in life are based upon in your physical reality, in your physical dimension, all experiences are based on the strongest definition you have bought into about that reality.” Bashar.  I also refer the reader to “The Power of Belief’ at this site.

If you are going to be in fear then you will attract a similar vibrational reality. I know people who will not give the Reptilians the satisfaction! Like the great Sri Swami Satchidananda once said, “Keep your Peace.You cannot be of service to yourself or others if you lose your peace”! And further, if more and more people create a new positive rather than go against the negative, we will create a new positive reality. When you go against the negative you only perpetuate the energy you say you wish to eliminate. Just like the Russian revolution was eventually replaced with a similar energy. Just like the war on drugs, the war on cancer, the war on terrorism can never be won; because it perpetuates that energy. This concept is never taught in school. Further, you don’t need to change everybody else’s beliefs, you need to change your beliefs; which then shifts you to a reality whereby others of like mind already exist! There are an infinite number of possible realities that exist simultaneously.

The primary strategy of the elite is to create the problem, wait for the reaction and then provide the solution. Usually the creation of the problem creates fear and the need for change and after the people desire a change they are presented with the answer; which usually means follow the desired remedy without question. Nobody says you have to ingest fluorides, eat bio-genetic food, eat meat, take harmful vaccines, pharmaceutical drugs etc. because the desire has been created through the media, advertising and through fear. Non compliance is clearly very effective. Just like when most people refused to take the swine flu vaccine.

Back to science. Science has shown that subatomic particles (waves) being studied by them, respond to, transmuted and appeared as particles (solid objects) based on the individual thought of the scientist who was studying it. In other words it was the scientist’s mode of THINKING that determined what it would be. And as linked to the above, your expectations determine the outer experience you are attracted to. This energy, these subatomic particles acted and responded in exact proportion to the thoughts and beliefs that the scientist who was studying them had at that moment. This discovery further  proved to the scientists that anything and everything that exists in our world once existed as a wave (spiritual) and through individual observation and expectation was transformed into a particle (made physical) based only on what they THOUGHT and BELIEVED it would appear as.

Now to take this even a step further, scientists discovered that when these subatomic particles were broken in half (separated) in a laboratory setting, have the ability to communicate with each other and that communication is received immediately from one to the other, with ‘Zero’ regard to space and time as we know it, regardless of  how far apart they may be. This totally blows away the old theory that nothing can travel faster than the speed of light!  Energy doesn’t need to travel….it’s already inter-connected with all other energy. This means that ‘Everything’ in the entire cosmos is nothing but a huge vibrating ball of interconnected infinite energy;which has the ability to communicate into infinity with no regard to space and time, and what this energy joins together to form is based only on individual THOUGHT. This relates to the concept of SUPERCONDUCTORS or monatomics. This discovery also connects with Bashar’s theory of Prime Radiant; where the entire universe is seen as one wave or particle that travels at infinite speed, with no mass, thus breaking no laws of physics. When it passes itself, it creates dimensions and also encoded geometrical patterns. And this from the INTENT of Prime Creator. Also, consistent with the theory that you can’t have an event without an observer. Prime Creator being the observer of creation. Two years ago this concept of Prime Radiant was not on any Google Search. Bashar presented this extra-terrestrial perspective on the physical nature of the universe and I presented it as well on the BBS radio show ET Yoga. Also being recognized by science is the concept that the entire creation has at its fundamental core the vibration of Unconditional Love. As Bashar would say, “There are only two objective facts. One is that we have consciousness and the other is that the Universe was created with Unconditional Love.”

And in the likeness of Prime Creator, we have the ability to have our own awareness or awareness of ALL THAT IS or both simultaneously. Further, your thoughts; which are also energy, and determined by your beliefs, are broadcast outwards into the infinite field of “wave” energy much like a radio frequency, transformed from waves (spiritual energy) to particles (matter) and join together with additional energies; which vibrate at a harmonious frequency and collectively join to shape what you come to see and experience in physical form in the physical world. YOUR physical world. Your You-niverse. You quite literally have the ability to mold and shape the various areas of your life based on how you choose to think, believe and feel! The idea here being, that when you realize that Belief creates Reality you start to use Belief more to Create Reality. This includes ‘Healing the Known and Unknown’. And why if you believe or choose to rely on the medical system you can; but you have a choice not to. The only thing you need protection from is Your Own Beliefs!!

The fact is that two children growing up, or two adults reflecting on their relationship can have totally different conceptions describing their version of reality depending on what they choose to focus on, the emotional spin placed on circumstances and what they choose to remember. This is also true for how humanity will experience the year 2012!

This is how our world was created to operate. Regardless of what you may currently believe to be true, you are not the victim of some capricious set of circumstances. You are quite literally the creator of your REALITY! You might want to check out Paramahansa Nithyananda’s short You-tube at Project Camelot; which gives his take on the year 2012. He explains that the gravitational power of the Earth is less and this makes us weigh less. Not much of a factor physically and hardly noticeable; but at the thought level the difference is immense. In simple terms, thoughts will manifest more quickly now. Many people will not be able to handle this new energy or frequency and will experience this as depression. (Coincidence -Great Depression!) By simply meditating, or as I prefer the Pillar of Light technique, taught at my website www.etyoga.com, you can connect with the spiritual energy being bombarded everywhere on the planet and for the first time in thousands of years have the opportunity to achieve Samadhi or Enlightenment. He believes, as I do, that millions of people will have this experience; because they choose this option, and acclimate to this peace as a choice  over depression.  While for some 2012 will be a hell, for others a heaven.

Another interesting scientific discovery concerns the neural frequency in the heart; which has been proven to be 5,000 times stronger than the frequency of the brain. Interesting to note that extra-terrestrial channeled information has said for years that it is the emotional frequency that is of paramount importance. Turns out that this emotional center in the heart emits a frequency about ten feet from the body that can be measured by magnometers. It is also this frequency that interfaces with the morphogenetic field and determines your reality. Rupert Sheldrake has pointed out, “Modern science has finally come to realize that at least 90% of the brain, that we supposedly never use, actually correspond to the role of the 90% of our DNA that was once called “junk DNA”; but is now understood as a communications interface between our physical brain and the universe at large.” According to Yogic teachings we have seven chakra or energy centers in the body (recently confirmed by science)  and ET channeling tells us we also have 5 chakras outside the body. These 12 chakras also correspond to the 12 strands of DNA that once fully activated create the human we were designed to be.

This also connects with Masuro Emoto’s discovery that water is a perfect reflection of consciousness and that intent, emotion and thought actually changes the molecular structure of water. His discoveries have also been supported by double blind experiments. So, clearly your emotional state also impacts your own water and in kind determines your frequency. I typically refer people, generally pessimists, to the Emoto material on the internet; because they can see with their own eyes the new shapes of the molecules that change; because of thought and emotion. Of course, they can still choose to disbelieve; as is their choice. You can imagine the positive impact of mantra meditation! We have already seen scientific proof of its effect in galvanic skin response.

From a practical application, the technique of meditation has also scientifically been proven to be effective in changing outer human behavior. I refer the reader to the Maharishi Effect; where if 1% of the population practices the technique of meditation it significantly lowers the crime rate.  The maximum decrease in violent crimes was 23.3%. Science, the Andromedans and people like Bill Wood, Preston Nichols, and others have recently referred to the Galactic Wave heading our way from the Center of the Galaxy. The positive energies being broadcast from the Center of the Galaxy are forcing the powers that be to create more and more desperate acts to create fear. This energy is also moving all the dimensions up one level. Interesting to note that fear of collapse of the world’s economy is leading the charge of global fear. Of course, this is also part of the create the problem, wait for the reaction, provide the solution strategy. The purposeful crumbling of the economy, to be followed by the desire to fix it and then the solution being a one world government and currency with the same people who created the problem ruling it.

I appreciate that for those so attached to money that it is their primary motivator in their actions and even relationships, this looks negative; but it is also interesting that Andromedan contactee, Alex Collier, has said that among 22 other similar societies on other planets, we are the only ones that still use money! It is based on the theory that you can’t solve problems at the same level that created it.

It would be my hope that when we move ahead after such an economic collapse that we don’t take the probable offer of the elite and devise our own ways of creating a vehicle for exchange of goods. In the long run this can be seen as a huge positive. And clearly, a lifestyle based on cooperation, self sufficiency and barter could offer humanity less possibility of war and less control without money as a means of control. We are seeing some signs of how people manage in Greece at this time. And at some future point a true world government might arise with individual freedoms and a charter of rights at it’s foundation. Also, of interest is the statement by the ‘Allies of Humanity’ that there are three pre-requisites  for freedom: self-sufficiency, unity and discretion. Self-sufficiency being self explanatory, unity meaning no wars among humans or countries and discretion meaning not babbling our every thought to the universe at large.

Also of interest regarding 2012 is that the ‘Good Guys’ will play the winning hand; as ascension approaches. If you research at Project Camelot back to the Dan Burisch material you will find that the Tau-9 Treaty for the ‘Preservation of Humanity’ is a meeting involving at least three extra-terrestrial groups who meet with the Illuminati, Majestic 12 and certain United Nations members who represent humanity every nine years. (According to Burisch, ” Little is known about this Treaty by most of the public. It is renewed every 9 years, 9 being a most sacred number to at least the Zetan factions that are signatories. The initial treaty was signed in 1958 and renewed in 1967 1976, 1985, 1994 and initial negotiations for the latest one began in 2003; but only completed in 2005. In fact, as of this writing, the 2005 Treaty Conference is still in post treaty negotiations and as such are still in play. Part of the reason may have to do with the COTM and its breakup into the original MJ-12 group and an illuminati group that represents another core faction of the former COTM.” (CotM-Committee of the Majority).

The extra-terrestrial groups are: Republic Society of Zetas, J-rods, Rogue Zetas and the Orion Talls.  The Republic Society of J-rods became the descendants of those who survived the ‘Catastrophe’ on Earth from underground shelters, they are known as P-45 K or 45,000 years in our future; while the P-52’s came from 52,000 years in our future.  They eventually moved from Earth to Zeta Reticulum while the P-52K’s were from the survivors of Earth surface and eventually migrated to Orion and are now the Orion Talls. It is my conclusion that this time line does exist on some level; as both the Pleiadians and Andromedans have commented that they have traced a ‘Tyranny’ back to this time line. If it didn’t happen, they they would have no need of returning to fix it.  The other good news is that the ‘catastrophe’ was suppose to occur last March of 2011 (according to Burisch); so clearly we are on a new time line. My understanding of time lines through Bashar is that they don’t actually change the old time line; but create a new one. In some respects I believe we are creating a new time line all the time! (We need to learn about the whole idea of ‘Time’ and ‘Time Lines’. )

If you look at the recent interview of Bill Wood at Project Camelot you will see his take on ‘Looking Glass’, an ET technology that mirrors future time lines, and find as I do that the ‘Good Guys’ have won. The PTB via using this technology and the ‘Cube’ have concluded that in 2012 it will boil down to two time lines. In simplified terms, one negative with them in control and one positive with humanity the clear winners. It is like a chess game where both sides know that in 7 moves there is a checkmate and the winning player will force the last moves. The only thing the Dark Side can do now is stall for time; as they may as well resign. I can see that from one perspective they are not totally crazy; as any event has to have two sides. Although the resulting time line, the one most of us are on, will be predominant and positive there will be the old time line still. Ascension is part of the  the new time line; but of course free will still provides us with a choice of positive or negative experience.

Also, connected to this is the Schumann frequency of the Earth; which used to be at 7.87 Hertz and is now at 12 and at 13 we will be in the next dimension; as this will be the zero point. This reinforces the idea of the ‘Galactic Wave’. The ‘Wave’ will produce worm holes, or portals or Stargates for ascension and it will change the density of this sector of the universe.  Most likely the manifestation will come through giant solar flares. You don’t need to over prepare for disaster; which might just attract you to it through fear. Common sense for emergencies, power failures etc. is enough.  A few weeks food in hand wouldn’t hurt and of course cooperation with your friends, neighbors and groups. The more people that are self sufficient the less burden society is on government.  As the authors of ‘Bringers of the Dawn’ have stated the ‘Good Guys’ will play the final card and it will be an ‘Ace’.

I don’t really put too much stock in dates, more on events and a side light to this is the Preston Nichols view that the 2012 date has been pushed back to around 2018.  If you recall one episode of Stargate SG 1 had one second last about 50 years through what is called time dilation. The most recent  info from Tolec indicates the Anddromedans are saying January of 2014 as an ascension date.  There is an interesting article ‘The Arcturians Speak- The Matrix of Illusion’ ; which  discusses how the energy from the Galactic Center can be used to activate the multi-dimensional operating systems of the pineal gland that correlate to our junk DNA.

Between the creation of new time lines and all the cards that will be played by both sides, I don’t think anybody has all the answers as they change daily. Break it all down and 2012 will be the Best Year Ever! Just like Today is the Best Day Ever! With that attitude you should be able to enjoy the ride.

It occurred to me that my readers might be interested in my take on ‘Pre-determined Destiny or Free Will” and the thought was reinforced; as I was recently asked the question. For new readers I guess I should point out that I have studied from three of greatest Yogic Masters, in Sri Ramana Maharshi, Paramahansa Yogananda and Sri Swami Satchidananda. In addition over the last 25 years I have integrated extra-terrestrial information with the yogic wisdom and also sincerely believe that if you actually study the archives at this post you would discover more information here than in any other one place on the planet! And if you delve into the E-books and other for sale products at my website www.etyoga.com you have some more interesting surprises and access to all the techniques you can imagine.

First, the simple answer is that it is not pre-determinism or free will it is both. Let me elaborate and possibly give you some information that you likely have never heard. Many people are aware that from a spiritual perspective each incarnation has a pre-determined purpose and sets of circumstances that assist with the evolution of that soul and also in conjunction with experiences required of the Higher Self.  What most people are not aware of is that the time and manner of death is pre-determined. I will quote from ‘The Pleiadian Workbook-Awakening Your Divine Ka’ by Amorah Quan Yin. “Your Ka Template is located on top of your head at the back of slightly behind your crown chakra. It is rectangular in shape and encoded with symbols from a sacred language. The symbols closely resemble a combination of Egyptian hieroglpyhics and ancient Armaic. As the Ka energies enter your aura from your fourth dimensional self, they are first received into your Ka Template, passing over and through the encoding that delineates your soul’s  and body’s blueprint for the use of your Ka in this lifetime. If you have a goal to ascend, that goal in encoded on your template and is activated as your template is cleared and opened. Likewise, if your being has chosen to experience physical death through cancer or any other disease, that information is also encoded on your Ka Template. The Pleiadians never interfere with your chosen goals; but they will work with you to obtain whatever is in your highest good. You may have planned, prior to your birth in this lifetime, to take on genetic illness and limitation for the purpose of transmuting and transcending it. This, too, is shown on your template and the transmutation and transcendental processes are accelerated within  your Ka Template as it  is cleared and activated. When your Ka Template is initially cleared and activated, the Ka energies will flow from your template to your pineal gland, in the center of your head. Your pineal gland distributes light throughout your body and tells your brain how to run your body systems, mind, emotions, and physical movements. It also regulates the flow of light and energy to the meridian system through your Ka Channels and is vital to your spiritual awakening and enlightenment.”

This whole subject is very complex because you also have old karma to work out and in certain circumstances your Higher Self arranges certain experiences and their sequence. For example, lets say you desire a million dollars. It may be that your Higher Self wants you to have some appreciations or prior experiences before this occurs. Timing is everything in this respect; as it can change the course and sequence and even the location of your life experiences. As Swami Satchidananda would say, “Plan pending God’s approval”. This topic is also inextricably connected to your ‘Beliefs’; as is the discussion of any topic. It is also why I like to keep referring my readers constantly to the ‘Ultimate Truths of Reality’ at the College of Christ Consciousness. This is a list of 21 facts of how reality actually functions in 3D. And always keep in mind you always have a Choice of how you handle what does happen in your life. No outer circumstance comes with built in meaning. It is the emotional spin you place on outer circumstances that determines the experience you will have. For the most part we do have Free Will with the above exceptions.

The primary function of the rational mind is to place positive spin on outer circumstances. And your ‘State of Being’ or ‘Frequency’ at the emotional level is also critical. I was having a discussion the other day with a person and I was trying to get them to understand the importance of water in their lives. I referred them to Masuro Emoto’s “Power of Water’ and his discovery that water is a perfect reflection of consciousness. And that emotions and intent, like classical music, can change the molecular structure of water in a positive way for your DNA. Taking this a step further, it has been discovered that there is a neural center in the heart, called the brain in the heart, which emits a frequency 5,000 times greater than the brain. And it is this frequency that impacts the water in your body and also interacts with the morphogenetic field; which determines the reality  you experience.

You may also like to know that there is no Objective Reality. Reality is the experience. We have the concept of a consensus reality because we agree to it. Because of the holographic nature of reality, one of the amazing features of Being is that we each live in our own U-niverse.  And we will all eventually  have the experience of  Self-Realization.

With respect to your experience in this lifetime, there are only two objective facts. First, the universe was created with unconditional love and second you have awareness. Your personality is actually an artificial construct; which enables you to function in 3D. You are actually your Higher Self, a Spiritual Being, having an earthly incarnation. Your Higher Self basically breaks off a part of itself, but retains connection. If you have had the experience of being one with your Higher Self, then you understand this is fact. For the most part humans lost this connection with the Higher Self back in Atlantis. Many extra-terrestrial civilizations find it hard to imagine how this could happen.

Your outer experiences in this lifetime are the result of your beliefs, definitions, emotions and intentions. They are actually a mirror image.  It would be useful in this lifetime to understand the paradox that ‘There is No They That’s the Secret They Don’t Want You to Know’.  What you experience is ‘You” and when you leave this plane and look back, the world you left was “You’.  At some point we will all realize that we are the dimension we formerly thought we were only a component of. The best idea to implement is not to go against the negative; but to focus on the positive. When you go against the negative you only perpetuate the energy you say you want to eliminate. You attract all the ‘Theys” in your life by your own beliefs. If you don’t have a belief that can attract ‘Them”– then they are invisible for you! It comes down to taking 100% responsibility for everything that happens in your life. And that does not mean 100% blame, it means response—ability. Blame, including self blame, only creates you as a victim. As does complaint and justification of your circumstances.  From what I understand once you have faced all of your issues on the 3D level, you probably won’t be here long!

Also directly connected to your life here is the Higher Self. As a complete persona, you function with your Higher Self; which is the Creator of thought, the brain, which is the Receiver of thought and the Rational Mind,which is the Perceiver of thought. The Higher Self exists just outside the time/space continuum.  There are also four laws; which are true in every dimensional level. First, ‘You Exist’. Can’t do much about that. And if you exist now, you have always existed in some form or another and you always will. From our perspective time is linear; but from the perspective of the Higher Self  all lifetimes are occurring simultaneously and all time is now. The second law, ‘The All Is One and the One Is All’. You can perceive consciousness from the point of view of the One or the All or both simultaneously. The third law is ‘What You Put Out You Get Back’, it is the same as the Law of Attraction. And the fourth law, is ‘Everything Changes’. This includes the fourth law, which changes to stasis and gives to the first three laws.

When you channel energy that is in alignment with your Higher Self, the energy manifests as joy, excitement, bliss, unconditional love etc,. Energy that is not channeled through your Higher Self reflects as the negative emotions, including fear. So, optimally, being in line with unconditional love is optimum, in alignment with your Higher Self and also in alignment with Prime Creator or what ever label you would like to use to describe Spirit or the Infinite.

This is also highly beneficial when it comes to dealing with disease. First, all disease is the result of dysfunctional emotion. The emotions of unconditional love, compassion and gratitude have been shown to have a frequency capable of shattering disease. It has also been said that once you have 6 of the 12 strands of DNA activated, you will not be capable of assimilating meat or death into the body. We have 12 chakras, seven inside the body and five outside, that are in direct correlation to your 12 strands of DNA. Once all are activated fully, the brain functions with full capacity. The pineal gland also then functions at full capacity and why it is so important to drink pure water. Fluoridation actually calcifies the pineal gland.

It is my suggestion that with reference to 2012 that you exemplify the attitude that this will be the best year ever. Placing a positive spin and expectation will create a positive  experience. Anything having to do with fear would not be positive.  In actual fact fear is an illusion. What is fear anyway except the false belief that someone or something has more power than you.  Objectively, this is not true; but you can choose to believe it.  You can choose to believe that the world is flat too.  All beliefs are inherently equal; but if you hold beliefs that are not objectively true it will give you a more limited experience of All That Is. For example, if you believe the world is flat, but objectively it  is round, then your experience of All That Is will be limited by this belief.  Thus, the beauty of free will. What you believe is what matters for you.

Another area where collective free will has limits is in respect to the use of nuclear weapons. The positive extra-terrestrials will not allow a full scale nuclear war; because it would have too great an impact on the universe and at inter-dimensional levels. There has been intervention in this regards on a few occasions. Thus, you will also see that the Dark side agenda for population reduction will take a more subtle form.

In my opinion the greatest discovery or rediscovery of the ages has been monatomics, Ormes (Orbitally Rearranged Monatomic Elements), high spin electrons, superconductor, philosopher’s stone, elexir of light or what ever name you want to describe a substance that basically can cure all disease, give the body longevity, balance right and left hemispheres of the brain, fluctuates between dimensions and assist the user in greasing the wheels of enlightenment. The substance was reintroduced by David Hudson and I highly recommend reading Lectures I, II and III on the internet to get the whole history. Also, at this site are ‘The Topic Nobody Knows About….Monatomics’ and ‘Shhhh…Don’t Tell Anyone About Monatomics’.

I find the fascinating thing about this subject is how it connects to the history of mankind, information that has been handed down to us, our extra-terrestrial heritage and is basically found all over the place. When I think of it, it connects to how our DNA was manipulated to cross with the ape and keep us only using 2 strands of a 12 strand DNA that would keep us in fear instead of being super humans. It did give us a wide range of emotion. I am told that we are a combination of 22 extra-terrestrial civilizations and one of the reasons ETs are so interested in our DNA. The Annunaki basically created a version of us to mine gold. Was it because they were into money? I doubt it. They needed gold to melt it down; so it would become ‘White Powder Gold’. This substance has been found in the chambers of Pharoahs, in the cave near the rock Sphinx in Bucegi, Romania; which also has a holographic technology giving the true Earth history going back 50,000 years and even in mud spas that contain sulphur and magnesium formed from volcanic ash.

I have recently taken one of these mud baths and heard lots of talk about miracle cures. People take these baths sometimes for ten days in a row. Many claim some kind of inter-dimensional connection and I am not surprised, given the nature of the monatomics in the mud. It certainly makes the skin smooth; so ladies all over the world love it.  It is why Welch’s Grape Juice is known to have monotomics. It is because the Concord grapes come from a soil of volcanic ash. It has been claimed as well that certain carrots, because of the soil, can be juiced and cure cancer. High spin electrons definitely cure cancer. It is the Rhodium, and it actually reprograms diseased cells. If you read the above, David Hudson lectures, you will see that he claims to have cured stage 4 pancreatic cancer in 45 days. This is touted to be incurable. If you really do some research, you will find that all the dollars spent on cancer cures are spent on long term treatments, not cures. I refer the reader to the work of G.Edward Griffin. There are lots of cures out there; but they are too cheap and would cut into the medical system’s profits. One quarter of their profits comes from cancer treatment. Well, treatment is a misnomer, more like torture with surgery, radiation or chemo therapy offered to a victimized public.

Mankind has always been fascinated with gold and the Alchemy of turning rock into gold. Looks like this information is now available to the public. Personally, I still think the advice of Thoth should be a guideline to the use of monatomics; because the energy levels attained need the proper nervous system to house it. He offers council that there is no magic pill for enlightenment and even though monatomics are used in ‘Right of Passage’ ceremony, amounts need to be taken according to the spiritual development of the taker. Otherwise it would be like putting a million volts in a 120 amp circuit. (Building the nervous system being of paramount importance.) But, the varied uses of monatomics are limitless. It can be used in the study of inter-dimensional travel, changing fossil fuels to cheaper or zero point energy, curing disease and creating longevity, just to name a few. And it is cheap and easy. It is even found in small doses in a vegetarian diet. Ever wonder why the first thing you should do if sick is change the diet?!

Continuing on the theme of great discoveries, I am going to quote from the preview about the book ‘Transylvania Sunrise”,  “This book heralds the most remarkable archeological find in the anals of mankind. Unbeknownst to most is an ancient rock sphinx hidden in the mountains of Bucegi Romania. In 2003 the Pentagon discovered through the use of satellite technology an anomaly beneath the ancient  sphinx. Through the highest levels of Freemasonry, the Pentagon was able to secure an alliance with the most secret department of the Romanian Intelligence Service; which is known as Department Zero. Together the Romanians and Americans utilized the secret technology to penetrate a hidden chamber located beneath the Sphinx, which otherwise was inaccessible to humans. What was discovered eventually was a Holographic Hall of Records left by an advanced civilization near three mysterious tunnels leading to the inner Earth.”

The gist of the tunnel information is that these underground tunnels lead to Tibet, the Giza Plateau in Egypt and Iraq. Of note is the information that when a Star Gate was also found in the Romanian find, it also activated the one in Iraq!  Bashar, Essassani channeled by Daryl Anka, has said recently that under the Spinx in Egypt would be found a Hall of Records giving the true history of the Earth and mankind going back 50,000 years. Apparently, this has also been discovered and not been made available to the public. Reminds me of all the cover up about ETS and UFOs. Those in control think we are not ready to handle the information. More to the point is that an aware and highly conscious public is much harder to control. Not to mention most of history, as it has been taught to us, is not correct. This also has its religious impact; but I won’t get into that here. (See, ‘Why Spirituality over Religion’ at this site.)

Those who have witnessed and talked about the Romanian find have said the holographic technology gives 3D pictures of our true history, going back about 50,000years. The holographic history was reputed to be about 2.5 meters high.  I refer the reader to ‘Bucegi Stargate’ on your Google search. Without having seen this, I can pretty much assume our true extra-terrestrial heritage comes from Lyrae, there is information about those who manipulated our DNA, those who created our Religions, and a whole host of other unpopular news bombshells. And no doubt the realization that those who left this information haven’t left the planet! They have been in control of every aspect of human society for a long, long time. And lets not leave out the Alpha Draconian involvement!

The latest extra-terrestrial information comes from Tolec, apparently an Andromedan contactee, who has been interviewed by Alfred Weber. The reader can Google search ‘Andromedan Contactee Tolec’ and Alfred Weber at Exo-politics, to locate three You Tube videos of the Weber interview.  The new information indicates the Andromedans and those assisting them have just won a nine year war with the Orion/Grey/Alpha Draconian factions living in or near Earth. They have been ordered out and a mop up operation is now under way. The two most recent underground anomolies in Virginia and Denver were because of the Andromedans wiping out underground bases with impulse weapons, after the inhabitants had been repeatedly warned to evacuate. Those who survived have been sent via Star Gate to some distant part of the universe. In addition, the Andromedans would put a lid on any false flag alien invasion plans. Although this information does provide some objective facts, discernment would be advised.

Tolec also reveals that the Andromedans are also assisting humans with respect to minimizing Earth Changes and will envelope the Earth with shields to soften effects of the Brown Dwarf Star now moving inside the solar system. Comet Elenin does not have the mass to cause major issues on the Earth; as it is basically a forerunner of the Dwarf Star. This solar system is meant to have dual suns and the only reason it is not visible now with the naked eye is because it is cloaked. This does not preclude man made earthquakes ; which coincidentally coincide with times comet Elenin is at 90 degree angle with the Earth. Christchurch, Chile and Fukashima quakes all happened during this alignment. There will still be some increase of volcanic activity and natural earthquakes; but not of catastrophic nature for the whole planet; as part of Earth’s ascension process.   If the Tolec information is accurate it would signal the first time mankind has had an opportunity to evolve without being manipulated by regressive extra-terrestrial interests since its inception.

In agreement with the basic information regarding the destruction of negative or regressive beings at Virginia and Denver, CA or Cosmic Awareness on Micro Effect radio states the situation happened; but that it was on behalf of the Galactic Federation and not just the Andromedans. CA also confirms the idea of the dual suns as a plan for this solar system; however warns that the speakers for the Andromedan council are more closely a source of disinformation in many regards and more associated with the Grey/Orion/Alpha Draconian factions. Also, information concerning the take over of Galactic Federation forces on the dark side of the moon is consistent between the two and the direct hit or pass by of an asteroid offers several time line options or scenarios related to this event.

Two other interesting finds also have taken place in Romania. The first is the uncovering of the ‘Tataria Tablets’; which you can Google search and find that they are the oldest found language on the planet. They date back to Pre-Sumarian times about 7,200 years ago.Strange, I haven’t heard this taught at major universities. The discovery was made years ago.

Also, cemeteries of Giants’ skeletons have also been found. The Anunaki were believed to be Giants. I have taken a cable car to the rock Sphinx and climbed on it and also brought back some water. According to the information in the book, three different force fields surround this entire area and obviously water is a perfect reflector of consciousness. See the work of Masuro Emoto about the ‘Power of Water’. Even on your internet you can see that frequencies of thought or emotions change the molecular structure of water!! I find that very interesting connecting this with the fact that we are mostly water; so it is our emotional frequency that impacts our own molecular structure and why Bashar says that ‘Outer circumstances do not matter, state of being matters.” There is a neurological center in the heart that emits a frequency 5,000 times stronger than the brain and is called the brain in the heart. It also emits a measurable frequency about 10 feet from the body.By the way consciousness is not inside the body, the body is inside consciousness!!!!

Continuing with further amazing discoveries, I quote from the preview to the book ‘The Book of Aquarius’, “Alchemy and the Philosopher’s Stone are real. This is not a joke or a scam. I have read it quickly and it could be for real; because it deals with monatomics and the process seems legit. It does take about 3-8 years in the making. I have a friend who thinks he can do it in 18 months; so the proof is in the pudding!  Only thing I know for sure is that if you get enough monatomics you turn into your Light Body. Living forever is a bit much. In one sense, from the Higher Self’s point of view all incarnations are simultaneous; so if you exist now you have always existed in one form or another. Thus, we do have eternal life anyway for practical purposes. Of course this presumes the belief in reincarnation and our nature being spiritual and acquiring experience through human incarnation. A body lasting thousands of years would be more inside my thinking box. Many extra-terrestrial civilizations already do this and of course many live on higher dimensional levels. Then again, we are moving to 4th density too and this would certainly put us in the ballpark. The cool part about this claim is the recipe is given and you can make of it what you want.

Bottom line is that there is some amazing information coming to light. Everything is certainly coming to a head. We already know there are children with 4 codons of DNA activated that the normal population has dormant and it makes them immune to disease. Check out on Google, ‘Physic Children and Children of Aids’. So we already have the science and know which codons to activate.  Again, lets not get carried away. I mean if everybody was disease free how could the medical establishment and Big Pharma make profit?! You are worth way more money with a compromised immune system and vitamin D deficiency; which makes you a prime candidate for cancer. See at this site, ‘The Truth About the Sun and Sunscreens’.  Rich comment by a Professor Gunderson, who says the radiation coming from Fukashima will increase the cancer rate on the West Coast of North America by 20-25%. In context from 40% to 60-65%! Don’t know about you; but when I was a kid there were few with cancer and never heard of a child with it. And I don’t believe in accidents.

Let’s begin with a Bashar quote that “There is no objective reality, experience is the reality”!  There is what we call a consensus reality and this becomes exaggerated in the average person, who thinks that others experience the world exactly the same as they do. The truth is, that all outer circumstances do not come with built in meaning and we put the meaning and emotional spin on them, thus creating our own version of the circumstance.  At the very core of the question about Reality is, ‘Who Am I’. Fact is, that is why we are here in the first place, to achieve awareness of this question. This is called Self Realization. Getting to the point where you ask the question ‘Who Am I’ , is a major stepping stone; because the truth is most don’t know. We as a human race lost our connection to our Higher Self after the times of Atlantis. Our ‘Persona’ is actually composed of Higher Self, Brain and Mind; which corresponds to Creator of thought, receiver of thought and perceiver of thought. Each of us, as a personality is only an artificial, yes artificial, construct to help us experience dense dimensional incarnations. We are Spiritual Beings having a human incarnation. Not, humans having the occasional spiritual experience.

When we experience the higher levels or have an awareness of being our Higher Selves, then we start to realize this is who we really are. It cannot be intellectually understood. And you cannot objectively study the mind using the mind. This is where we learn to use our consciousness to experience and connect to higher torsion fields of intelligence. We won’t know the answer; but we can be connected to the answer and channel the answer. The rational mind is not capable of knowing ‘How things work’. The main function of the rational mind is to put a positive spin on outer circumstances. Most of the time people are lost in their thoughts and think they are their thoughts. What about when you are observing your thoughts? Who are you then? It is like having an angry thought, and then becoming the angry thought. You lose your center or peace when you are lost in believing you are your thoughts. As Bashar has said, there are only two objective facts: one, you were created with unconditional love and second, you have awareness. In fact one of the heaviest conversations I ever heard was Bashar channeling another ET race and communicating with a group of Earth humans. The question the ET’s had was, “Who is asking the question”? The Earth humans could not accurately answer the question and they were assisted with the answer of “a consciousness”.

In my  opinion the most effective technique ever is the Vichara or ‘Who Am’ I technique taught by the Self Realized, Sri. Ramana Maharshi. It begins by focusing the attention in the 3rd eye and stating, I am not my body, I am not my internal organs, I am not my thoughts, I am not this spot, what spot? If successful you will go through a doorway of consciousness and realize your Higher Self. Your Higher Self splits a portion of itself for our incarnation and experience. Nothing else will ever satisfy the mind, except becoming one with the Higher Self. Everything else is like a big ice cream cone that melts in time. Funny thing is, that when you unravel the mind, you don’t lose your mind; but actually gain it!  And we are all of the same energy or consciousness that manifests in an infinite number of ways. When the finite mind experiences the Higher Self, it cannot define the infinite; so the information takes the shape of the mind. For me it is like we are all thoughts in the mind of God, Prime Creator, All That Is or whatever label your mind wants to use to define the infinite.

The Universe is actually the You-niverse. Each of us lives in our own universe and we have similar experiences or consensus; because we agree to it. When we look back, after death, at this plane, we are that. We actually become the physical dimension that we previously thought we were only a part of.  The outer world is Holographic. It is a reflection of our beliefs, intentions, definitions and emotions.  It is analogous to being part of a super computer program that projects a conscious holographic image. In fact, from the Merlin website at Crystalinks, we get the following definition of Reality, “Reality is a computer generated consciousness hologram in which the characters it creates at the physical level are programmed to believe it is real”! “Reality is a game of illusion, delusion,  deception,  and perception. It is about the evolution of consciousness in the alchemy of time. Reality is about experience and learning. Reality is consciousness or programmed illusion. It is virtual perceived through conscious awareness. We exist in a bio-genetic experiment to experience emotion through the construct of linear time. All and everything is created by geometric design following the patterns of sacred geometry. Reality appears to move in synchronized linear fashion creating the illusion of time also known as the loop cycles of time,  wheel of karma, or the alchemy wheel.”!!!!

Hear a fascinating interview of Preston Nichols on American Freedom Radio and his experience at the Center of the Galaxy stating  a super computer program creates the known universe.  One thing for sure, if you start to question whether or not you are part of a program run by a  super computer capable of creating a holographic universe, you will at least start to question ‘Who Am I’!!!  Bashar likens the personality construct to a deep sea diver’s equipment. The personality makes it possible for us to experience the denser levels of consciousness and the sea diver’s equipment  is necessary in order to experience the denser levels of the sea. And the goggles are like excitement. It gives you direction and focus, otherwise you swim around blindly. The idea is to follow your excitement; which is what your Higher Self wants you to do.

Nichols goes on to describe two ‘Gods’, Tabor and Ra at the center of the galaxy. In my view, if this is fact, it is still at lower levels of Prime Creator. For one thing, who created them? What consciousness are they a reflection of? My understanding and experience is that the Higher Self resides just outside the time space continuum. From our perspective it would seem like infinite intelligence. I also heard him say on another program that the Sagitarius Galaxy crashed into the Milky Way Galaxy and probably the reason for white and black holes at the center of the galaxy reflected by these two beings. This also concurs with Andromedan information that all life comes from the Black Holes via Intention. Thus, if he had experienced a similar level of consciousness,  possibly the information took the shape of his mind; as a computer person/engineer. In either case the universe does function practically or actually like a super computer program. And keep in mind that quantum physics has proved that you cannot have an event without an observer. Who is the the observer of Creation if not the Creator! Proof in itself of its existence. One of the hardest things to realize is that outside the time/space continuum the energy of Prime Creator ‘Just Is’. It was never created nor can it end.  It is not possible for the rational mind; which thinks in linear time to fully realize this point. It is eternal life and if you exist now, you have always existed in some form and from the Higher Self’s point of view all of our incarnations are simultaneous and occur in the ‘Now’.

I also concur with his conclusions that the most likely scenario will entail a total economic collapse, sometime later followed by EMP surges from the sun; which will virtually wipe out all technology. (computers and electricity). Then the experience of the Earth Ascension; which will create a similar ascension for us. A most happy occasion for those that pass Earth lessons and the opportunity to re:do the class for those not making the shift, probably on another 3D planet someplace in the universe.  I don’t think anyone knows the exact timing; but I anticipate some kind of time dilation resulting in events many expect in 2012 to happen around 2017-2018 (sun pulses)  with the economic collapse sooner and then Ascension (God knows).

Bashar has articulated what I believe to be most important in our current experience and that is ‘We have the Choice’ to experience the world as we prefer it to be and how we ‘Believe’ it will be. This Intention is what attracts us to parallel realities where all scenarios are being played out. I think it is perfectly reasonable to expect not to be in one of those cataclysmic Earth scenarios like the movie 2012. New systems will take the place of old outmoded systems. Personally, I would welcome a world without money, more in tune with nature, spiritual communities based on self sufficiency. With all the people dependent on government and ‘their jobs’, no wonder collapse of economic structures is probably on the agenda. I am also on line with the concept of two Earths. One in 3D that remains and the other that ascends along with those of similar vibration. This also makes sense of the Montauk time machine findings of an Earth in the year six thousand and with nobody on it except a golden horse. No doubt the 3D Earth.

All of this information is for the spiritual seeker. The average person is trying to awake to the New World Order. In my opinion this usually goes in a process of becoming aware and being ‘anti’ to then, progressing to the spiritual point of view which is inclusive. Spiritual people learn about the Dark side and then integrate the situation. The idea is never to be anti anything. as it places you in a position of isolation. The optimum is to be for somethings positive. When you go against the negative, it only brings you down to its level. Further it actually perpetuates the energy you purport to be against. It makes no sense. Just like when revolutions throw out a government and then it eventually gets replaced with the same energy. And we need to make our bodies compatible with the higher frequency of the Earth; which is why many people experience ascension symptoms. I will also mention that Nichols experienced what he described as a ‘barrier’ heading for Earth; which would culminate in life forms becoming pure thought, and those with proper frequency would find themselves on a New Earth. This also, coincides with the beliefs of many regarding ascension. It also collaborates the information from the Andromedans that all of the dimensions are moving up a notch and that this new sound and frequency is imminating from the Center of the Galaxy. They state that in March of 2013 this dimension will implode.  According to Nichols the date has been pushed back to 2018? Definitely, several pointers to the conclusion that the end of the Reality experiment is nigh. Thus, the break down of societal structures; as what we are left with is our relationship with Higher Self. Definitely the most exciting time to have lived on the planet for those with Self Search, quest for Enlightenment as their primary goal and the real possibility of its actualization! Reality, What Reality, This Spot, What Spot!!

The idea for this article is inside the ‘Imagi-nation’ or the next dimension or dream state. However, as we are told by quantum physics, anything we can think actually ‘Is’ on some level. So how about if we take the chains off of creativity and imagine a ‘Wellness Center’ that incorporates some of the following ideas:

First and foremost, I find it impossible to talk competently about a subject outside of the concept of ‘Belief’; because to me ‘Belief’ is everything. What you ‘Believe’–’Is’ the most probable reality you experience. So lets spend some time researching the Placebo effect and find out why it works and less time trying to come up with products to make profit to out-perform the placebo. At the heart of this concept, I think it would become clear just how important ‘Belief” is. Once you grasp this concept the sky is the limit. And let’s be clear about another thing, all disease comes from dysfunctional emotion. It comes from making value judgments about neutral events that have been given negative meaning. All energy that is in alignment with your Higher Self will not manifest as disease.

In addition to understanding placebo, I suggest this affirmation from the Pleiadians, in Barbara Marciniak’s book ‘Self Empowerment’–”I am a creator. I am here to create a safe and bountiful life. By vibration and frequency, I choose to be healthy, productive and wise. I have great gratitude for my abilities to recognize that thoughts produce frequencies, and I can create a frequency that support the safe, probable world I live in by directing my energy toward what I want to experience. I walk through life with clear, conscious intent to weave my energy, like a gossamer thread in a large and beautiful tapestry, throughout the world I encounter. I fully realize that a multitude of probabilities and belief systems exist side by side with mine. And in mine I am safe. In mine I am guided. In mine I love and trust my body. In mine I know my cells are precognitive and that I am a co-creator of the multi-verse. I know am a a valuable being. I know that I will receive impulses, the signs and signals and guidance that I require to always  be in the right pace at the right time, for my highest good and that of all those around me. At the ideal ‘Wellness Center’, holographic thinking will take place. All of the research and information will be prioritized and communicated to everyone at the center, both old and young. We have already turned the corner on doubling of information. It only makes sense that in time there will be no such thing as disease. If you take a penny and put it on a square of a chess board and put two pennies on the next square and so forth, at the end of the 64 squares you will have accumulated over one million dollars. The same can be done with information. So in any area we so choose, we can achieve miraculous goals. It is important that all of the information acquired, be given to the young, so that in time by continuing the process each generation of kids will surpass their elders in knowledge.

The educational component of the wellness center will have activities to promote the higher order thinking tasks of evaluation, synthesis, analysis, application, comprehension and knowledge. These qualities have been suggested by B. Bloom, as a guideline for assisting learners to achieve their potential. (A sample of this in practice is ‘Green’s Chess for Gifted” from School District #23 in Kelowna, British Columbia) As an added bonus, imagination, intuition, deduction and creativity are all exercised with tasks that utilize over 100 action verbs.  Creativity could also be enhanced from the study of ‘Bashar’s Lab’. All at the center should also acquaint themselves with Bashar’s ‘Big Four’:1) That the world you experience is a perfect reflection of your beliefs, definitions, emotions and intent, 2) all circumstances are inherently neutral, 3) the emotional spin you place on an event will determine the experience from that event and 4) outer circumstances don’t matter, only state of Being matters. Also, in the education of residents will be the study of meditation. Especially, the meditation channeled by Celia Fenn of Arch-angel Michael; which deals with ‘Activating Your Template for Perfect Health and Well Being’. (See Infinity Codes of 2007).  In addition a special class on intending the activation of 4 codons; which make humans immune to disease. More and more research and experience with the Pleiadian Pillar of Light and spinning techniques will no doubt show increased frequency, ability to retain data, activate DNA and increase light quotient. All should become familiar with the foundations of good health: pure water, oxygen (yoga pranayamas), exercise, reduction of stress, elimination of meat from the diet and detoxification. (See ‘Effects of Animal Fat on Humans’-You tube) Also, research findings that 85% of all physical symptoms disappear after a thorough detox and proper nutrients are provided to the body. The human body is an amazing healing machine and according to Bashar capable of healing 99.9% of issues.

Research into why spending time in nature balances out time spent with technologies.  Also, awareness of the negative effects of television/computers (lowers the immune system and spread disease) , microwaves (high radiation), flouride (calcifies the pineal gland) , metals (harmful to DNA), mercury fillings (sucks 30-50% of body energy), radiation therapies (costly inhumane procedures), immunization shots (central nervous system disorders and primary cause of autism)  bio-genetic foods (destroys the immune system and causes fertility issues)  and prescription drugs (huge long term side effects). The research should also expand upon the ideas of Dr. Pete Peterson, Project Camelot interview, concerning diagnosis. Unlike what is rolled out by the mainstream medical establishment, boasting a 6% accuracy regarding diagnosis, the center would utilize his system of analysis (85% correct diagnosis); which includes information at the acupuncture points (status of all organs)  and then prescribing the ‘natural’ ingredients and amounts for recovery.

And further research into the connection of the human torsion field with higher dimension torsion fields. This could be done in conjunction with research into the positive influence of pyramidal shapes on food and its yield. Tied closely to this would be expansion of the ideas by Dr. Masuro  Emoto and ‘The Power of Water’; as it has proven to be a perfect reflector of consciousness. Techniques such as playing Beethoven and Mozart music, placing of yoga yantras and crop circles around the water and pure intent have  demonstrated a physical change in the molecular structure of the water.

In a more practical direction, the lid would be taken off suppressing cures for many diseases that have already been found. Thus, further research into the following:

This list goes on and on. The idea being to focus and enhance proven treatments based on a pure intent to help the sufferers. Clearly many cures have been suppressed, and a concerted effort to control the food chain, control useful natural remedies all in the name of profit and worse. Many cures are very cheap. Do some research on apricot seeds and its effect on cancer. (Also, called laetril therapy). Turns out the insides of these seeds aren’t poisonous after all. In fact the cyanide is released only upon contact with cancer cells; which make it the optimum natural remedy. (See articles by G. Edward Griffin concerning this cure and politics of cancer research) No doubt we were not born on this planet pre-supposing a  pharmaceutical outlet! All we need is right here in nature. Over 200,000 Americans die every year, just from prescription drugs alone. This is called iotragenic death.

Most Americans have compromised immune systems. This coupled with Vitamin D deficiency, which comes from lack of sun light, makes one a target for disease. The sun is the primary source of vitamin D and cancer anti-dote.  Even mainstream medical tells you, in the fine print, that a vegetarian, who gets lots of sunlight and exercises has an 80% less chance of getting cancer. If we have as our goal improving health and well being for our fellow humans and not profit and control, then anything is possible, all the way up to and including total immunity from disease. I’m sure there will still be many doctors needed for emergencies and elective surgery in a sincere effort to be useful and not leeches off a concerted effort to make average people unnecessarily dependent on service. Another component of the wellness center would be the integration of ‘Self Empowering’ programs; as ‘Healing and Self-Empowerment’ go hand in hand. From a totally 5D perspective, there would be no ‘Healers’  or ‘Wellness Centers’ ;as we are the Creators at that level and can do this ourselves. We can do this right now as well, even though our consciousness exists within over-lapping dimensions. We can fluctuate between 3D, 4D and 5D.  Apparently, once we have 6 strands of DNA connected, disease no longer exists; because it is at a lower frequency. Everything has a frequency. Thanks to a friend, I am inspired to write about the ‘Silver Bullet’. I am going to start with the top of the list; because ‘Belief’ is number one. Once you realize that it is you that is creating your outer experience, that thought, belief, definition and emotion create a perfect mirror reflection in the outer world, then you have the ‘Silver Bullet’.  Each of us lives in our own universe! We have a consensus appearance of the same general reality because we agree to it. If you want to experience a positive 2012 scenario, then what is required is to attract yourself to it! One thing is perfectly clear and that is that a significant portion of the population on this planet is going through Ascension. If you are interested, then it is ‘Intent’ that will create this as a fact. Many don’t even know of the possibility. Just like many are still not aware of the possibility of enlightenment. When you know, the seed is planted. If you don’t know, your chances are zero of attaining it. (Unless you are a child and already born with the DNA to adjust to the new frequencies) This is the most amazing time to be born on this planet. Of all the great sages and saints in history that came up short in their personal ‘Quest’ for Self Realization, many are back to make the leap as well as hundreds of thousands of extra-terrestrials in human form.

What more can we ask for? We are created  with unconditional love, we are supported 100% in our beliefs and we have lots of ‘Silver Bullets’ to chose from. By the way, there is a new sound and frequency eminating from the center of the galaxy; which is moving all of the dimensions up one notch. The Schumann Frequency of Earth has risen from 7.8 Hertz to 12 in the last 20 years. Does that tell you that something is happening? Time is speeding up or slowing down depending on you point of view. The normal 24 hour day is now more like 16.  Don’t buy into all the fear about objects in space causing problems for the Earth. Of course if you are really into it, maybe you can attract yourself to it! Don’t buy into fear about anything; especially when it comes to health or giving up personal freedoms for security.  The only thing you have to fear is your own Beliefs.  It is impossible for you to experience what you are not the vibration of. You become invisible to that which you are not the vibration of.  Spend some time taking inventory of your beliefs. Not sure what you believe, then look at what you are experiencing. It is not there to punish you, it is there to show you what you believe!

I was doing some reading about new trends, and found that ‘Health Coaches’ are the new rage. Kind of like ‘Life Coaches’ used to be the rage. And it was said in one article that on only 8 hours a week of work about half the coaches are averaging about $50,000 a year. I find that absolutely amazing. Whenever I attend a workshop, by the time it is over, most of the people are most interested in my opinions on a variety of subjects. Usually much of my information is totally new to the presenter. So, I thought I would write this post and at least make myself a possible option for those of you who have questions about Health or Self Empowerment; as general categories.

If you truly grasp the concept of the Placebo Effect, you can appreciate that any disease or situation can be cured from ‘Belief’. Of course, success in this area is dependent on the individual. You can be shown how to proceed with a technique or process; but you have to do the work. Ideally, you can do the inner work to ascertain why you created the situation in the first place. Your outer experience is a reflection of your beliefs, definitions, emotions and intentions. Taking 100% responsibility for your outer circumstance is what gives you the power to change it. It is then that you can offer up your anger, guilt, shame or improper judgments to your Higher Self in an effective manner. All disease comes from dysfunctional emotion and a place inside that is not loved.

We have been led down the garden path with respect to relying on drugs to cover up symptoms and these aids have long term side effects and consequences. Not to mention, in many cases, permanent DNA damage, retardation, autism  and over 200,000 deaths every year in the U.S. from prescriptions or vaccines given by doctors. This is totally outrageous. Almost all of the great healing discoveries in the last twenty years have been suppressed from the public. Edward Griffin with respect to the politics of cancer and its research.

In the area of spirituality or Self Empowerment, I am totally open to any and all questions in this regard. My background early on was with the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, Baba Ram Dass, Parahansa Yogananda, and Sri Swami Satchidananda. The latter’s guru was Swami Sivanada and all of these great teachers have their pictures on my ‘Contact’ Page. (or should I say soon will be) And when I say, Contact, I really mean it! Extra-terrestrial influences are mainly from Essassani, Pleiadian, Arcturian, Andromedan and Sirian representatives! It is the Sun that provides the body with Vitamin D; which is the ignition switch for the immune system.  Don’t use sunscreens; which only prevents proper sunlight on the one hand, and on the other, actually creates cancer. It is like the ‘prevent defense’ in football.
